Why the 2020 Election was Unverifiable

Original Article

Posted By: Imright, 2/23/2023 5:27:25 AM

Joe Biden acquired his job through a legal process. However, he did not earn enough verifiable votes to justify the certifications in six key swing states. This issue is addressed in my new book, but here is some of my reasoning. I have limited myself to one example of unverifiable votes for each of those swing states. Arizona At an Arizona Senate Committee hearing on January 24, 2022, we learned that precisely 95 percent of Maricopa County overseas military members (and their families) voted for Joe Biden. That is an amazing (as in phony) percentage, given that the overall county-wide vote was fairly even between Biden and Trump (51 to 49%).

Reading this is unbelievably frustrating. The 2020 election was bum rushed for the very reason that democrats could not allow any time given to question these anomalies. No one was trying to overthrow anything. People were just asking for more time to certify, to look at the evidence that was popping up and the media, democrats and even some Republicans were insistent that delaying the certification was tantamount to treason. Because any request for time was shot down, Americans were forced to accept the results of an election that clearly was in question. Look what that wrought upon this country. This nightmare we are living in may have been preventable if some courageous men and women had had the guts to stand up for what was right. We the people lost a lot because of that and the way it appears now, there is no guarantee that it will not happen again. Now the possibility of actually restoring this country to political sanity is more in peril than it ever has been. Are we going to be a nation that was destroyed from within? It certainly appears so.

Our only means to stop the harm that the democrats have caused is the ballot box and that escape route has been blocked off. Nothing is being done to improve election integrity. Instead, more opportunities for fraud are being created. Most elected republicans refuse to to even talk about voter fraud, much less do something. It is frustrating beyond words.

Good write-up. All of these investigations should name all the people involved in the rule changes and the counting. That Benson is a real crook, imo. These people should not be able to hide. The ideal way to get to the bottom of this charade is to be able to go back and physically match up the ballot with the actual voter.

Sadly, nothing will be done about it. Do we really think the BIDEN Administration will clean up the Fraud and have a Fair Election in 2024? No Way! They will do everything they can do add even more ways to Cheat! The only way to stop them is to make sure ALL of the Red States have changed their voting rules to make cheating impossible! It's time to start working on that!

Paper ballots - - on election DAY. No other votes should be allowed. The Pubbie plan to match and overcome the demonrat cheaters - - with massive early voting and mail-in voting - - is assbackward and doomed to fail. But that's our Pubbies - - like the French generals - - always ready to fight the past war - - and lose again.

People who write from the non-leftist perspective tend to do so apologetically. So before explaining how the election was anything but legal, he felt obligated to first state that it was a "legal" process. Coward. The standard for a legal election is not the lack of proof that it was illegal, but rather the lack of absolute proof that it was legal. The break of custody alone is sufficient to declare that the election cannot be proven to be legitimate.

My main issue with Mike Pence was that his excuse not to accept the six states votes was that he was advised and believed it wasn't his Constitutional role. When has respect or concern for the Constitution ever stopped a Democrat? Now - I don't have much faith in the Supreme Court to make a correct determination if Pence had not certified those six states and it went to them, but that would have been the correct process if Pence believed there was some question about those six states votes. He should not have accepted them. You have Biden & Co, running roughshod over the Constitution and Pence was worried about upsetting the apple cart. That is NOT a leader of anything. And #9 is correct. So sick of hearing "conservative" pundits start off with: of course I want to see people held responsible who broke the law...when they are getting ready to talk about the J6 protests but 2 years in detention without any due process - is that really what you call accountability? You never hear anyone on the Left start off by saying I want to see those BLM/Antifa rioters face the consequences of their actions.

I simply don’t believe military families were evenly divided between Trump and Biden. My son was in the Navy. Neither he nor I know of a single person in uniform who voted for Joe Dementia. This is anecdotal but the general consensus is that it was 80/20 in favor of Trump.

