Embattled Fulton County District Attorney Fani Willis can stay on and prosecute the election interference case against former president Donald Trump and his co-defendants for allegedly trying to overturn the results of the 2020 election — if special prosecutor Nathan Wade steps aside, a judge ruled Friday.
Fulton County Superior Court Judge Scott McAfee issued the decision early Friday, following two days of testimony from Willis, Wade and others close to them. In the decision he wrote: “The prosecution of this case cannot proceed until the State selects one of two options.

Is anyone in Georgia, like oh I don't know the Attorney General, filing any charges against Fani for her unethical actions or maybe the GA Bar is looking at her? Anyone?

What kind of a legal system have they got there? That decision is insane. Is she guilty if misuse of government's funds or isn't she? If she is she needs to go to jail just like anyone else, not dump her boyfriend and to avoid that and keep her job.

Multiple people committed perjury and not one of them will be charged. You see, democrats never go to jail. Just republicansfor to jail on bogus charges. It's pathetic and appalling to see how compromised our whole judicial system is. I mean, democrats don't even put murderers away. Wake up.

The fact that Fani Willis and Nathan Wade are Dems is only half of the reason they're off the hook. The bigger consideration is their immunity from consequences because they're black. The treatment of two whites would have been quite different and we all know it.

Can anyone look at McAfee - - and not conclude that he's a spineless wimp? Anyone?
And besides which - - the decision makes not a grain of sense. Fani is the corrupt ringleader - - but her little boy-toy has to take the rap? He's the fall guy - - but Fani waddles away?
The "justice" system today is a very corrupt - - and very dangerous - - joke. We must all fight with every ounce of our strength and wits - - to get President Trump back into office!

The Judge, who just so happens to have donated to Fani's election campaign, dodges the political "bullet" using judicial "slight-of-hand." He knows Fani's case depends on her keeping "her man" in place, and likewise, Nathan knows he goes back to the Defense Attorney crap-bin of thieves, drunks, and wife-beaters if he loses this good gig going after 'honkaay.' The Judge failed to address the VERY ethical violations of Fani, and it will probably be enough to assist the Appellate overturn of any judgement against the defendants, and HE knows it. Yet, he allows Fani to remain involved... go figure.
How low can Georgia go?

So as the case goes forward and witnesses come on the stand and “swear” to tell the truth….Do we believe them. Do we believe anything further that Fani says? Can the judge with a straight face sit in judgement?

I guess the fanny vote pack machine won't go against da judge in the next election.
The judge doesn't seem like a rabid Trump hater like those New York judges/inquisitors. The judge could reconsider this ruling at any time, I think, so maybe he delays the case until after the election and FannyPacked get the nathan wade treatment from him.

As Sadow explained in the hearing, there would be an appeal, and they are going to do it all over again. Clearly, Wade, Bradley and Willis all committed purgery. Willis and her office intimidated witnesses and suborned purgery. If she is to be believed, Willis admitted stealing campaign money to pay for her vacations. It's time for that interlocutory appeal to a higher court. This 34 year old judge is an indoctrinated cuck, who does not have the courage to rule against his black masters.

The Judge surely knows Fanny tampered with witnesses, LIED under oath, used her position to threaten Wade's Ex wife, suborned perjury from Wades Lawyer...the list goes on. I have no doubt the other defendants will SUE Fanny/Fulton County for things the "Judge" Ignored.

Sounds like another Democrat Judge created decision to help other Democrats underlined by “racial aspects and Black culture”. Remember if the Democrats can use the courts, through their partisan “law fare” generated court cases to severely damage a billionaire such as Trump, and If they can getaway with that, imagine what they can do to any future Republican candidate who equates to a “just plain Joe from Kokomo” or you if you get politically “crossways” with the leftist Democrats in the future.

I think that the judge made this ruling in order to set Willis and Wade up to destroy each other, and perhaps the whole case in the process. No matter what happens, one of them will be the injured party and can blow up the whole seedy corrupt affair in revenge against the other. Which very well may add to the list of crimes they have committed that we don’t even know about yet.

She can remove her entire team from the case...or remove Wade and then SHE has to be the one in Court arguing the case...Her courtroom demeanor, lack of grasp of the actual laws, and "thin ice" warnings already from the Judge, almost guarantees she will flail her way into a fail if she chooses that route.
He has given her "Rope"....or an exit ramp.
While also specifically mentioning other agencies and avenues that "Higher Officials" can institute higher sanctions upon her, including legal actions, dismissal, and disbarment.
