The Trump administration is moving to roll back longstanding restrictions on testosterone replacement therapy, in a decision that has divided medical experts over whether the evidence justifies easing warnings that have governed the drug’s use for nearly a decade. The Department of Health and Human Services announced on Thursday that it is requesting updates to the prescribing information for testosterone replacement therapy, commonly known as TRT, with the aim of making the treatment more accessible to older men.

This is one of those ridiculous restrictions. Hubby was on this. For the liquid, you can only get a refill every 30 days exactly for 6 months exactly. Then you need to actually see your doctor and get another 6 mos of refills. I am not complaining about the doctor visits and labs as this makes sense. The refills can be a problem as you have to call and talk to the pharmacist and ask for a refill, not do auto call in. Then you can refill 30 days after that refill, which if you are a day or two longer, you can't get the last refill, because of the 6 month rule. And don't get me started on jumping through the hoops to get insurance to pay for this. With proper medical supervision, this helps men tremendously, especially older men that may have low testosterone. They may not even need viagra with this treatment. It gives them more energy and they feel better.

Luigi Mangione will assert a psychiatric defence in his state murder trial over the fatal shooting of UnitedHealthcare chief executive Brian Thompson, a judge confirmed at a hearing on Wednesday, as the case that captivated the world moves closer to its September trial date. Mangione, 28, faces state murder charges in New York in connection with the killing of Thompson, 50, who was shot dead on the streets of New York City in December 2024. The killing sparked a days-long international manhunt that ended with Mangione’s arrest at a McDonald’s in Altoona, Pennsylvania.

Washington DC is poised to elect a democratic socialist as its next mayor, on a direct collision course with Donald Trump, who has threatened to federalise the capital if voters choose a candidate he disapproves of. With more than 60 per cent of votes counted in Tuesday’s Democratic primary, Janeese Lewis George was holding just above 50 per cent, with her main rival, former city council member Kenyan McDuffie, on 36 per cent.

A photograph appearing to show President Donald Trump standing alongside a group of unidentified figures in elaborate red coats, gold trim and white wigs has gone viral after social media users claimed it had been briefly posted online and then quickly deleted — though the image has now been identified as an AI-generated hoax. The image, which shows Trump outdoors facing three tall, platinum-blonde figures in red, theatrical-style uniforms resembling British redcoats, was shared widely on X, with one post from user @ImBreckWorsham racking up 14.5 million views.

Donald Trump has publicly criticised Israel’s latest strike on Beirut, saying the attack “should not have happened” at a moment when the United States and Iran appear close to signing a deal aimed at ending the war, as an Iranian negotiator separately accused Washington of failing to prevent the strike. In a post on Truth Social, Trump wrote: “This morning’s attack on Beirut should not have happened, particularly on a special day when we are so close to a Peace Deal with Iran.

Health experts are warning that a recent decision by the US Food and Drug Administration to authorise certain fruit-flavoured e-cigarettes for adults could risk reversing years of progress in reducing teen vaping, as parents are urged to talk openly with their children about the dangers of e-cigarettes. The FDA’s policy shift, which followed months of lobbying from the vaping industry directed at President Donald Trump, allows fruit-flavoured vapes to be marketed to adults seeking to quit or cut down on traditional cigarettes. However, an FDA memo released this week acknowledged that these fruit-flavoured products are not significantly more effective at helping smokers quit than tobacco-flavoured alternatives.

Senate Majority Leader John Thune admitted some Senate Republicans hate President Donald Trump too much to support the SAVE America Act, multiple sources familiar with the comments told the Daily Caller. Thune admitted during a closed-door GOP lunch on Wednesday that some Republican senators oppose President Donald Trump so strongly that they will never vote for the SAVE America Act, regardless of the legislation’s merits, according to several sources familiar with the matter. The discussion quickly escalated into a heated exchange between Republican Utah Sen. Mike Lee, the bill’s chief Senate sponsor, and several of his GOP colleagues. Republican Texas Sen. John Cornyn and Thune both challenged Lee’s push

Tuesday, British Member of Parliament Rupert Lowe, the leader of the Restore Britain party (sorry to say, at this point I think it is more accurate to look at Nigel Farage and his Reform Party as controlled opposition rather than a real choice), released a report that probably ensures that British politics won't be quite the same. His 219-page "The Rape Gang Inquiry Report" unmasks the concerted effort by British officials to cover up the systematic rape of British girls in their early teens, if that, intimidate the girls into refusing to press charges, and protect the feral Pakistani gangs who preyed on them.

