The brother of the killer was charged with green card fraud —— his 4th arrest since September. FTA —- Diego Ibarra was processed for expedited removal, but he claimed a credible fear of returning to his home country of Venezuela. He was then released from immigration custody pending adjudication of his claim for asylum on April 30, 2024.

Why don't these reporters, etc. try calling these people the real thing. ILLEGAL ALIENS. Illegal, because they are here ILLEGALLY. ALIENS, because they don't belong on our land.PERIOD! Then maybe some of our voters will finally get it! People are still calling them ''migrants''. STOP IT!

She was jogging alone. So either the murderer wanted money or sex. No one would take money on a jog. So that leaves only one thing. He should also be charged with rape or at least attempted rape. Will the brothers be charged with crimes or sent back to Venezuela?

" he claimed a credible fear of returning to his home country of Venezuela." They intentionally conflate "Credible Fear" with "specious/in-credible claim"....Thanks Joe Biden Meanwhile millions of legitimate citizens have a legitimate Credible Fear...of having these criminals HERE. If any govt organization/NGO was in any way involved with bringing/keeping these two here, subsidized them in any way, provided them any benefits? Charge them as accessories before/after the fact, aiding and abetting...and RICO. The blanket "immunity for actions that are official duties" is void when the "Official Duties" are violations of very clear existing Laws, and in fact the executive orders are the direct OPPOSITE of Existing Law.

Clearly Biden who is under the political control of the globalist leftist Democrats are using the silent invasion of illegal aliens (migrants) to permanently change the population demographics of the country to what they believe will result in a minority-majority population of both domestic, and future foreign born leftist and socialist Democrat supporters and voters, forming a massive new leftist and socialist Democrat minority group dominated constituency that will keep the leftist and socialist Democrats in permanent political control of the USA able to transform the country into some sort of future socialist utopia. The leftist and socialist Democrats would not be allowing that to occur if they ever thought that more than a small percentage of the incoming, mostly all welfare dependent, illegal aliens would ever become conservative Republican supporters and voters, that’s just common sense!

Bottom line, the brother will be staying HERE, not THERE. In 10 years (more likely 2 years) when everything's forgotten and his term is up, he'll be released to go on his merry way. Since many of the countries that illegal aliens come from won't take them back (why would they want their criminals back?), I hear there's a former sheriff (goes by the name of Arpaio) who knows a thing or two about tent prisons. The many lands out west that the feds own are vacant and have a lot of space.

No, #5. They are NOT immigrants they are ALIENS. That is the technical, legal term used in all the US immigration laws on the books. ALIENS.....citizens of foreign countries. Never give them the dignity of the title "migrant" or "immigrant"...they are criminals from FOREIGN COUNTRIES, the term is ALIEN.

They are not "migrants" nor "immigrants" nor legitimate "asylum seekers." They're anti-social illegal alien criminals from the same family. They took Joe Biden up on his invitation to invade the United States. He knew they couldn't be properly vetted. He and his party wanted them unleashed on our soil ASP, and they all got just what they wanted. Donald Trump secured our borders, and but for Biden, we would have even more secure borders than the ones Biden destroyed. How in the world can Biden have ANY chance of winning legitimate votes after the damage he has done to America, her families, and her communities?

Treasury Secretary Janet Yellen sidestepped questions about whether her department ordered surveillance of consumer purchases and transactions. Yellen was asked Tuesday during a hearing whether the Treasury Department instructed financial institutions to monitor legal purchases for signs of "extremism," as claimed in a House Judiciary Committee letter last month. "Has Treasury — including FinCEN or federal banking agencies like the Fed, FDIC, OCC — instructed financial institutions to search Americans' legal transactions in attempts to surveil their purchases?" Republican Missouri Rep. Ann Wagner asked Yellen. “Well, we received the letter from you, I believe, on this topic, and we intend to investigate and to respond," Yellen responded.

The U.S. Supreme Court on Monday sided with the Biden administration in a case involving a razor wire fence along Texas’ border with Mexico. The court’s decision allows Border Patrol agents to cut concertina wire that Texas had installed along the border near Eagle Pass while litigation continues. The roughly 30 miles of wire had been installed as part of Texas Gov. Greg Abbott's broader fight with the administration over immigration enforcement and attempts to stem the historic flow of migrants across the border since Biden's term began.
