A resolution the Senate is scheduled to vote on this week states that Dr. Anthony Fauci’s repeated invocation of the Fifth Amendment right against self-incrimination during Congressional testimony did not apply because the conduct he was questioned about occurred during time covered by a preemptive pardon given to Fauci in 2025 by outgoing President Joe Biden.
Fauci, the head of the National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases from 1984 to 2022, read an opening statement during the July 29 hearing before saying, in answer to every single question, he was invoking the Fifth Amendment.
Even after Sen. Rand Paul (R-Ky.), chairman of the panel before which Fauci appeared, told

When Texas Children’s Hospital’s “detransition clinic” opens in Houston, it will become the first facility of its kind, giving patients who regret life-altering procedures a chance at restorative care.
The facility, which has yet to announce an opening date, is part of an agreement with state and federal authorities to halt “gender-affirming care” at children’s hospitals while offering help to those who transitioned medically.
A 10-page settlement term sheet, recently obtained by The Epoch Times through an open records request to the Texas attorney general’s office, showed that services at the clinic will focus on multidisciplinary care.

Renowned wildlife biologist Forrest Galante erupted during an appearance on Joe Rogan’s podcast, accusing Bill Gates and his foundation of helping destroy one of Africa’s most important freshwater fisheries through a disastrous mosquito-net program.
Galante said the foundation distributed millions of tightly woven nets across communities near the Cahora Bassa Delta to combat malaria.
However, starving residents used the nets to catch fish instead.
Because mosquito nets contain extremely small holes, Galante said they indiscriminately captured juvenile fish before they could mature and reproduce, devastating a fishery relied upon by millions of people.

Microsoft co-founder and private citizen Bill Gates received top security clearance from the Department of Energy (DOE), giving him access to deep government secrets for seven years, according to a letter obtained by Sen. Rand Paul (R-KY).
The billionaire was given “Q security clearance” from 2014 to 2021, beginning during Barack Obama’s presidency and overlapping Dr. Anthony Fauci’s controversial and powerful tenure heading the National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases (NIAID), according to the Daily Caller’s reporting of the letter.
Sen. Paul requested the letter be entered into the Congressional record during Wednesday’s committee hearing where the now retired disease doctor evoked Fifth Amendment protection more than 100 times when

Old habits die hard. At least that is the case for our Supreme Court’s Justice Neil Gorsuch, who persists in repeating the erroneous narrative that America was founded as religiously neutral. In a July 24th interview with PBS’ Margaret Hoover, Gorsuch gave his interpretation of the American founding, denying America was founded as a Christian nation:
“We were never supposed to be a nation that was about one race or one religion … It was about those ideas [in the Declaration of Independence] … We have a First Amendment, for crying out loud. No established religion.”

Several people sent me this video with comments about DHS Secretary Markwayne Mullin appearing to be hesitant on deporting illegal aliens. I watched ready to chew (in typeset) his head off. However, I don’t see that amnesty aspect as part of his commentary.
On the illegal alien workers, I structurally disagree with every single person who have used that argument for the past 20 years. We do not need illegal alien workers, not even in the agricultural sector. The illegal farm worker argument is a ruse, created by Big Ag, and promoted by smaller Ag to protect their bottom line and themselves from criticism.

Standing against what he calls “selfish” motives of European leadership, Spain’s socialist Prime Minister Pedro Sanchez says tolerance for mass illegal migration must win over the loud voices of short-sighted nationalism. According to Sanchez, these EU regulations and rules against the dreams of sub-Saharan Africans are polarizing and stopping migrants from fulfilling their greatest aspirations.Telegraph – via MSM – Pedro Sánchez has criticised “selfish” EU leaders after 22 European prime ministers and presidents attacked him for the sudden migrant surge in Ceuta. Spain’s prime minister wrote a letter to the heads of the EU institutions after Italy and France ramped up border controls in response to the 60,000 Moroccan migrants

A judge approved Bryan Kohberger's request for a new lawyer in his attempt to secure a new trial, despite his previous guilty plea for murdering four University of Idaho students in 2022. Legal analyst Mehek Cooke discusses the high bar for overturning a guilty plea, while the victim's family expresses the pain of reliving the tragedy. Snip)"I just want to make sure I understand correctly… because I haven't heard this before — so you're saying, based on the data you saw, the latitude-longitude for Bryan Kohberger’s Samsung was in the living room?" Entin asked.

Luigi Mangione’s radical supporters are leading the charge pushing for a rarely-used legal loophole that could let the suspected healthcare CEO killer walk free — even if the jury believes he is guilty beyond reasonable doubt of the cold-blooded murder.
The December 4 Legal Committee, which has raised more than $1.5 million for Mangione’s defense fund, is raising awareness about jury nullification, a legal power by which a defiant jury can find a defendant not guilty if they believe the law the accused is charged with breaking is unjust, The Times reported.
While rare since the 19th century, it’s used when a jury wants to “send a message about some social issue

The Western world has spent decades being lectured about the glorious wonders and magic of mass migration.“Diversity is our strength” became the left’s go-to slogan that they used to shut down any legit questions about borders, assimilation, crime, social factors, and whether millions of people from radically different Muslim cultures could actually live in harmony with the Western world. Now, after so many disasters, soaring crime, and filth and decay, many people are now realizing the very hard way that it was never that simple, and that slogan has been a death sentence for the West.)snip)appreciating other cultures doesn’t mean we all sit here pretending we’re compatible.
