Strolling While Jewish

Original Article

Happy Passover, the holiday when American Jews attempt to pass over an Ivy League campus and British Jews attempt to pass over a Central London thoroughfare. (Snip) What Germany was to the Jews of a century ago, America is today. New York is the world's most Jewish city, and Brooklyn is famously the most Jewish place on earth, with more Jews than either Tel Aviv or Jerusalem. As in Germany, Jews are the businessmen, brain surgeons, physicists, film producers. I take it as read that the day is fast-approaching when London, Paris, Toronto, Copenhagen will be Jew-free. But New York?

Comments:

This is a searing, honest article. This is really where we stand -- Jews are being driven out of everything, everywhere. Except Israel, which half the world has in its sights.

I don't know your perception of these events but I went to bed in America and woke up in Germany 1938. What the hell is happening? The youth have always been ignorant and easily influenced because of their lack of real world experience. However, anyone can go online and research Jewish history.. And while there they can also research Hamas and the Muslim beliefs. America is in a very dark place and I cannot believe that this is happening here. This hatred is boiling up and it will boil over. I keep waiting for a Kent State moment when someone is finally killed. The chaos is horrendous, the hate is growing, this is evil, they are like rabid animals. I hope the Jewish community is paying attention and realize their liberal, progressive, democratic citymates have no problem turning their backs on them.

We really do need to start deporting people who are Muslims. It's just that simple. And, very, very sadly, many Americans will freak out and say that this is "terrible": and lawyers will say "that's illegal". Well, then we need to make it LEGAL to deport Muslims and ILLEGAL for them to come here. Islam in a man is like rabies in a dog.......and we need to STOP letting in rabid dogs, and get rid of all that are already here.

What a crazy world. "Misgendering" someone is hate speech and you are open to arrest but advocating killing every Jewish person on earth is quite acceptable.

Very powerful. Blame can be laid on Democrat voters, particularly Jewish Democrats, but Islam won't stop when all the synagogues are destroyed - they hate Christians too. Islam allows only one allegiance -Muhammad. Winston Churchill was right. "Individual Muslims may show splendid qualities, but the influence of the religion paralyses the social development of those who follow it. No stronger retrograde force exists in the world,"

I am so saddened. Actually I am sick to my stomach. Every day more and more students, colleges, people come out of the woodwork breeding hate while they claim the hate is on the other side. These violent, hate filled groups are coming for the Jews and we do nothing because we are not Jewish. But for a while they have been coming for straight, white men and women, and also we do nothing. No one can speak out against it without being the target of threats of harm. I and my family keep our heads down under cover hoping to wake up from this nightmare. It does not appear that this situation can be swept away by reasonable people. It is going to take citizens braver than I am to confront the madding crowd and bring sanity back.

Have been around the Sun quite a few times. Still am amazed at the scope and venom of the anti Jewish protests. Am also amazed at the ignorance of some of the protestors. They are calling Jews KKK and Nazis. They appear not to know about what these movements did to Jewish people. It's just insults for the sake of insults. Where did all the hot heads come from and how can we get rid of them? For a start we get rid of the current maladministration.

From the Kinsella piece cited by Steyn: "Well, multiculturalism was an experiment, and it was an experiment that hasn't worked out." Also FTA: "Diversity is where nations go to die." Both are in the process of fulfilling America's National Death Wish.

Steyn mentions that there are more Jews in Brooklyn than in Tel Aviv and Jerusalem combined. If that is true then why hasn't there been a massive pro-Israel march down Fifth Avenue? I have read of some that have attracted several hundred people but if even a quarter of New York Jews gathered together to demand the city stop the anti-Jew marches the cowardly politicians that run the place would have to take notice. In addition to that why have Jewish politicians such as Chuck Schumer and Jerry Nadler been allowed to hide themselves in DC while their constituents and fellow Jews are afraid the walk the streets of New York and go to school at Columbia? Jews and decent New Yorkers far outnumber the scum rampaging in the streets every day,.

Why Small Businesses Hate Bidenomics 4 replies

If the economy is so good, why do small business leaders feel so bad? (Snip) Amazingly, CEOs of small companies are even more fearful of the future today than during the COVID-19 pandemic, when most businesses were shuttered. “Smaller businesses are being crowded out by complex regulations and direct competition from the $35 trillion national debt,” Malpass concludes. “The Treasury borrowed $23 trillion in 2023 alone, much of it in the expensive short maturities needed by smaller businesses for working capital.” (Snip) “Our members feel as though Biden has declared war on small businesses,” Ortiz said.

Rainer Zitelmann's book, How Nations Escape Poverty, is particularly interesting for American veterans who served as G.I.s in Vietnam or for those who may have lost their fathers or family members in the conflict. The irony of history is that the communists initially won — however, upon establishing their socialist regime across Vietnam, they came to realize what a huge mistake they had made. Today, young Vietnamese in particular admire the USA and capitalism. (Snip) Zitelmann describes how Vietnam, the poorest country in the world in 1990, overcame poverty and became a prosperous country by abolishing the planned economy and introducing private property rights.

Former British Prime Minister Liz Truss spoke Monday at The Heritage Foundation about how the United States and the United Kingdom are facing very challenging forces in the global Left, not just in terms of their extremist activists, but also in the power they hold in our institutions. (Snip) She warned that conservatives must create a stronger infrastructure to take on the Left—which is well-funded, activist, and has many friends in high places—by recruiting more conservative activists and candidates who can fight in the trenches in the ideological war that we now face. Excerpts from her remarks are below.

On Monday, I journeyed from Israel to Brussels for the two-day National Conservatism conference where I was due to speak this morning. I travelled from one war zone. I hadn’t expected to be entering another. National Conservatism, a movement underpinned by the thinking of the Israeli-American philosopher Yoram Hazony, promotes the nation state and the defence of its historic values against the nihilism of the post-moral, anti-western and anti-human ideologies that pass for much progressive thinking. This mainstream position is denounced as “far right” by left-wingers who use this smear to denounce anyone who dares oppose their agenda of destroying the western nation and its historic culture and values.

Soon the government might shut down your car. President Joe Biden's new infrastructure gives bureaucrats that power. You probably didn't hear about that because when media covered it, few mentioned the requirement that by 2026, every American car must "monitor" the driver, determine if he is impaired and, if so, "limit vehicle operation." Rep. Thomas Massie objected, complaining that the law makes government "judge, jury and executioner on such a fundamental right!" Congress approved the law anyway. A USA Today "fact check" told readers, don't worry, "There's no kill switch in Biden's bill." (Snip) The clause is buried under Section 24220 of the law.

What a day this has been. I never imagined that I would witness the banning of a peaceful political meeting in a supposedly free and democratic country. But that’s what nearly happened today in Belgium — in Brussels, the capital of the European Union. I say “nearly,” because despite the attempts by the municipal government, aided by the police and urged on by Antifa, the National Conservatism conference went on, though in a much constrained fashion. After having two venues cancel on us at the last minute, under pressure by both the mayor of Brussels, and two district mayors, police entered the Claridge event space with the intention of shutting

I have long predicted that normalizing transgender surgeries would be followed eventually by doctors intentionally disabling patients with Body Identity Integrity Disorder (BIID). These patients obsess that their “true selves” are quadriplegic, or amputees, or blind, and they yearn to be made that way. It is a real and anguishing condition. Some are now even calling the affliction “transable” (get it?). Well, here it comes. A doctor in Quebec “treated” a BIID patient by amputating two of his healthy fingers.
