Even the left-wing Guardian is laughing out loud at Barry Obama’s ugly-a** monument to himself.
“‘Like a Klingon prison’: inside Barack Obama’s audacious, near-windowless, $850m presidential library,” reads the headline, and the mockery doesn’t stop there.
We’re about two weeks away from this Chicago-based monstrosity opening to the public, and the Guardian, which I’m sure the Obama folks expected to be friendly, was not terribly impressed. Here are some highlights from their coverage:
“He might have seemed humble in office, but in his post-presidential, Netflix-producing afterlife, Obama has erected the largest, costliest and most audacious complex of them all,” the report explains. “Behold the $850m Obamalisk – or,

Ouch, that's gonna leave a mark.
Except for a blithe narcissist like Obama.

Oh c'mon Guardian....when exactly had 0bama EVER been humble in office? On what day, hour, or minute did that flash of humility occur?
Barry 0 is and always was the personification of arrogance.

“It looks hewn and cleft, towering over the 19-acre campus like a stocky, truncated obelisk,” adds the Guardian, which goes on to describe the the library’s “ominous presence” and how it appears to be [r]ising above the low-rise, low-income neighbourhood” and looks like “a menacing sci-fi headquarters, with small chamfered openings suggesting portals from where drones might be launched, or lasers fired.”

When Ubama finally is revealed as an impostor and an anti-American quisling, the Loiseaux folks can remove the Oby-lisk with carefully placed charges of sacramental dynamite. Then haul away the pieces and replant the missing trees.

All of the tax payers in Illinois are on the hook to pay for this ugly building, as well as an exit ramp and cloverleaf, to get to the Temple of the Messiah. I have not met one local who like's this thing.
Please pray for Illinois...We have the WORST Governor in Fred Flintstone, he has never met a tax he won't impose. This billionaire who purchased the state, and the Moron Mayor of Chicago, have destroyed everything we loved about our home state. I'm not in a position to move elsewhere.
Like California, we are fed up with stink of liberal policies and incompetent management. We have a chance in the next election to change things it's going to be an uphill climb. It will take hard work and lot of prayers to retake the state from those who seek to be Kings.

What is BO's real name?
Why does he use the SSN of a dead man from CT?
Is this person who uses the name of BO really a citizen of the USA?

I'm currently on a quest to visit all of the Presidential Liabraries. I was at W's last week. Probably the most understated one I've been to. As much as I despise Soetoro, I'll most likely visit his monstrosity one day, though I'm in no hurry to get there. For one, I'm a completist and want the Passport Book stamp for it, and secondly, I'm quite interested in how badly he twists history to puff himself up.

FTA: " Must be able to provide proof of residency: “Be prepared to show proof of residency at the Museum with a valid photo ID, Illinois driver’s license, state ID, or city-issued ID."
This of how many 'disadvantaged' people won't get to see this pile of bovine dropping because they're to lazy or stupid to get an ID to vote. Or maybe just because the warrants will show up.

So 'The Guardian' got something right..... for once.
As for me, every time I see a photo of Zero's monstrosity, it reminds me of The Mask of Sorrow in Magadan, Russia. The Mask of Sorrow is a memorial to the people who died in the Soviet gulags and those who died building The Road of Bones.
Take a look, and see what you think:

This is hilarious, more so because it's true, That thing is butt-ugly. It will be amusing to see the look on his face on opening day when HIS people show up in a small crowd demanding to know where the fried chicken is.

Nothing beside remains. Round the decay
Of that colossal Wreck, boundless and bare
The lone and level sands stretch far away.