It's a big day for the Democrat Party - as four previous Presidents and their liberal celebrity friends descended on Chicago for the grand opening of Barack Obama's library. The 43rd president's library hosted its opening ceremony on Thursday morning at the massive Jackson Park building in the city's south side , where Michelle Obama grew up, and where the couple settled before he entered the White House in 2009. The campus, which officially opens its doors to the public on Friday, was flooded with prominent political figures and celebrities as a boatload of festivities kicked off to celebrate the big day. And here you thought Trump was being naïve, trusting Iran to adhere to the MOU (Memo of Understanding.). It’s not a treaty or an agreement or a promise. It’s just a memo. Here is what I think Trump is doing, four steps ahead of everyone else, as usual. Trump made a big deal out of signing the MOU publicly. Cameras, people standing around, a worldwide press event of the signing. But Trump knew, and still knows full well, that the Iranians have no intention of adhering to the memo or to any future deal. They will cheat. And when they do, Trump will be able to say,

A professional baseball team in Pennsylvania will be forfeiting a game on Thursday that was scheduled to be the team's Pride Night after players refused to wear LGBTQ-themed jerseys, the team announced. The York Revolution of the Atlantic League, the same league where Trevor Bauer currently plays, said the decision "was not reached lightly" in announcing the forfeit to the Southern Maryland Blue Crabs on Wednesday. The team was not afraid to throw its players under the bus in a rather scathing statement, saying it was "deeply troubled and profoundly disappointed by the decisions of these few players." "To be clear; this action by the players is completely inconsistent with our vision

An "ultra-luxury" drug and alcohol rehab center nestled in the Hollywood Hills has hired former first son Hunter Biden as an adviser and executive director of its charitable foundation, a new gig that could help the convicted felon whittle down millions of dollars in unpaid legal bills and other debts. Peak Path Health announced Biden’s hire this week, touting his "lived experience and professional insight" from his struggles with addiction to crack, alcohol, and other substances. "The announcement comes during a meaningful milestone in Hunter Biden's personal journey, as he celebrates seven years of sobriety this month," says Peak Path.

Obama has been getting a ton of media attention this week because of the opening of his hideous presidential center. During an interview with MSNOW, he said something that was truly stunning. Obama claimed that he rejects the belief that ‘the only true narrative of America is this one of oppression and exclusion.’ Is he for real? His entire political career has been based on the idea that America is the land of oppression and exclusion. It’s practically his personal brand. If you watch the video below, you’ll see how he set this up.

Nearly four in ten Democrats say they are “ashamed” to be American, a new survey found. The survey by The Economist/YouGov found just weeks before America’s 250th anniversary that 26 percent of Democrats say they are “somewhat ashamed” and 12 percent say they are “very ashamed” to be American. Nearly twice as many Democrats reported being somewhat or very ashamed to be American compared to overall poll respondents. Out of all U.S. adult citizens polled, 12 percent say they are “somewhat ashamed” and 8 percent say they are “very ashamed.” Still, some Democrats say they are “very proud” to be American (22 percent) or “somewhat proud” (18 percent).

83-year-old Joe Biden was abandoned by his wife and former boss on stage at the Barack Obama Presidential Center opening ceremony in Chicago on Friday, left staring aimlessly into the crowd. The confused Biden was left behind as Obama danced off the stage, and Jill Biden followed him, forgetting about her husband. The Bidens were included among four former presidents and former first ladies who attended the ceremony. Biden looked distressed as he looked out into the crowd from the podium. He took off his sunglasses and waved before asking the crowd one strange question. “Where’s my granddaughter?” Joe shouted as the camera panned away from him and ended its feed.

President Donald Trump is going full speed ahead with his disastrous Iran deal, and that’s not good news for Americans, Israelis, Iranians, or anyone else. Fox News reported Wednesday that the Trump administration finally disclosed the details, which include “plans for immediate waivers on Iranian oil exports, a framework for at least $300 billion in reconstruction and economic development, and a 60-day negotiation period aimed at securing a final agreement on Iran’s nuclear program.” Trump himself boosted the deal before the press on the same day, with Commerce Secretary Howard Lutnick on his right and Secretary of State Marco Rubio on his left. Trump was in a particularly jovial mood and

Joe Biden seems determined to prove he was unfit for the presidency, and boy, did he do so again during the opening ceremony for Barack Obama's presidential center. I hate that I’m even talking about the event, but Biden’s “Biden moment” is just impossible to ignore. Video from the ceremony shows Jill Biden physically leading her husband onto the stage, which tells you everything you need to know about where things stand for Ol’ Joe before a single word was spoken. And yes, things got worse from there. As the ceremony wound down, Obama strutted around, playing air guitar to the music while Jill watched approvingly and then trailed him offstage.
Iran Cancels Switzerland Talks 15 replies

I expected this, or at least some variation of it. I wrote about this on Wednesday: Iran demanded the ceasefire in Lebanon to create a steady casus belli they can use to jerk the United States around and drive a wedge between Israel and the United States. Demand a ceasefire, then get Hezbollah to keep poking at Israel with attacks to generate defensive responses. Then use those defensive responses to cancel talks or jerk us around, claiming that Israel violated the ceasefire. This was, at least to me, as predictable as the sun rising in the East. Hell, even I predicted it, and I am not a genius.
