Rigged: Biden Donor Judge Whose Daughter

Soviet Show Trial Conviction

One of the many factors tainting a New York jury’s conviction of former President Donald Trump is the fact that the judge who oversaw the Soviet-style show trial previously donated to Joe Biden’s presidential campaign. The judge’s daughter also represents Democrat clients who raised millions off the trial. In an unsurprising move, the jury in deep-blue Manhattan found Trump guilty Thursday on all counts related to a payment his then-lawyer made to a pornographer as part of a nondisclosure agreement. The saga marks the first time in U.S. history a major party has weaponized the justice system to convict its chief political opponent ahead of a contested election.

It was rigged from the start and if Biden thinks this will get him re-elected, he better think again! BTW Joe, we WILL be watching sonny boys trials and they better no show even a hint of a double standard. He should go to jail for the full 25 years on the gun charge. Then it will be your turn because we all know how corrupt you are, and you are a disgrace and an embarrassment as well as a fool and a moron. MAGA Trump '24

PDJT had four years to indict and try the Veg, the Oinkubus, and Balack Osama for numerous crimes, including treason. I used to think he didn't because he was too classy. NOW, I think maybe he was afraid of retaliation. How'd that turn out? It's been said that Republicans never miss an opportunity to miss an opportunity. We are ruled by scoundrels and bunglers.

I don't let anyone off the hook for this travesty. The Judge? Yes of course he was prejudiced, but no more prejudiced than Bragg, the members of the jury, and the media. The judicial system in this country just took a blow to the gut. And we have more of this judicial circus coming yet. So far we have Trump convicted on a law that the jury says he intended to commit, but a law that he wasn't charged with and a rap in a dressing room at a major Department store that he never did.

Procuring an NDA is NOT illegal. The prosecution indirectly suggested that to a jury. An impression any fair, professional judge would have corrected. This one did not. No Federal election law was violated. Judge refused to let the foremost expert in the country on the matter - a former Chairman of the FEC - testify. Or let the fact that the both FEC or DoJ (had) declined to prosecute the matter, be included. These two issues beg for a reversal on appeal. And both this biased judge and the corrupt prosecutor know this. It's up to the Trump campaign now to fully exploit this outrage to their advantage.

Notice that the Democrat Judge allowed two very probable Democrat lawyers on the jury who common sense will tell you would be able to use their legal backgrounds to have undue influence on the remainder of the jury that most likely did not have more than a normal person’s knowledge of legal maneuvering. Add to that the fact just about all lawyers in New York City are known to be politically connected to the leftist and progressive Democrats, as Soros funded Manhattan District Attorney Bragg essentially said last evening all the Democrats involved “did their jobs”.

Isn't it amazing that all of these so-called "Judges" and other high-level officials who are causing so much grief for Republicans and the conservative movement, are foreign born? In this case it is Colombian born Judge Juan Merchan, who brought his country's despotic justice to New York City. Then there's Alejandro "Viva Fidel" Mayorkas, who has essentially, single-handedly, turned the Demographics of this nation into a little Latin America. No more foreign-born Federal Judges! No more foreign-born Cabinet Level Officials of the Executive Branch!

If you’ve been following former President Donald Trump’s hush-money trial in New York, you might have seen the shocking news that the judge in that trial, Juan Merchan, issued bizarre and plainly unconstitutional jury instructions on Wednesday, telling jurors they need not agree on what crime Trump allegedly committed to reach a unanimous guilty verdict. (snip) the jury could come back with a guilty verdict without agreeing on whether Trump committed election fraud, tax fraud, or falsification of business records. He essentially divided the jury into three groups of four, saying that if they’re split 4-4-4 on what crime Trump committed, he’d treat that as unanimous.
