Yes, that's true. But the trial is damned near over. And no judge is going to intervene at this point.

maybe that's how this judge made his 50million .... by using his judicial office to "get things done" for certain individuals giving the appearance that whatever was "done" was legal because it was litigated and decided by a "judge"

What exactly is this supposed to accomplish? It sounds less effective than just wishing an “asylum seeker” to mug him hard enough that he never speaks a coherent sentence again.

I agree this should have been done early on, but something needs to be done about this judge even now, because what he has done not only to Trump but the entire justice system, which is already degraded thanks to Biden and the Dems, is unconstitutional. If he is left unchallenged it will further bolster his thirst for misusing the power of the bench and he will continue. I believe he has done this in many cases already, he needs to be stopped. It's too late for this sham trial, but we can't just let him get away it, He deserves retibution in the most severe way possible.

Rigged: Biden Donor Judge Whose Daughter

Soviet Show Trial Conviction

One of the many factors tainting a New York jury’s conviction of former President Donald Trump is the fact that the judge who oversaw the Soviet-style show trial previously donated to Joe Biden’s presidential campaign. The judge’s daughter also represents Democrat clients who raised millions off the trial. In an unsurprising move, the jury in deep-blue Manhattan found Trump guilty Thursday on all counts related to a payment his then-lawyer made to a pornographer as part of a nondisclosure agreement. The saga marks the first time in U.S. history a major party has weaponized the justice system to convict its chief political opponent ahead of a contested election.

NEW YORK—Former President Donald Trump was found guilty of 34 felony counts of falsifying business records, as a jury of 12 unanimously returned their verdict on May 30 after less than two days of deliberation. With this result, President Trump becomes the first ever American president to be convicted of a crime. As the verdicts were read, President Trump sat still, appearing stoic, and looked straight ahead. President Trump’s attorney has previously vowed to appeal a conviction expeditiously.

The entire world is watching what happens in New York City through the prism of ridiculous lawfare and politics. No intellectually honest observers believe this is a trial about substance, guilt, criminal activity or innocence therein. The illusion of a nonprejudicial justice system has long past and everyone can see the extreme politicization taking place in Judge Merchan’s courtroom. Former president Donald Trump was convicted on Thursday by a New York jury on 34 felony charges for falsifying business records, making him the first president in U.S. history to become a convicted felon. Over the past six weeks at the state courthouse in lower Manhattan, the prosecution sought to demonstrate that Trump, his former fixer and attorney Michael Cohen, and National Enquirer publisher David P* participated in a conspiracy to defraud voters ahead of the 2016 presidential election by paying off women to conceal embarrassing stories about the then-presidential candidate’s sexual history without properly recording those payments as campaign-finance expenses.

Washington — The U.S. economy grew at a sluggish 1.3% annual pace from January through March, the weakest quarterly rate since the spring of 2022, the government said Thursday in a downgrade from its previous estimate. Consumer spending rose but at a slower pace than previously thought. The Commerce Department had previously estimated that the nation’s gross domestic product — the total output of goods and services — expanded at a 1.6% rate last quarter. The first quarter’s GDP growth marked a sharp slowdown from the vigorous 3.4% rate in the final three months of 2023.
