“Nobody” should go to jail for “smoking weed,” Vice President Kamala Harris said Friday, despite having prosecuted nearly 2,000 cases of marijuana possession, cultivation, or sale as California’s attorney general.
Harris’s public flip-flop is likely due to the politics of a difficult reelection campaign in which the Biden-Harris ticket is losing to former President Donald Trump in 75 percent of 2024 swing states, polling shows.Harris condemned prosecuting those who smoke flowers while speaking at a roundtable event about cannabis reform with musician Fat Joe and Kentucky Gov. Andy Beshear (D).

A spokeswoman for the Associated Press (AP) admitted to Breitbart News on Saturday that the organization does not, despite previously reporting in two different pieces that it did, have any “geolocation data” to back up its smear piece about Ohio Senate candidate Bernie Moreno.
Lauren Easton, the director of communications for the AP, on Saturday told Breitbart News that while the organization stands by the story and its reporter Brian Slodysko, it does not have “geolocation data” as the two articles it previously published originally claimed.

Ohio Republican Senate candidate Bernie Moreno was slapped with an embarrassing attack ad to derail his campaign. It does reek of desperation, but the final days of this primary have turned into a circus, with Moreno, Ohio State Sen. Matt Dolan, and Secretary of State Frank LaRose all trading blows before the March 19 primary. The drama has caught the eye of Senate Democrats, who rolled out ads supporting Moreno. In some states, ensuring the pro-Trump candidate wins to make things easier for Democrats, the general election could work in a purple-ish state. That’s not Ohio,

Former President Donald Trump spoke at a rally in Dayton, Ohio, on Saturday, where he decried Joe Biden’s backtracking on his use of the word “illegal” to describe Laken Riley’s alleged killer.
As Breitbart News reported, Laken Riley became yet another name in an already growing list of American citizens to have reportedly died at the hands of a migrant in the United States illegally: On Feb. 23, 26-year-old illegal alien Jose Antonio Ibarra from Venezuela was charged with kidnapping and murdering Augusta University nursing student Laken Riley the day prior while she was out for

President Joe Biden can attempt to deny that he has now publicly engaged in election interference, but no thinking American voter is going to buy that argument.
Of course, he was only following in the footsteps of Senate Majority Leader Chuck Schumer, who in a Senate floor speech on Thursday said that it was time for new elections in Israel.
“As a lifelong supporter of Israel, it has become clear to me: The Netanyahu coalition no longer fits the needs of Israel after Oct. 7,” Schumer said, referring to the attack by Hamas that targeted and killed hundred of Israeli civilians and took hundreds more captive, according to The Hill.

It is crucial to continue to fight for former President Donald Trump, Peter Navarro, who faces prison for failing to comply with a congressional subpoena in a continuing battle of lawfare against Trump and those connected to him, said during an appearance on Breitbart News Saturday, offering these parting words: “Don’t cry for me, Argentina; fight for Donald Trump.”
Navarro served as a trade adviser to Trump and faces prison next week for refusing to comply with an order from the now-defunct House January 6 select committee. He filed an emergency application with the Supreme Court asking for intervention, and they have asked the Justice Department to respond

Congresswoman Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez has a challenger in the Democratic primary for the New York 14th Congressional District seat.
Wall Street veteran Marty Dolan launched a long-shot bid to unseat the progressive lawmaker who represents a district that includes parts of Queens and the Bronx in New York City.
Dolan has called for the Democratic party to 're-center' and argues the 'Radicals' influence on the party is overweight. 'New Yorkers have seen it all, including scams like the Radicals offer. But we know better that New Yorkers want NYC to be the best city in the best country in the world,' he said on his website.

Joe Biden's confusion seems to keep getting worse and worse, and his people are working overtime trying to cover for him.
The examples over the past few days about how much they have to do to cover him are stark. We saw them stop him from answering questions when he wanted to while he was in Michigan. Because the "leader of the free world" is apparently controlled by unelected staff (or whoever is behind them). We saw some of his confusion in Michigan on Thursday already but there was a longer clip that has come out since then that shows how bad it was.

Americans are still fleeing Democratic run states in their droves and moving to more conservative parts of the country, the latest census data shows.
Over the year 2022 to 2023, Los Angeles County in California, Cooky County in Illinois and Kings County in New York all experienced population declines of 119,000, 58,000 and 55,000 respectively.
Miami-Dade County in Florida came fifth in the list, potentially because of the high prices caused by Florida’s skyrocketing popularity.
The main beneficiaries of domestic migration were Polk County in Florida, Montgomery County in Texas and Pasco County in Florida with gains of 26,000, 25,000 and 24,000 respectively

Breitbart Editor-in-Chief and New York Times bestselling Breaking Biden author Alex Marlow said Friday on Fox Business Network’s “Kudlow” that polls show former President Donald Trump has put together a broad coalition of voters, causing him to poll better than any Republican candidate in decades.
Anchor Larry Kudlow said, “Alex I’ll start , a couple of good articles out today. Matt Continenti, for example, Trump’s coalition looks like it’s a broad-based, working folks, white, African-American, Hispanic, Latino, young people, women perhaps. He is breaking through in ways that no Republican has broken through in a very long time which probably attests to his lead in the polls.

Citizens in a residential area of San Francisco are bolstering their homes with chicken wire in a bid to keep out intruders.
Happening in the city's Richmond District, the safety measures come amid a recent jump in burglaries, robberies, and homicides in the affluent neighborhood.
Headline-grabbing incidents like thieves making off with a Bank of America ATM earlier this year have even longtime residents on edge - with some installing cameras and safety locks along with the unconventional farm equipment.

ALEXANDRIA, VIRGINIA – Trump Campaign National press secretary Karoline Leavitt declared Friday that the Republican Party “is the party of women” at the National Federation of Republican Women’s (NFRW) Spring 2024 Board Meeting.
While delivering the keynote address, Leavitt called out President Joe Biden, Democrats, and their “stenographers” in the mainstream media, who so often claim the Democrat Party to be women’s champion.“I’m so sick of hearing all of them say, ‘The Democrat party is the party of women.’ That is false. The Grand Old Party, the Republican Party, is the party of women,” Leavitt said, drawing thunderous applause from a packed conference room of attendees at the NFRW’s luncheon.
