An Arizona judge on Saturday ruled against Kari Lake in her challenge of Gov.-elect Katie Hobbs’s (D) victory, dismissing the highest-profile case challenging the midterm election results. Maricopa County Superior Court Judge Peter Thompson following a two-day trial found that Lake had not proven that election officials committed intentional misconduct sufficient to change the race’s outcome.CORRECTION*

What is it going to take? So tired of losing, ever since the Supreme Court decreed that the states did not have "standing" to challenge a Presidential election. Not sure if the judges are partisan or just cowards.

I hate it when the devil wins... and he's been doing a lot of that lately. May God bless Kari Lake, and all of those who've suffered theft in the last election. This didn't turn out as we hoped, but millions of eyes have been opened by what happened in Arizona and the majority of American's know that the demon's are cheating to win elections. A day of reckoning is approaching and the demon's will suffer, either here or in eternity.

It is extremely difficult, if not impossible, to overturn an election once it has been certified. Republican have to get serious about getting engaged in the voting process (vote casting, processing and counting) in a lot of city based precincts/counties, and have a lot of lawyers on the scene with judges on speed dial. I was hoping Trump would lead the charge in this regard, but he only seems interested in his 2020 race.....ugh !!

I fail to see any reason for voting because of baked-in election theft with judicial compliance when obvious lawbreaking has occured. The judge has essentially approved stealing with an unstated warning to Democrats to not be so blatant.

The end of the Republic. When DEM judges REFUSE to hear evidence, the judicial sysem fails. We no longer have enough states to win an electoral college vote. Our BASE is divided, and at eachother's throast, epecially many of them are low informations voters RINOcrats rule and there is no getting rid of them through the electoral process when so many challengers divide any primary challengers to the incumber RINOS This Bill that was passed was all limped together so that they would not vote against because it would mean defeat for their pet legislation and GIVEAWAYS A NoBama care set up-- stall until Christmas break, after LOSING control to the republicans in January, a tax bill CREATED in the Senate which is against the Constitution, and ramming it through RINOs only supporting other RINOs, and actually giving money to DEMS. Courts and elections are our primary mechanisms to peaceably resolve differences and live together. When these are no longer available to half the country, something has to give. Initially there is oppression, likely followed by violence. We already have the former (e.g. J6 gulag, censorship and weaponized bureaucracies), how long until the latter? It won’t be pretty, Brandon already reminded us they have nukes and F-15s. A messy (but hopefully peaceful) national divorce or extreme federalism would be preferable, but the leftists won’t be willing to let us go. They want control and they need the masses to grow their arugula, fix their plumbing, and otherwise maintain their lifestyles.

Was thinking that the judge might differentiate between fraud and incompetence, given how Lake's lawyers worded the complaint. They accused Hobbs of fraud, not stupidity. That being said, the election results are contaminated, so I would file a new lawsuit based upon the county's incompetence.

Clearly, there is no reason to vote anymore. The evil left has perfected vote counting and cheating enough just to secure a simple win. Cheating is hard to prove, particularly with a very small margin of corrupt victory. Judges are even worse, likely terrified via threats. It truly saddens me to realize that it probably is time to consider your exercise of Second Amendment rights.

Not surprised. Don't understand the route these cases take to prove voter fraud. They always fail. Is this only for show? Where are the ballots from voters that voted multiple times? Where are the ballots from voters that do not exist? Where are the ballots from voters that are ineligible? Where are the ballots that were never counted? Where are the people that were turned away and never voted? Not one case has gone that route. Why? This is the only way you will overturn an election. Prove invalid ballots and voter suppression. Is every ballot 'legal'? Do we 'assume' every vote was counted? Shouting a lot isn't going to change an election. Neither will violence. In the end, this is about people. Too many dumb dishonest voters voting for bad candidates. Too many dumb dishonest voters willing to participate in legalized voter fraud.

Unfortunately, common sense and the courage to use it publicly seem a quality in short supply in Hollywood, which seems more dominated by liberals who go along with whatever the prevailing narrative is. Instead, it’s more common to see liberal false narratives pushed, as was the case with what Bette Midler tweeted about Kyle Rittenhouse on Friday. [Tweet] Let’s start with: it’s not clear that is even Rittenhouse. But, that didn’t slow down Midler’s effort to attack. So much of the liberal establishment is truly ignorant
