How Trump seals the deal in 2024

As the November elections loom just six months away, I recently conducted a search for the past six months for a phrase often used: “Mushy Moderate Middle.” This phrase is intended to encapsulate the segment of the electorate often described as “low-information voters,” those whose voting decisions are guided by factors starkly different from the ideological deliberations that influence committed liberals or conservatives. Surprisingly, my search returned zero results. [snip] The “Mushy Moderate Middle” arguably represents a significant portion of the American electorate that doesn’t engage deeply with polarizing issues

Comments:

This seems to make sense. So many disengaged voters might be more persuaded by "Trump's a normal guy" talk on Joe Rogan than any policy issues that they are clueless and uncaring about.

Speaking for myself, I think DJT will win the election in Nov 24, unless the Dems are successful in pulling off yet another monumental fraud on the country. Assuming DJT does win, how fast will the Left start mobilizing all their minions throughout the gvt and the DOJ to hamstring Trump every inch of the way, and how can DJT avoid these traps and instead bring these traitors to justice?

I will be caustic, which Trump is not. This article of advice to Trump should be thrown in the trash. Advice for things for Trump to do. The man has worked 16 hours a day for 6 years. Give Trump a rest, and make an effort to make the election count only legal votes, and complete the counting on election day.

Trump will win. But will he serve? Everyone - even Conservative columnists skirt the issue. It is THE question for November.

Those mushy muddle-heads, when they vote, are the ones helping to destroy a once great country.

Is there a better example of putting the cart before the horse than “green” energy boondoggles of the left? The answer is a resounding no. Force conversions to electric vehicles without putting the proper and sufficient charging infrastructure in place? Check. Manufacture millions (billions?) of solar panels with no disposal plan in place? Check. Build countless offshore wind “farms” without conducting studies to determine the impacts? Check. [snip] Downstream turbulence from offshore wind turbines can reduce power generation at nearby turbines, substantially reducing the total potential from planned U.S. offshore wind projects, according to recent research from the Colorado University Boulder and National Energy Technology Laboratory.

When Alexander the Great invaded Phrygia, in 334 BC, he is said to have encountered the legendary Gordian Knot. It was a tightly knit tangle of rope, so convoluted that none could untie it. The legend has it that whoever could untie the knot would be the rightful ruler, because that man would possess great wisdom. Alexander could have conquered Phrygia by armed might, but he chose instead to attempt to untie the knot. He quickly, however, discerned that he could not do so, and whether in a fit of rage, or perhaps by thoughtful plan

A report from Colorado Newsline indicates the Democrat sponsor of Colorado’s “assault weapons” ban legislation plans to kill her own bill. According to the report, State Sen. Julie Gonzales (D) said she plans to ask for the bill to be removed from consideration on Tuesday during a committee hearing. Colorado’s legislative session ends Wednesday, and it appears Gonzales does not believe that that provides the time needed to work on the bill. She said, “After thoughtful conversations with my Senate colleagues, I decided that more conversations need to take place outside of the pressure cooker of the Capitol during the last weeks of the legislative session.”

The Alabama Supreme Court has authorized the execution of a death row inmate who previously survived after being given a lethal injection. The convict, Alan Eugene Miller, will now receive execution by nitrogen gas, the Washington Examiner reported. Alabama’s high court authorized the method in a decision Thursday. Republican Gov. Kay Ivey has not set the date for Miller’s execution. Once it’s carried out, Miller will become the second death row inmate to die by nitrogen gas in the state. However, the method has become controversial among liberal death penalty opponents. After being convicted of killing three men during a 1999 workplace shooting, Miller was set to die by lethal injection.

As campus protests turned violent, necessitating police operations to clear illegal encampments, the true agenda of the activists became apparent. Initially, the demonstrations were presented as saving innocent lives in Gaza with a cease-fire and humanitarian aid. Within this demand lurked the desire to save the Hamas terrorist group from defeat; a group that was using civilians as human shields. They charged that Israel was conducting “genocide” in Gaza with its offensive to clear out the thugs who had purposely massacred civilians in Israel on October 7, 2023. However, the genocide issue quickly shifted as the campus radicals openly embraced the Hamas objective of destroying Israel

For example, car manufacturers are scuttling plants, as well as production of EV. Apparently consumers don’t want to buy the cars having seen the real data. The cars are more expensive to operate than their gas-guzzling cousins. [snip] But things keep getting worse for the EV market. Because EVs require batteries. And those factories need power. Less like a Fifth Column and more like a Third Reich, the Nouveau Nazis on and about college campuses (and elsewhere) need no new theories to explain their behaviors. Today’s Hamas-supporting Sturmabteinlung- and Schutzstaffel- wannabes are deaf to facts, but have preternatural hearing for propaganda and lies. Some wonder why the supposed “best and brightest” and their mentors/teachers/profs have pudding for brains. The product of affirmative action, academic administrative torpor, DEI, and grade inflation, these presumed smarties behave exactly as Jacques Ellul described years ago. Jacques Ellul (1912-1994) was a renowned French philosopher.[snip] He believed in the importance of decentralized, self-governing communities and the preservation of individual freedom and autonomy.

Bass and university authorities did nothing to stop them. In fact, security contractors and law enforcement said that they had been told not to intervene. One UCLA security guard told Breitbart News that the activists had been placed in charge of them and were guiding their deployment.