This is the best article on the issue I have seen. Completely understandable, not convoluted, and extremely persuasive. 95% of military ballots went for bidet? Voting by fax? Bidet is legally the president because Congress certified the electoral college votes; there is no other legal requirement. Congress essentially certified- legalized- fraud. And yes, the short period of time is the key, along with the "1,000 cuts" strategy of using 1,000 separate frauds which cannot be chased down in such a short period of time. The dim party has devolved into organized crime. Maybe not devolved- more likely always have been- when you consider their one time outward devotion to the institution of slavery. Now it's all hidden away.

Remember all those hearings that were televised that showed many many irregularities? Nothing came of them. To be called “an election denier “ was the favored ploy to shut dissenters down quickly. The sad thing is after the mid terms in 22 we haven’t improved anything! The Red states will do its job to make for fair elections with verified voter rolls. The select Dim states will perfect how they can cheat and get away with it! It only take 5-6 key counties to do it. Look at Maricopa county. The GOP will never win another major election unless the majority finally admit they acquiesced out of fear of being named a denier. Pathetic

In Pa., it was the Pa. Supreme Court who verified the election count that was sent to D.C. That was a not only a violation of the U.S. Constitution, but of the Pa. Constitution as well. Both Constitutions mandate that the verification of an election must be verified by the state's legislature before submitting the results to D.C. The Pa. Supreme Court was dominated by judges appointed by democrats. The Pa. legislature was run by the Republicans. The reason people have an issue with Mike Pence, is because he allowed the results of the election to be counted even though the results of the election were not approved by the legislature of not only Pa., but other states as well. Which is a violation of the Constitution.

A good article that Democrat activists and operatives in the mentioned States can use as a guide to rearrange and retool all the uncovered factors leading to Democrat general ballot and voter fraud in their States, so that the Democrats can win the 2024 election again through similar mass fraud. There is little doubt that Democrat activists and operatives have become very skilled with ballot fraud especially in the inner city and other areas that have been traditionally under liberal Democrat control where the security and verification of ballots is of no concern as long as the numbers of ballots received and counted favor Democrat candidates. They can easily get away with that because of the short time between Election Day and Inauguration Day, that almost makes it impossible for any credible investigation of election fraud to be initiated and concluded, along with with the fact that a high percentage of the wimpy Republicans don’t have a clue how the liberal Democrats have been operating behind the scenes in those respects.

Very good article Joe Fried. Much appreciated. However... how do you make this conclusion???? "Joe Biden is the legally-elected President of the United States. However, I believe he won several swing state elections that would not be certifiable if our elections were administered with credible election standards." Joe Biden is NOT the legally elected president. Quite the contrary.

Vote harvesting was rampant in the election. Absentee voting from the military was skewed and I suspect the military vote was wrongly reported. The military and most retirees were for Trump as he fought for the military. Trump was slowly planning on pulling out of Afghanistan in a logical way that could have worked. We are in a mess with Biden in office, Biden's honesty with China is in question. I am very curious of how a person was elected President of the USA by living in a basement and not making contact with the public.

That's the dirty little secret. Our election process was always unverifiable. Our electoral process always had a requirement that people were honest and intelligent. Dishonest people steal elections. It happens enough and it can't be stopped. They will make sure voter fraud cannot be proved and make it illegal to challenge elections. In the end you have institutionalized voter fraud. Dumb uninformed voters vote for dumb candidates. How else do you end up with a mushroom for President? How else do we end up with so many intellectual lightweights and dishonest people in Congress. We have many dishonest morons in Congress (both parties!) that have been there over 30 years! Does this sound like our form of government is working? Want to know how the military vote in Arizona went 90% for Biden? Some wokester canvassed all his pro-woke comrades and made sure they all voted. At the same time, they made sure not to canvass anyone that was non-woke. Dishonest? Definitely. Illegal? Probably not. The woke crowd has learned to cover their backsides. If the Republican strategy is just wait for a backlash, they are much mistaken. It's becoming more and more obvious. There won't be a backlash. People are dumbed down and dishonest. They will blame Trump and the Republicans. That is what they hear everywhere they go. Give them 'free money' and you got their vote and support. How else does a government end up over 30 trillion in debt, and a nation end up over 90 trillion in debt?

