The foreperson of a special grand jury convened in Fulton County, Georgia, to examine possible election interference by former President Donald Trump and his allies embarked Tuesday on a media tour of sorts, where she publicly telegraphed some of her panel's closely held findings. In a series of print and television interviews, jury foreperson Emily Kohrs revealed that jurors recommended charges for several individuals, without naming any of them -- and intimated that the former president is among them.

I read the public transcript for that call. This whole thing is a witch hunt, same as the bogus impeachment for the nothing Ukraine call.

Since the matter is obviously a political witch hunt, these days whether the case goes forward or not, depends on the political leaning of the Judge who will handle the case?

Could this be the plan? I mean, an indictment is easy, proving guilt may not be possible. So....having the whole thing tossed out still leaves the meme of un-indicted conspirator on the table for future campaign ads. That would be more valuable than a not guilty finding for the democrats.

Thank you to the LDotter who posted video of this woman in an interview. I have always been partial to print, but this was one time when audio/visual really made the difference. If you just read her comments, she comes off as fairly reasonable -- but watch her and she comes off as a fatuous Valley girl. Zero credibility.

There is no case. Just the commies trying to pretend there's something 'there', like they did with Russia, Russia, Russia for years. President Trump terrifies them. We all saw the transcript of the call. There's no there, there. Every single one of these clowns, including the NY persecutor clowns, deserve a short rope and a long drop, broadcast publicly so the rest of the DS embedded commie ticks get the message.

Sen. Joe Manchin III is escalating his attacks on corporations and financial firms that embrace environmental, social and governance investing as the ESG movement also suffers setbacks in corporate boardrooms. Once mum on the hot-button issue, the West Virginia Democrat has increasingly targeted the investment strategy that makes fighting climate change a top consideration. Mr. Manchin insisted to The Washington Times in a recent interview that his warning that ESG hurts energy security when geopolitical risks go ignored was “not criticizing ESG” or the responsibility to address climate change. But he has begun to sound more like his Republican colleagues who dub ESG “woke capitalism.”

It is now fashionable to deride our presidents as part of the woke deconstruction and desecration of America. Two of America’s most noble presidents, George Washington and Abraham Lincoln, whom Presidents’ Day honors most especially, are routinely scrutinized by the vandals running through our country and institutions. Why? The two most consequential presidents are the ones whom the woke despise most. Washington is the “Father” of the United States. But what America is he the father of? The America of liberty, the rule of law, and defender of freedom or the America of racism, white supremacy, and historical injustices? Likewise, Lincoln held the union together,

It is the year of the octogenarian. American TV viewers can find Patrick Stewart, 82, boldly going in a new series of Star Trek: Picard and 80-year-old Harrison Ford starring in two shows plus a trailer for the fifth installment of Indiana Jones. And a switch to the news is likely to serve up Joe Biden, at 80 the oldest president in US history, or Mitch McConnell, the Republican leader in the Senate, who turns 81 on Monday. But while action heroes are evergreen, the political class is facing demands for generational change.

Last year, the Biden administration caved to public outcry and disbanded its infamous Disinformation Governance Board under its “Disinformation Nanny,” Nina Jankowicz. Yet, as explored in a recent hearing (in which I testified), the Biden administration never told the public about a far larger censorship effort involving an estimated 80 FBI agents secretly targeting citizens and groups for disinformation. Now it appears that the administration also was partially funding an “index” to warn advertisers to avoid what the index deemed to be dangerous disinformation sites. It turns out that all ten of the “riskiest” sites identified by the Global Disinformation Index are popular with conservatives, libertarians and independents.

The actor was famous for his role as the grizzled and wise-cracking Munch, appearing on multiple shows, including “Homicide: Life on the Street” and “Law & Order: SVU,” and had cameos in other shows like “The X Files.” Belzer portrayed Munch for 23 years, beginning in 1993 and ending in 2016 when he retired from acting.

Why the 2020 Election was Unverifiable 34 replies

Joe Biden acquired his job through a legal process. However, he did not earn enough verifiable votes to justify the certifications in six key swing states. This issue is addressed in my new book, but here is some of my reasoning. I have limited myself to one example of unverifiable votes for each of those swing states. Arizona At an Arizona Senate Committee hearing on January 24, 2022, we learned that precisely 95 percent of Maricopa County overseas military members (and their families) voted for Joe Biden. That is an amazing (as in phony) percentage, given that the overall county-wide vote was fairly even between Biden and Trump (51 to 49%).

The bill, introduced by Rep. The proposal asks the House and Senate Sergeant at Arms and the U.S. Capitol Police to take "such actions as may be necessary" to keep Trump from entering the halls of Congress forever.

The Wall Street Journal reported on Thursday that the Pentagon plans to deploy between 100 and 200 troops to the self-ruled island, up from around 30 a year ago.  Servicemembers from the Marines and the special forces have been sent to Taiwan in the past and the number has fluctuated over the years. However, this uptick would mark the biggest increase of American troops on the ground in Taiwan in decades.

But NPR announces the layoff of 100 people, and it is a “major loss.” Um… okay. National Public Radio will reduce its workforce by 10%, which means the termination of around 100 people. Positions that are currently vacant will be eliminated. The outlet reported that CEO John Lansing is attributing the move to a lack of advertising dollars, specifically in terms of its podcasts. NPR has an annual budget of $300 million and its revenues could be short $30 million to $32 million.
