What Comes after Transgender? Doctor Amputates
Man’s Healthy Fingers

I have long predicted that normalizing transgender surgeries would be followed eventually by doctors intentionally disabling patients with Body Identity Integrity Disorder (BIID). These patients obsess that their “true selves” are quadriplegic, or amputees, or blind, and they yearn to be made that way. It is a real and anguishing condition. Some are now even calling the affliction “transable” (get it?). Well, here it comes. A doctor in Quebec “treated” a BIID patient by amputating two of his healthy fingers. Otherwise, the patient was threatening to mutilate himself. From the National Post story: The fact that there were only two fingers involved in the Quebec case, as opposed to

Comments:

One of J.K. Rowling's adult novels (written under the nom de plume Robert Galbraith) depicts a group of would-be amputees who admire the hero, who lost his leg as a soldier in Afghanistan. They insist that he was one of them -- i.e. that he amputated his own leg. She has a good eye for sickos.

This is malpractice. So is gender affirming care. Doctors should lose their licenses to practice medicine.

I remember reading a story about beggars in Egypt. Many of them are missing an eye or a hand because they make more money that way, and there are doctors that perform the surgery. Science is never wrong (/s). However, people are, frequently.

Seems to me the patient first should be referred to a psychiatrist to treat him for BIID since that's his actual illness. Doctors shouldn't be feeding their patients delusions.

Herein lies proof that all "trans" surgeries are only dealing with mental disorders. This is no different than a 15 year old boy deciding to become a girl.

Self mutilation is spiraling deeper and deeper. From multiple piercings, tattoos all over the body, various cosmetic surgeries, coloring the whites of the eyes, and now transgenderism, people will soon be getting procedures to look like Barbie or an alien or a cat. But getting you to pay for their procedures and change your language to make them less sad is the icing on the cake.

This whole transgender surgery has opened up a very large can if worms that are not going to get caught. The medical profession has lost its way. Supposedly the "Do No Harm" caution has been trashed.

We now treat mental conditions with physical mutilation. Which is worse, the mental patient, the doctor preforming the mutilation, the government mandating that insurance pay for it, the cheerleaders on the left or the normals sitting back and accepting it?

The news on Monday morning was dominated by stories of an economic recovery by Red China of a recession that the U.S. press had largely ignored. The view that [Red] China was the emerging geopolitical power, with developing nations tucked under its wings, is looking similarly shaky. If there is any topic that requires seriousness, it is the topic of genocide. If there is any sin so profound, any crime so vast, any wrong so awful that it must be treated with the same respect you would treat the body of a murdered child, it is this one. Because, after all, it is the crime that encompasses many such bodies. You would think these truths would give pause. You would think people would be both very quick to condemn a real genocide, and very keen to avoid applying the label where it isn’t deserved.

Today, a side of Adams that was not made much of in his lifetime has for many of us become the most important, and much-needed, part of his legacy: his critical view of Islam and of Muhammad. He derived these views from experience—his own and his father’s—of Muslim behavior (both of the Barbary Pirates and of the Ottoman Turks), from his lifelong study of history, and from his intensive reading of the Qur’an. I have a story on the website about a recent visit to Mar-a-Lago for a conversation with former President Donald Trump. At any given moment, there are lots of subjects in the news one could ask Trump about, but I decided to focus on a longer-term story — how he managed to come back from the disastrous end of his presidency in early 2021 to become the 2024 Republican Party presidential nominee. It’s really a story about the intensity gap between Trump’s supporters and everybody else. Here’s the short version of what he told me during our conversation in Florida: He never felt politically dead. He knew he could run again.

Federal judges have ruled against the Biden administration in several recent high-profile cases, and those on the Left are not happy about it. Instead of defending their policies on the merits in front of these judges, those on the Left have instead pressured the principal policy-making body for the federal judiciary to change how cases are assigned to those judges. Sadly, that body bowed to the pressure and created new guidance for assigning certain cases—all to soften the criticism coming from the Left.
