Democrats are fretting about President Biden’s low approval ratings, exacerbated by widespread concerns about his age. Those factors seem to be getting worse rather than better. A CNN/SSRS poll released this week showed just 39 percent of adults approving of Biden’s job performance, his lowest number in more than a year. Almost three-quarters of the population, according to the poll, believes Biden lacks the stamina and sharpness to serve effectively as president. No mention of Kennedy or Williamson as viable replacements (nor Cornell West, either). And what about the dark horse Michelle Obama, perhaps the most likely of all?

Most of them are not bright enough to realize it, but Democrats don’t just have a dumb & demented candidate problem, they have a destructive & depraved ideology problem.

His numbers suck because everyone knows he is flat-out lying to their faces about ‘Bidenomics”. It’s a freaking disaster. People know their bank balances and most are dwindling under his oppressive economic policies and profligate spending. He is lying to everyone’s faces and telling them they don’t see what they clearly see. He is toast.

Judge the credibility of this piece when you note that AOC is on the list. Why not Ilhan Omar?

I'm surprised there are not more people coming forward as possible replacements for FJB. As you know, getting the Democrat nomination for president is tantamount to winning the election, this because of recent and now embedded methods of vote harvesting and counting.

You can tell the Propaganda Machine is awake this weekend. Check this out: “ Buttigieg’s key strengths are his intelligence and his communication skills, especially on television.” Plus which, none of these appear to be interested in being the front (wo)man to The Lightbringer’s machinations behind the curtain, especially Brylcream Boy. The only one who fits that bill is Big Mike.

Of course, one of the dem candidates would be Governor Brylcream Newsom,. His announcement yesterday (that he's "moving on" from the idea of running in 24) had to be dishonest in some way, and this shows how. The others listed are nearly just as bad, Wretched Witless? Occasional Cortex? Hooker Harris? Good grief. Might as well run Pelosi....

No. 3, over the years how many other people have denied interest in running for president only to throw their hat in the ring later? Or to allow themselves to be "persuaded" to run? I don't know exactly, but the number isn't close to zero.

A semi reasonable column until AOC. She makes Kamala look like a Rhodes Scholar. She doesn't even know the three branches of the Federal Government. She was the spokes person for the Green New Deal which proposes to get rid of airplanes and other nonsense. AOC is a joke. Not that the other aren't. But she is the bottom of the barrel.

Oil prices are surging again, but the Biden administration's biggest weapon for bringing them down has much less ammunition. Last year, the federal government drained 180 million barrels from the Strategic Petroleum Reserve as oil prices soared in the aftermath of Russia's invasion of Ukraine and the turmoil in energy markets that followed. Flooding the market with all that supply helped bring oil prices down — and helped cool inflation, which had shot up as well. Earlier this year, the administration took some steps to start refilling the SPR. But while it has ticked up slightly, the level remains near

Vice President Kamala Harris said during an interview Wednesday that she was ready to fulfill her constitutional duty to assume the presidency should President Biden be unable to govern as questions swirl around his health and age. Biden, who is 80 and is turning 81 in November, continues to be the oldest serving president in U.S. history. Should Democrats win again in 2024, he will be 82 before he is sworn into a potential second term and would be 86 at the end of it. Harris described the idea of possibly stepping into the role of president as "hypothetical" but

Users slammed the president for seemingly making the tragedy about himself and embellishing how destructive the actual fire was to his house. Ukrainian authorities ordered a mandatory evacuation of several villages and three dozen other populated areas as Russian troops advanced on the Kharkiv province. The evacuation directive applies to 37 settlements that Russian forces captured early in the 18-month-old war but were liberated by a Ukrainian counteroffensive in September. Citing a Russian attempt to push back into the area, the military administration in the Kupiansk district told roughly 12,000 residents to seek safety elsewhere. The order was initially issued on Aug. 10 but residents have been reluctant to relocate despite Russia's renewed push to retake the region. The resurgence comes as

Tactics have been getting more radical, with some protesters gluing themselves to roads, disrupting high-profile sporting events like golf and tennis and even splashing famous pieces of artwork with paint or soup.
