Western nations should end their prohibition on Ukraine using their missiles to attack targets within the Russian mainland, NATO Secretary-General Jens Stoltenberg has argued.
With the United States reportedly reconsidering its ban on Ukraine using American weapons against targets within Russia, Jens Stoltenberg said that the escalation is justified and likely necessary in order for Kyiv to deter further aggression from Moscow as it seeks to gain further ground within the former Soviet state.
“I think the time has come for allies to consider whether they should lift some of the restrictions they are put on the use of weapons

Yes. Russia is now grouping up troops and putting artillery just over the border and attacking Ukriane where Ukraine is forbidden to strike back with anything but indigenous old soviet artillery.
Russian attackers should not have a safe haven while they kill Ukrainians.

Where is the ICJ (International Court of Justice)?
Do they only have a position on Israel?
Do I smell European anti-Semitism?

Why support NATO nations when anyone can get $$$ from us? No dues required.

If Mexico was launching attacks from across the border, and anyone suggested that we couldn't return fire, I guarantee that the US response would make General Patton proud.

Jens Stoltenberg can pound sand. Until Norway and the rest of Europe meet their NATO funding level they can all take a hike. The only countries who pay their way in NATO are the UK and ex-Soviet countries.
Not our flag, not our war.

If the Ukrainians use Western Missiles to attack the Russian mainland, say Moscow, the Russians will stop screwing around with them and really go to war. Western Countries supplying these missiles would become legal targets also.
Can you say WW3?

Re #5. Currently 10 NATO countries meet or exceed 2% of GDP. Poland, United States, Greece, Estonia,
Lithuania, Finland, Romania, Hungary, Latvia, United Kingdom. These are in order of GDP percentage, and note that Poland is well ABOVE the USA in percent of GDP spent on NATO funding.
Most of the rest have increased since 2014, but they are generally around 1.6 %. So, not fully up to their commitment, but it's not like they are at 0.1%. They are doing about 84% of what the promised, generally.

One really should question the vested interest many, even here, have in fomenting perpetual war. Did they work for military contractors or subcontractors? Are they heavily invested in those stocks even in their retirement? Why so much championing of the Military Industrial Complex if not for profit and gain? I suppose sheer hatred of Russia and her people could explain some of it but rarely does that alone warrant such blind blood thirstiness. Cash on the other hand.. well, we have seen the lengths to which the Clinton, Obama, and Biden Crime Syndicates have gone for $$.
This is not America's war and never has been. We have been manipulated by Old Cold Warriors who need to retire their outdated schtick, global elite money launderers, paid Soros henchmen, and lots of people with skeletons in their closets and most of these evil people who will gleefully drag us into WWIII with Russia have lots of cash and skin in this game.

Let Jens and his country Norway and the rest of Europe pay for everything for the Ukraine and better yet move the UN to Norway. The US is broke. We borrow money to give it away. What a brilliant idea.

Excellent, #9. Questions I, too, have pondered. This is not WW2, and the US along with the rest of the Western Alliance are no longer the good guys. Sadly.

Right or wrong, the US can always be counted upon to wage war-lite.
No wonder we have not won a conflict since 1945.
War is evil and should be avoided at all costs, but once it is here, the quickest way to end it is to throw away the rule book, and leave the media and the lawyers at home.