I agree with every one's post this morning. We are all in agreement with the fraud, deception, whatever you want to call it, but Biden did not win the presidency. The voters wanted Trump not Biden. Over 75 million, maybe 80 million Americans said so. So this is what I believe. This had to happen. It was God's will for Biden to "win" from fraud/stealing because We Americans had to see how rotten, how corrupt, how far gone was our government to the core. And it wasn't just our government. We need to see this corruption from: Big Tech, Big Corp, Big Pharma, Big Media, etc. We would never have known or seen the depths of corruption in our country, if God hadn't pulled back the curtain and shown us what was going on. We can't even trust our Courts now. From the U.S. Supreme Court to the local courts (especially in D.C.). Besides showing us the society's corruption, on the other side of the coin, I believe, is that the Lord let all of this happen was to reveal to us: 1. This is a spiritual war. (2 Cor 10:3-5) 2. We are not fighting flesh and blood, but principalities of darkness in high places (Ephesians 6) 3. We need God in our lives, FIRST! We have forgotten Him. We have become secular in our beloved country. We need to get back to what is imprinted on our nation's money "In God We Trust". Our pledge of allegiance (adds under God) to our flag. Our country was born believing in God and dedicating our nation to God by the pilgrims. The bible says God is a Jealous God and He wants us to have no other gods, but Him. By sharing my heart, I hope to encourage all and to show there is a Plan of God for our nation. A plan of hope and not despair. A City on a hill with its lights shining brightly. Bless all of you that post on Lucianne.com.

In the American Thinker comments section, the author agrees with folks who took issue with his using the term "legal process." He noted "I was trying to convey the fact that, although Biden is the "officially recognized" president, the legitimacy of his election can not be verified. My use of the phrase "legal process" implies legitimacy that does not exist." His article notes how multiple legal processes were corrupted, including "ballots" printed on copy paper, and the "finding" that 95% of the Maricopa County overseas members and families voted for Joe Biden. Long before voting began for the 2016 election, skeptical Americans began to suspect there was an effort to keep Donald Trump out of the White House. After four years of MSM promoted "bomb shells" designed to destroy Trump's 2020 election chances, and multiple irregularities including chain of custody opportunities for cheating, Americans had little reason to be confident the election had been fair. That doesn't make them deplorable or whack jobs or crack pots. It makes them appropriately curious, and open to further information, which they were denied. We deserved better.

#30 - Amen, my Friend in Christ. I also believe our true battle is in the spiritual realm. The United States of America and her freedoms were forged by the hearts, minds and hands of God-believing men and women who lived the promises of Holy Scripture. They understood that only by hardships and sacrifice is true glory won. Through a century of covert deceit communists have corrupted the foundational institutions of our society and government. However, they have not yet, and I believe they never will, corrupt the core of the American Spirit. It still lives in the red-state heartland and even within the rural strongholds of blue states. These people will prevail because they are the church goers, the Bible readers and the volunteers at a myriad of community service organizations. They are the people who are home-schooling their children, or helping parents to do so. They are the people staffing clinics that offer women a life-affirming choice in their time of confusion and fear. They are the people speaking up for the infirm and elderly for dignity in the last months and weeks of life. When more and more Americans lift their hearts and minds to God our nation will be saved and flourish. Pray hard, patriots. In God We Trust.

