A White House valet who was with former president Donald Trump on the day Congress certified his 2020 election loss to Joe Biden told the House January 6 select committee that Mr Trump threatened then-vice president Mike Pence’s future political viability in a phone call just before Mr Pence was to preside over a joint session of Congress to count electoral college ballots. According to a transcript of the interview of the unnamed White House valet, the valet overheard Mr Trump telling Mr Pence: “Mike, this is a political career killer if you do this” as the two men spoke by phone while Mr Trump was in the Oval Office.

That doesn't sound like a threat. Trump was just stating a fact. The valet needs to stick to valet-ing!

And he was right. Feckless Pence has undoubtedly blown this up into a threat when ut would clearly have been just a warning from one who understood what could happen to Pence. He was not to overthrow anything. Just do everything within his power to assure a legal election. Pence never understood. Such a limited little creature.

FTA: “...the valet overheard Mr. Trump telling Mr. Pence: “Mike, this is a political career killer if you do this” ... “Do what’s right.” It is not possible to read anyone’s heart or mind but if the transcript is correct, there is nothing threatening in the way of physical harm to Mr. Pence. The warning is a political warning—“a career killer.” As informational, the Electoral Count Act of 1887 “...aims to minimize Congressional involvement in election disputes, instead placing THE PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITY TO RESOLVE DISPUTES UPON THE STATES. The Act sets out procedures and deadlines for the states to follow in resolving disputes, certifying results, and sending the results to Congress.” In the past 20 years, Electoral College Certifications were objected to three times by Democrats. Ted Cruz wanted Congress to “appoint an Electoral Commission, with full investigatory and fact-finding authority to conduct an audit of election results before Inauguration Day on Jan. 20. Once the audit was completed, states would evaluate the Commission’s findings and could convene a special legislative session to certify a change in their vote, if needed.” According to an article published on February 13, 2021 (Peter Navarro: “What Mike Pence Did to Donald J. Trump – Will Go Down in History as One of the Greatest Betrayals Imaginable – Video), Dr. Peter Navarro prepared the “Navarro Report” consisting of three volumes documenting election fraud and irregularities that warranted an investigation but Vice President Pence, declining having states resolve the disputes, “...allowed the RINO Republicans, and it certainly allowed the Democrats to cancel what was going to be an investigation on January 6th, which was going to be one of the greatest days in the history of the republic because it would have allowed an investigation into this fraud.” The decision Mike Pence made was his to make; however, there was nothing immoral about pursuing the Constitutional action President Trump wanted to pursue not solely for his personal benefit, but because of the morality in seating a presidential candidate as a result of possible voter fraud, sanctioning such a precedent for future elections.

That was seen erupting into flames as panicked shoppers and concertgoers escaped, and drivers on the roadway next to it videoed the scene. During a private lunch, Obama told Biden his campaign was unstable, persuading unhappy voters would be a challenge and defeating Trump would be more difficult than 2020, according to a Democrat briefed on the discussion.
