One of the things that frustrated me about Trump’s (first?) term was his seeming complete indifference to #TheResistance that manifested before he even took office. Unelected bureaucrats working in the ridiculously invasive executive branch’s many agencies, publicly declared war on him, and he . . . well, he did nothing.
Until the final year of his presidency when he seemed to finally take aim at the problem in his own branch of government–we can call it the deep state, the resistance, the entrenched bureaucrats who oversee far too much policy in America and who are, apparently, answerable to no one. Not the voter, not the president.
So then-president Trump launched

One administration cannot make rules that are binding on succeeding administrations. Only Congress can do that.

Not going to work. These are "rules" or "regulations", which are just words written down, nothing permanent about them. New "rules" and "regulations" can be quickly ordered and these treasonous criminals AT MINIMUM fired.
Many should be arrested and convicted and imprisoned.

Gee SCOTUS told biden it was UNCONSTITUTIONAL to give debt forgiveness to college debt but bisen did it 3 times. He stated he was proud that he ignored SCOTUS.
I say Trump should do the same. IGNORE bidens rules. F M. FIRE them all.

This is a beautiful SCOTUS case. You cannot bind elected officials, especially a President, with a bureaucratic rule. Agency rules have NO power not allocated to them by Congress. They hamstrung Trump in his first term by pulling this baloney. He, being somewhat deferential to government procedure, put up with it. Many of the things he wanted to do, he eventually got but the bureaucracy slowed everything down. I suspect Trump will handle things VERY different this time.
Of course the bureaucracy and media will scream and pout. "But there's a RULE!" Trump should spit in their eye, remove the power from everyone he wants to fire, and work the courts to get a declaration. Even if the people Trump removes get paid for a couple months while things play out, they will have NO power and remaining workers loyal to the President, who is their BOSS, can make the changes Trump wants.
Trump could open a massive warehouse and put the exiles desks in there and provide no computer, phone, or functional access to ANYTHING. If they don't show up to sit at their desk for 8 hours every day, they are FIRED for insubordination and dereliction of duty. Once the court affirms that the president is in charge of the Executive branch, they would be terminated. The cost to maintain and administer such a facility (a bureaucratic jail) for a few months will be WELL worth completely sidelining them. And it would be endlessly entertaining.

Any “rule” that Biden and his Obama crew throw in the bureaucratic hopper, once elected Trump can undo. This is another sign that everything that Biden does is 101% politically partisan.

They ignore the oath of office that every federal employee has to take to be hired. Why would they care about some rule?

You can safely bet that the Federal Government employees that Biden and the leftist and socialist Democrats are attempting to save federal agency jobs for are “woke” leftist and socialist Democrats who have been appointed to top level jobs in Federal Agencies during the Biden era, and are not just regular rank and file federal employees who earned their jobs through merit.

Who wins if there isn't an election in November? More than one white hat podcaster has said that they believe that our country will implode before then. Think about the millions of invaders who have crossed our borders. Many are military age young men, MS-13 gang members and, supposedly, the Chinese already have police stations established across the country. Better wake up America! Times, they are changing.

Reminds me of a song sung about "Papa Doc" Duvalier in Haiti...something about "President for life."
And, sure enough, the dhimmicrats are transforming America into yet another Bananna Republic.
And if you think we're too big to fail, I suggest that ancient Egypt, Greece, Rome, and Mongolia, and modern Spain and England thought the same thing, too, at one time...and look where they are now.

The ONLY thing stopping a newly elected President from revoking previously established executive orders is that person's own will and determination to revoke and replace those executive orders. Yes, the administrative state will use every tactic and every leftist judge they can find to fight it but, NO, they can't stop it indefinitely. Trump better use the Big Stick this time.

What is the most pressing National concern that requires Federal action?
Answer: NONE. For over 250 years the congress and the executive have meddled their way to completion. If the Federal Government ceases to do ANYTHING new, we won't suffer. Next step, disassemble all of the special privilege considerations for favored groups.

Do like American corporations when they want to get rid of the "ripe fruit" and simply apply the "shake the tree" method of Human Resources. They just announce that your job is moving to Anytown, Nebraska and you're "encouraged" to apply for it there. The "Swamp Critters" will be departing the sinking ship in droves like the rats they are.

My take from that statement is that even Biden knows that Trump is going to win and reverse everything that Obama and the Biden Crime Family has done.
Between millions of armed and ready citizens, most with good military training in their backgrounds and what's left of the US Army, those ten million illegal invaders will not be much of a problem. They only scare people now because the police are not allowed to fight back.

Does anyone remember any rule, ANY rule that Biden has ever followed without his fingers crossed behind his back? Trump should (but we know he won't) rule that no Biden family member or friend or former employee can speak or write to a member of the press. Add a penalty for the press who even ask Biden a question. My guess is that would not be in effect for much past 1/31/2025. That should go double for any Press Secretary.

Over the years, posters have added to our "Ldot vocabulary" various spellings of words. Then out close-knit bunch will recognize each other on "other" sites (are there others?) by use of those special terms. (Example: PIAPS) Today, I nominate Poster 11's great word "Reficulout" It clearly means Ridiculous in a Biden sort of way. There'll never be another PIAPS, and hope to Heaven there'll never be another Biden.

They can all be transferred to building on the southern border of Texas. Unfortunately, the A/C can't work and there will be problems with the electricity and no free parking. Let's see how long they hold out. Of course, they will have to show up and work when the military does which is 7AM to 4PM. Their jobs will be to take the scraps from shredders and reassemble them. The task will have quota for no less than 100 sheets to be completed daily. No conversation or head phones allowed. Should be fun to watch.
