A befuddled President Biden casually maligned the Irish while botching his wife’s family history during a gaffe-filled appearance in Delaware on Friday. “I may be Irish, but I’m not stupid,” Biden inexplicably said as he greeted 102-year-old World War II veteran Ray Firmani during a town hall on veterans’ benefits in New Castle, Del. “I married Dominic Giacoppa’s daughter,” Biden continued. “So, you know, I got a little Italian in me now, you know?” The audience of military veterans and federal officials received the off-script comments in puzzled silence — but critics on Twitter took comic umbrage at the ethnic

Comments:

Some have pointed out that Giacoppa was not Jill-Jill's father but her grandfather. Not sure how that makes Old Joe part Italian.

In my opinion, he is not senile (or not only senile), but stark, raving mad. Before he utterly destroys this country, at the very least, the people who care for him have got to get him off the stage and to some help.

My question; When will we wake up and look at the people behind useless Joe? e.g. Jill Biden wanting the limelight and the glammer more than the other opinions on how decrepit Uncle Joe is. She is NOT suffering but we sure are!!! Also how much is Obummer behind this travesty; Obummer to Valery Jarrett to Susan Rice to Uncle Joey. this si the thought that NEEDS to be looked into. Biden is now the very definition of stupid. Most of the policies he has implemented have come from the Far Left and Barack Obama, but I repeat myself. He has about as much Italian in him as a Hawaiian Pizza.

Being married to an Italian lady in Joe's case does not mean he has a little Italian in him, it means she had a little idiot in her every time they copulated.

I would say as a person who is a native born U.S. Citizen and who considers himself to be an American, that Biden exhibits the attributes of what is called a “Plastic Paddy” by falsely claiming to be a legitimate Irishman. Clearly some of Biden’s ancestors came to the USA from Ireland, several generations back, but that does not make one a legitimate Irishman. I say that as a person whose grandfather, and then my mother both who immigrated to the USA from the West of Ireland. I have been to the farm and spent time with my relatives in Ireland where my mother was born. Her family is large and have lived in both England and Ireland. I have had cousins in the Irish National Police, and one cousin who was a career Roman Catholic Chaplain in the British Army during and after the Second World War. he was in all the battles in North Africa and some in Italy where he was seriously wounded. He ended his military career as the Principal Roman Catholic Chaplain in the British Army after the war, and died while on active duty. With all those family connections I don’t consider myself to be Irish and neither should Biden.
