t was February of 1992 and President George H. W. Bush, while out campaigning for reelection, gave a speech to the National Grocers Association. What could possibly go wrong? It was a non-event, evidenced by the fact that only one pool reporter was present, Gregg McDonald of the Houston Chronicle. Before Bush gave the speech, he toured the new grocer technology, including a state-of-the-art scanner that could weigh produce and read damaged bar codes. In his report, McDonald noted that the president had a "look of wonder" on his face as he admired the new technology.

Wait, production is going down , prices of everything will be going up. It's bad and it's going to get worse.

Wrong Newsweek, massive criminal cheating by the communist death democrats with the hidden and not so hidden enthusiastic collaboration of the republicans in Congress and at the state and local level will determine the election, which as a matter of fact whomever is the communist death democrat running for Dictator, excuse me I meant President, will be declared the winner. We do not and will not have a free and fair presidential election in 2025. Reality.

In November2019 I was paying $2.27 a gallon for gas, just filled up for $4.47. Isn't Biden's economy wonderful?

Newsweak ain't fooling anybody: 2024 has ALREADY been decided in favor of the Dimocrats. The question is: can anything stop the DeepState from making it happen? I seriously doubt it.

I will be thankful if it is not the union and antifa thugs, the mafia, and far left wing Democrat and communist groups that don't decide the election by stuffing the ballot boxes.

FTA: "One thing is certain: autos, gas and groceries will be on the ballot in 2024. And the president and his entourage don't seem to know. Or care."
Oh, they know and they don't care. Unless it's the caring that their plans are working as desired. I wish we had the prices in California quoted in the article. I pay close to $7 for a gallon of milk, $8/pound for ground round, and regular gas is $5.31 at the cheap station. It is close to the time to fill up the 500 gallon propane tank before winter. Will I have to take out a loan? Something is going to give way real soon. They are pulling every string too tight.

As The Gorbot once said: Everything that should be down is up. Everything that should be up is down. The 80 million ballots have been printed and the mules are ready to stuff the ballot boxes.

Honestly I can't believe how much I see prices go up and package sizes get smaller.
Store brand can of kidney beans from 91 cents to $1.23
National brand bag of potato chips $5.99
and 6 pack of national brand cola 20oz bottles $7.99.

The number of fraudulent votes is the only thing deciding the next election. Since the courts ruled fraud is allowed in elections, expect a whole lot more of it.

Like the blind pig finding an acorn, even Newsweak publishes the truth occasionally.

We had steak for dinner last night. $20 a lb.
THAT is unreal. And it's all the Demonrats and their EPA and high fuel costs which do it. Fuel to plant to feed corn, fuel to harvest the feed corn, fuel to make the fertilizer for the feed corn, EPA rules increase the cost of getting rid of cow manure, and make ever single thing associated with raising a steer FAR higher than it would be in a free county.
And fuel....it was $1.89 under Trump, and now the local eastern KS price is $3.69 most places around here, right at TWICE as expensive. And diesel fuel has gone up even more than that, and EVERYTHING moves via diesel, by ship, train or truck....ALL diesels.
Dems are evil, and they hate us all, and especially hate us having anything nice.

And the government does not use the price of gas and food into the rate of inflation ? This is nuts!

Some voters will look at our OPEN Southern border and vote against an invasion of
Illegal alien criminals which in itself is causing chaos and financial havoc. The people coming illegally are treated better than U.S. citizens. FREE EVERYTHING.

I can't believe that this common-sense editorial critical of the Biden Administration found it's way into Newsweek of all places.
