Musk is the safe Trump

Original Article

Jimmy Kimmel's attack on Elon Musk was about as unfunny as one would expect. Kimmel said, "Elon Musk seems to be intent on filling the troll hole vacated by Donald Trump. Because yesterday, he wrote ‘My pronouns are Prosecute and Fauci.’ (snip) Well, when it comes to terrible jokes, Kimmel is an expert. That pronoun thing is such "small-minded, lowest-common denominator garbage" that Kimmel indilged in it. But there is a mustard seed of truth in his statement. Musk has replaced Trump as a surrogate for real Americans who are tired of being screwed by the federal government and mocked by the media. He is not a conservative.

Trump is still number one to conservatives. I guess we will now see two years of these made up scenarios in the hopes it will get rid of Trump. Won't work. I'm sick of it already. We will always know Trump is still very powerful because the left is fighting so hard to destroy him. If Trump weren't still a threat to them, they'd forget about him.

Thom Tillis Is Why That Red Wave Didn’t Materialize 6 replies

Yes, the headline isn’t really fair to Thom Tillis, the North Carolina Republican senator who wasn’t on the ballot in last month’s midterms. You’ll forgive the unfairness, perhaps. But life isn’t fair. And honestly, Tillis’ lame-duck-session amnesty gambit is deserving of much worse than the headline above. Here’s Stephen Kruiser at PJ Media: One of the more frustrating aspects of being a conservative Republican is the constant need to look over one’s shoulder for stealth attacks by moderate squish members of the GOP on important issues like health care, gun control, and amnesty for illegal immigrants. Such ideological shivs in the back always arrive under the execrable guise of bipartisanship.

We have newly unsealed documents – including the depositions of Ghislaine Maxwell and one of her victims – revealing new details on the extent of the abuse and victimization that took place by Jeffrey Epstein. Those filings come from Giuffre v. Maxwell, a civil case filed against Maxwell in 2015 in the New York Southern District. Some of the broader allegations have already been made public. Sarah Ransome, who accused Epstein and Maxwell of abuse that took place during her early 20s, settled a civil lawsuit against them in 2018. Ransome has publicly described some of the abuse. Speaking during a gathering of almost all African leaders in Washington DC - the first since Barack Obama convened a summit in 2014 - Biden expressed regret for the past, but insisted: 'The United States is all in on Africa's future.' During a White House dinner honoring African leaders and their spouses, Biden addressed what he called America's 'original sin' - the enslavement of millions of people - and honored their descendants and the broader African diaspora community in the United States.

She added: “This commutation is not based on any rehabilitative efforts by the individuals on death row. Instead, it reflects the recognition that the death penalty is immoral. Back in 2010, RNC Chair Michael Steele was heavily criticized and eventually lost his position because donors were angry about what they believed was luxurious spending on private jets, floral arrangements, chauffeur services, and member meetings in expensive tropical locales. Donors were used to frugality from the RNC under the George W. Bush administration, when “Karl Rove would b***h if there were flowers on the tables” and staff holiday parties were catered by Chick-fil-A. Despite Joe Biden’s economy and three straight cycles of election losses, the RNC’s big-spending days are back with a vengeance.
