New York’s Legal System Plunged Into
Chaos Thanks To Massive Influx Of Migrants

Original Article

New York’s legal system is plunging into chaos over the huge influx of migrants coming to the state, according to The New York Times. The surge in migrants coming to New York from the border are overwhelming the Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) field office in Manhattan, the Times reported Thursday. New York City, which already is one of the top states for immigration backlogs, has received thousands of migrants bused by Republican Texas Gov. Greg Abbott

Comments:

What did they get like 1,000 and it's breaking them?? They should visit the states on our southern border!

If New York courts would stop harassing Donald Trump, his companies, his family, and his supporters, just think how much free time the New York legal system would have on hands.

We know how many illegals were sent via bus, HOWEVER we don't know how many Biden flew in during the middle of the night because the media refused to report it. NY has been going in this direction long before the illegals were sent to their state. Its the CashLess BAIL that has caused the city into chaos. The criminals run the streets, cops aren't allowed to do anything and the DA doesn't press any serious charges unless you defend yourself.

If you voted for Joe Biden, you caused this. You are the reason that your city is experiencing all the joys of what it is to deal with with migrants who YOUR President welcomed illegally into this country. You did this to yourselves and until you wake up and see the reality of democrat policies, nothing changes in your city. Crime, homelessness, mentally ill violent people on your streets, filth, human waste, drugs and human trafficking are all part of your future. You want change? It will NEVER come from the democrat party. Vote democrat and you are voting for your own destruction. Sit down and think hard about your choices on November 8th.

here was an article yesterday where NYC was whining that they don't have enough courtrooms to process cases. In 1977, the Bevery Hills supper club in Newport, Kentucky burned down, with 160+ fatalities. When it came time for federal trials, the Federal courts made do for courtrooms, even holding trials on the Northern Kentucky University campus nearby.

The headline is deceiving. If you read the article, the problem isn't the NY court system ( which does have tons of it's own problems). It is with the Feds ICE, and Immigration Courts, all Federal entities, that are overwhelmed. Just another Immigration issue bungled and ignored by the Biden administration. They caused the problem and refuse to do anything to fix it.

Don’t let the leftist, progressive, and socialist Democrats fool you, as they and Biden are pleased as punch that the millions of poor and uneducated illegal aliens, who they call migrants, who they have encouraged, invited, and who have been able to gain unlawful entry to the USA by way of the Biden and Democrat manipulated “open borders” initiative and complete failure to enforce the immigration laws. Biden and the Democrats knew all along that a vast percentage of those illegal aliens would travel to Democrat run “sanctuary” cities and States like New York. The Democrats plan to count all those illegal aliens in the next US Census that will cause a number of congressional seats to be redistricted into those Democrat run cities and areas where future socialist Democrat candidates will have a much better chance to win future elections and of course those redistricted congressional seats leading to the Democrats controlling the House of Representatives indefinitely. What the local and State Democrat politicians in those cities and States actually want is for Biden and the DC Democrats to do, following the midterm election, is to send them as many billions of Federal Dollars as possible ostensibly to “care” for the incoming illegal aliens through Democrat supporting nongovernmental organizations (NGOS), with, you can bet a percentage of those Federal dollars being raked off by those local and State Democrat politicians through all sorts of public corruption. Clearly the ultimate aim of the Democrats is to legalize and grant citizenship to as many millions illegal aliens as possible who fit within the ethnic and racial categories of Democrat identity politics to permanently change US electoral demographics through Democrat designed “path to citizenship” amnesties sold to the American people as needed comprehensive immigration reform, and transform today’s illegal alien populations throughout the USA into as many millions of new future Democrat supporters and voters as possible, to push the Republicans into political oblivion, allowing the Democrats to gain permanent control of the Congress and the White House. Why else would the power hungry Democrats be allowing “open borders”? Certainly not if they ever thought that more than a small percentage of the incoming illegal aliens who the Democrats plan on allowing on the US voter rolls would ever cast votes for conservative Republicans?

You mean, even the traditional "melting pot" of the nation, New York City, is having a difficult time with this tiny influx of illegals? So, are you feeling our pain down here in Texas yet, where we have to deal with 100X the number of illegals we've been sending you?

He should consider that Texas is processing in the equivalent to the whole city of Austin - every year. By the end we get rid of Biden, Texas may have added another city of Houston, the 4th largest city 8n the US. Looking on the bright side, Texas is turning them into Republicans. And has Mayor Adams noticed all those Hispanic names on the jerseys worn by the Houston Astros? Those players will inspire the next generation of players. By the time another generation takes the field, LA and NY may have a whole team of mulated transsexuals. The Houston bullpen will beat the NY henpen.

88 judges in NYC, 30 in NJ, 20+ in Buffalo...NYC alone has more judges than all of Texas. ElPaso only has seven, Laredo 9, San Antonio 19...even Houston only has 22. San Francisco has more..and they routinely grant approvals at the highest rates in the country there...some judges have a refusal rate of barely 1% in San Francisco, more than half under 50%. Many of these judges hear less than 100 cases per year....while others, more dedicated, 400+. Asylum is a verrrrry narrow rubric, 90% do NOT qualify, and it can be determined with a 10 question note card...right on the border at 1st contact.(just as it is in every other country in the world) Here is a listing of all court locations, judges, their caseloads and adjudication rates/percentages...https://trac.syr.edu/immigration/reports/judgereports/
