Cancer patients have flocked from all over the world to a Houston oncologist who developed a cutting-edge treatment that achieves a complete remission in 50 percent of patients.
Philip Salem, 82, combined immunotherapy, chemotherapy, and targeted therapy to create a breakthrough cancer treatment called ICTriplex at his Salem Oncology Center.
'I have been in cancer medicine for 55 years. I have never seen before what I'm seeing now as a result of ICTriplex,' Salem told ABC7.

Sounds like a miracle, hope it is a successful treatment for cancer. Four years ago, my sister in law was diagnosed with pancreatic cancer. She lived 5 months. She was 68years old and was someone who should have lived into their 90's, very fit, and active in her community. This past fall one of her sisters died from the same cancer. It truly is a heartbreaking disease.

It would be good to see independent confirmation from other research sites. This article seems long on hype and short on details.

Let's hope that this is real, not a scam.
My trust of doctors is WAY down lately.

I have an acquaintance right now who is out of options and hope, short of a miracle, in fact. If this is real, there should be verifiable data. I will pass along this article, and hope, and continue to pray for this person, and the many more suffering from this horrible disease..

The Cancer Industry will have him ostracized and shut down in a short time. Cancer is a very profitable disease that they can't afford to lose.

His success rate is 50/50. Essentially a coin flip. Not exactly a miracle.
I went to three doctors before settling on Mayo Clinic. It became clear to me that the first two planned to do the minimum treatment for as long as possible to maximize billing. Mayo's approach was, and I quote, "take a sledge hammer" and kill the cancer as quickly as possible. It seems to me that this miracle doctor is more interested in results than he is in maximizing profits. And that is a good thing.

Some cancers are very treatable, some are not. I'm not going to click on the ad-laden Daily Mail to see if any real details are shown.

Hope it works. A study sample size of 41 is not very large.

Very few oncologists will give you their success rate, because they have so much failure. They think and extra year is success. I have my doubts about whether many people wouldn't have lived longer without the chemo.

Ah, the pretty looking X-ray results. The X-rays look oh so pretty. The outcomes are unchanged. Same crap happen with Rituxumab with advanced breast cancer. Made the X-rays so very, very pretty. When a study based on outcomes came out, it show rituxumab was killing women. Another 'miracle', another we need to wait and see. Hope he's on to something. Too bad we have been burn so often before with the latest and greatest cancer drug miracle. Hope he isn't another Steve McQueen Laetrile scam.
