Trump Just Won Tom Friedman’s Vote

Leftists in the press have been falling over themselves lately to warn Americans that a second Trump term in the White House would usher in an era of dictatorship. The Hill reports that “The Washington Post, The Atlantic, and The New York Times each published stories referencing a ‘Trump dictatorship’ in recent days, arguing a new Trump presidency posed a threat to democracy.” (snip) But our question is this: Since when did the left start hating dictatorships? It’s the left, after all, that has had a long and storied string of romances with actual dictators.

The left likes a dictatorship. They appear to sit around complaining about Trump instead of talking about all the great things Biden has done. Then, someone (a dictator?) send down some talking points and they all jump on them, all spouting the exact same words. Really silly.

Trump said he would be a dictator for one day. IMO he deserves that day and I intend to work to give it to him. That one day when he cleans out the stalls of manure that has grown in the Democrat regime is what they fear. After what they have put him through he deserves that day.

Trump didn't even get ONE peaceful day in his first administration to be President. As I recall, the leftist media started talking about impeachment minutes after Trump gave his Inaugural address and before he and Melania had had their first dance as President and First Lady that night. We all need to just ignore them. They are the main reason our country is being torn apart and destroyed. I get that this is a salon and not a saloon, but guys these people really are low life scum.

So who authorized Joe Biden to ignore American immigration laws, limit oil drilling on federal lands, or to sell off 40% of our oil reserves? Oh wait. Dictators don't ask. They do as they please. Under President Trump, we didn't have to live like this. We had a president who acted in the best interests of the American people. DEMS took away the prosperity President Tump brought with him. No wonder Dems, billionaire donors, and the MSM are terrified Trump just might win the next presidential election. Given the declining quality of life for Americans, reasonable people can have doubts not only about how we got here, but about whether they want to stay where Dems have brought them. If we truly elect our own leaders, the out come of the next election should reflect the will of the American people, and we should all watch very closely to make sure that is what happened.

Who will win the next presidential election? Of course, no one knows, since it’s still 11 months off. But if the election were held today, there would be a second term for President Donald Trump, the latest I&I/TIPP Poll shows. The national online poll, taken from Nov. 29-Dec. 1 from among 1301 registered voters, shows Trump with a slim two percentage point edge over President Joe Biden, 41% to 39%. The poll has a margin of error of +/-2.8 percentage points. Notably, there isn’t a majority for either of the candidates. Among those responding, 13% opted for other “other” while 7% said “not sure,” a total of 20% of the total sample.

America took in more substance, more facts, more clear contrasts, more smart thrusts and parries,

A leaked Biden administration document is “a strong sign” that the U.S. will consider breaching four Snake River dams to promote salmon populations on the river. Normally, we wouldn’t care, but the push to tear down these (and other) dams exposes the rank hypocrisy of the “climate change” zealots. Those four dams are hydroelectric stations. In other words, they are sources of clean, carbon-free energy. According to the non-profit NW Energy Coalition, they produce about 1,000 megawatts of power throughout the year, but that can climb to 2,200 MW during peak energy demand. So, where’s that energy to replace that loss supposed to come from? Coal plants?

Former President Donald Trump is urging supporters to “guard the vote” during next year’s election, a phrase that has set off alarm bells among pro-democracy advocates who say it signals permission to take extreme measures that could intimidate voters and threaten election workers. The phrase is a relatively novel one for Trump, though activists in the far-right movement have been setting the groundwork for it to be deployed more widely. Former national security adviser Michael Flynn has spent months repeating the phrase in posts, speeches and interviews.