I blame Pence for this nightmare. He should have said that we needed more time to certify the election. I would never vote for Pence for President, he is a very weak man. If he happened to be the GOP nominee, which I doubt, I would leave the presidential vote blank

Twitter users recoiled after President Biden gave intimate details of his treatment in a medical facility Tuesday. Biden was speaking about healthcare policy in Virginia Beach, Virginia, when he told a story about a nurse he said was named Pearl Nelson. "She'd come in and do things I don't think you learn in nursing school," he said. She'd whisper in my ear, I couldn't understand, but she'd whisper, and she'd lean down and actually breathe on me to make sure there was a human connection," Biden continued.

Pennsylvania Republicans are calling on Democrat Senator John Fetterman to appear on camera to prove he is “alive and well” or resign. “Because of the now confirmed lies that were told during the 2022 general election regarding the health of Senator John Fetterman, as well as the threats made against a journalist who interviewed him, the Washington County Republican Party refuses to take assurances from the Office of the Senator or Democrat operatives that Fetterman is able to carry out his duties as Senator,” the Washington County Republican Party said in a Facebook post. “As such, we call upon Senator Fetterman to appear on camera

As RedState reported on Tuesday, Chicago Mayor Lori Lightfoot lost her reelection, and not by a little. According to the polls, she was something of an afterthought, falling well behind Paul Vallas and runner-up Brandon Johnson who got 33.77 and 20.29 percent of the vote respectively. Lightfoot limped into third with 17 percent of the vote. Naturally, like any good radical leftist, Lightfoot took no personal responsibility for her loss, choosing to blame it instead on others. In this case, the entire city of Chicago is guilty of being sexist and racist as reported by the New York Post: “I’m a black woman in America. Of course,”

A proposed Oregon bill would provide the deep blue state’s homeless population $1,000 per month that recipients could use at their own discretion. The bill, introduced last month, would establish a People’s Housing Assistance Fund Demonstration Program to give 12 monthly thousand-dollar payments to those suffering from homelessness or who are on the brink of becoming homeless. “Payments may be used for rent, emergency expenses, food, child care or other goods or services of the participant’s choosing,” the bill states. People who spend more than 50 percent of their monthly household income on rent, and those who earn 60% or less of the area median income would also be eligible for the funding.

Look, I’ll tell you – I don’t know when that is and the if and when, maybe this summer, we’ll get to that. But I’ve got to tell you, we have created this organization, and I think that’s why we’re getting a lot of national attention, and I’m honored in that the New Hampshire model is really successful. And so people have asked me

Finally, President Donald Trump chose to lob a verbal grenade in the general direction of his old VP Mike Pence last Sunday night — regarding Pence’s ability to formally contest the results of the stolen 2020 election. This was, for many Trump supporters, long overdue. Here is Trump’s statement on the matter: (snip)The reason that Mike Pence did not exercise the power to lawfully contest the election is because Mike Pence was never a Trump loyalist. He’s a GOP establishment loyalist. There were plenty of problems inside the Trump Administration, and Vice President Mike Pence was at the center of many of those problems. In fact,

She won’t be doing any dancing tonight. Chicago Democrat Lori Lightfoot on Tuesday became the Windy City’s first incumbent mayor in 40 years to lose re-election as rising crime in the city steered voters away from the embattled leader. Receiving only 16.4% of the vote, Lightfoot, 60, finished behind former head of Chicago Public Schools Paul Vallas and Cook County Commissioner Brandon Johnson in Tuesday’s race. Vallas, who took 35% of the vote, and Johnson, who obtained 20.2% of the vote, will head to an April 4 runoff election to determine who will be the city’s next mayor.

A group of bipartisan senators is quietly meeting to retool Social Security before funds run out in 2032. On the table, according to Semafor, is gradually raising the retirement age to 70 and creating a $1.5 trillion sovereign wealth fund, which would invest in stocks. That fund would be separate from the already existing Social Security Trust Fund. If it underperformed, Social Security would be shored up by increasing the maximum taxable income and payroll taxes. Leading the efforts are Sens. Bill Cassidy, a Louisiana Republican, and Angus King, a Maine independent who caucuses with the Democrats.
