Fulton County special prosecutor Nathan Wade resigned from the office Friday after a judge ruled either he or District Attorney Fani Willis must step aside from her office’s election subversion case against Donald Trump after revelations of their romantic relationship.
“I am proud of the work our team has accomplished in investigating, indicting, and litigating this case,” Wade wrote in a one-page letter. “Seeking justice for the people of Georgia and the United States, and being part of the effort to ensure that the rule of law and democracy are preserved, has been the honor of a lifetime.”

Heard a commentator earlier today - it's as if two people were caught after burglarizing a home, one was punished and the other one was set free.

GA is even more corrupt than LA. Anywhere blacks are running the show, the corruption is thick.

So according to McAfee, addressing the "appearance of impropriety" just means one of the two grifters has to go. Considering Willis is staying on the case, apparently, his definition of impropriety does not include an officer of the court committing perjury, money laundering, tax evasion, campaign finance fraud, obstruction of justice, evidence tampering, misuse of public funds, and embezzlement. And that is what we know of.
She should also have been tossed, and all charges against all defendants dropped.

Wonder which male on the prosecution staff is now being eyed hungrily by Fat Fanni to fulfill her carnal desires. Bet most of them keep their heads down when she trundles past their desks and desperately avoid eye contact.
Sick, sick to death of all these black Americans (no such thing as an African American) embedded in the Communist Death Democrat Regime who are above the law. Judge McAfee is a gutless, corrupt coward.

I f Nathan Wade was a true friend of Fat Fani he would not have allowed her perjure herself.. If he was a true friend of Fat Fani, he would have told her the red dress was on backwards before she went on national TV. If Fat Fani was a true "companion" of Wade she would not have fired Wade and fired herself.

It makes no sense. My understanding is that Fani was the boss, any problems about the Trump prosecution would not have occurred w/o her consent. Wade was not the boss.
But I do have a question A question for those more familar with Georgia law: Did a "Special Prosecutor" status somehow make Wade independent of Fani?

#9 correctly states that Ms. Willis was in control. The legal principle is "respondeat superior", or let the superior answer. The folk expression of this idea is "A fish rots from the head". Someone who lets her subordinate take the fall is someone who is not a leader.

No real punishment here for him.
Wade is not prosecuted and he keeps all that taxpayer money.
Hopefully, the investigations into Fani are just beginning.
The silver lining is that the appeal for this kangaroo court should be a slam dunk.

Keep an eye on both of them. They will continue meeting on the down-low. Criminal filth like this does not assume an honest path once they get away with something.

If the actions of the two stooges had no effect on the Trump case, why did they lie about so many things? This wimpy judge completely ignored perjury galore. By ignoring the lie about them meeting with Biden officials in DC, to coordinate legal attacks on Trump, he allows their conspiracy to get Trump to continue, unabated. It is all a Biden organized conspiracy, not based on facts, nor reason. Kicking Wade off the case is so sophomoric, as if a teacher separated two kids who are a bad influence on each other, after they set fire to a classroom. That’s not punishment and by the way, it’s too late, McAfee, the damage is done.
The Deep State is still working 24/7/365 to make the 2020 election theft a perfect crime. To them, the task at hand never ends, because 2020 WAS stolen. That it was stolen pops up again and again and nothing they do, say, lie about, etc will stop it. They are fools on a fool’s errand.

That the charges were not completely dismissed and Fanni Willis arrested for prosecutorial misconduct means that there is no justice system in the US. The State of Georgia has abjectly failed to uphold its end of the social contract.
Do Democrats really understand what that means? Are they really willing to go there?
The Soapbox, the ballot box, the cartridge box. This decision places the US firmly on the path to #3.
I am not advocating it, I don't want it, but there it is. a brutal and bloody civil war is coming. Maybe by November of this year.

FTA - "“However, an odor of mendacity remains,” McAfee wrote. “The Court is not under an obligation to ferret out every instance of potential dishonesty from each witness or defendant ever presented in open court. Such an expectation would mean an end to the efficient disposition of criminal and civil proceedings.”"

Oops. Hit submit before was ready.
So, Judge McAfee, just wondering. What stopped you from dismissing the entire case then? Too much pressure from the dims, rinos, and msm to continue forging ahead with this joke of a trial?

so, may we assume that, in GA, #@!flows downhill to sorazz appointees, and thence to the pet judge,
who outsources to the various offices, boards, divisions, commissions, bank accounts, ...?
will the voters a/k/a taxpayers seek the recovery and retribution they deserve?
