Meet the new boss. After months of resisting endorsing a successor, Rep. Nancy Pelosi, D-Calif., the former House speaker, officially threw her support behind a fellow progressive, San Francisco Board of Supervisors member Connie Chan, on Monday. She is one of the party’s most successful fundraisers, and Chan is expected to benefit from her fundraising network. Connie Chan is an immigrant from Hong Kong, her politics are well to the left and anti-American, and there have been some questions asked about her ties to Communist China’s propaganda infrastructure. Chan’s 2022 decision, as District 1 Supervisor, to designate Sing Tao Daily—a national Chinese-language newspaper with a documented history of alignment

American Federation of Teachers boss Randi Weingarten tapped hundreds of thousands in union resources to help write her controversial book — working with a team that raked in more than $1.4 million from the labor group, a new analysis found. Weingarten used the abundance of union-fueled resources for the liberal agenda-pushing “Why Fascists Fear Teachers: Public Education and the Future of Democracy” then pocketed a portion of the proceeds, the Freedom Foundation claimed in a new report. Her team included an attorney who supposedly worked on the book pro bono but whose firm raked in $977,000 for various work for AFT, as well as a supposed “ghost writer who earned over

Graham Platner has made his status as a fully disabled veteran a central part of his insurgent campaign against Maine senator Susan Collins (R.). At the same time, he has refused to disclose whether the Veterans Affairs (V.A.) benefits that make up the vast majority of his income come with work restrictions—a critical distinction that could have legal implications for his campaign. Platner told News Center Maine in October that he holds a 100 percent disability rating due to "a couple herniated discs," a "wreck" of a shoulder, knees that "bother him," and post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD) and that, as a result, he receives roughly $4,800 a month from the V.A.

Illinois governor J.B. Pritzker's (D.) administration offers a taxpayer-funded training on "microaggressions" and other "exclusionary behaviors" that depicts white people and police officers as mosquitoes who suck blood from people of color. The training—which Pritzker's Department of Human Rights offers to "private-sector, government, and public participants" and which the Washington Free Beacon attended—is meant to "increase knowledge, awareness and prevention of discrimination and harassment issues and offer solutions to employers and employees on how to appropriately respond to situations as they arise." It defines "microaggressions" as "the everyday verbal, nonverbal, and environmental slights, snubs, or insults, whether intentional or unintentional, that communicate hostile, derogatory, or negative messages to target persons

Democratic Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez was lampooned on social media for using a bulletproof shield on wheels while delivering a race-baiting rant on “voting rights.” The clown show unfolded Saturday at a rally in Montgomery, Alabama, where the Bronx Bolshevik tried to incite left-wing outrage following a Supreme Court decision repudiating race-based congressional redistricting as unconstitutional. The most notable part of AOC’s staged stunt was her absurd use of a portable bulletproof glass panel divider. “Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez champions defunding the police, open borders, and abolishing ICE, yet she shields herself behind bulletproof glass,” one X commenter wrote. “The hypocrisy is hard to ignore.”

President Trump has dismissed his $10 billion lawsuit against the IRS in exchange for an apology and the establishment of a $1.776 billion fund to compensate victims of federal government weaponization. Anyone who believes they have been unfairly targeted by any administration could apply for compensation from the Justice Department’s new Anti-Weaponization Fund — including those charged in connection with the Jan. 6, 2021, Capitol riot and even disgraced former first son Hunter Biden, a senior administration official told The Post. “The point of this isn’t to make every January 6-er a millionaire,” the official said. “The point is to compensate, and to give entitled people back some

San Francisco is having a civic nervous breakdown because the brother of President Donald Trump’s son-in-law is buying a minority stake in the Giants. Not Donald Trump. Not Jared Kushner. Joshua Kushner. And not control of the team. A minority stake. Apparently, that is enough to send parts of San Francisco’s activist and media culture into full panic mode. One Giants employee posted a video from Oracle Park turning in their uniform and quitting because Kushner was buying into the team. Social media lit up with complaints about “MAGA ownership” and Trump-world influence invading one of San Francisco’s most beloved civic institutions. There is just one problem. On April 10, 2024, an Army soldier named Samuel J. Meeks stood beneath a gazebo in Green Cove Springs, Florida, smiling for wedding photographs with a Chinese national he had just married. Four days later, federal prosecutors suggested the ceremony was less a union than a $35,000 security breach. Meeks, an active-duty soldier then-stationed at Fort Campbell, was a prize recruit for a Jacksonville-based ring led by Anny Chen, Yafeng Deng, and Hailing Feng. Between 2023 and early 2024, this trio didn’t just facilitate green cards; they functioned as a boutique concierge for foreign nationals seeking high-level access. Americans may be paying a hidden “lawsuit tax” through higher insurance premiums and higher prices for everyday goods, as trucking companies face rising litigation costs from staged crashes, massive settlements and “nuclear verdicts.” Industry groups and lawsuit abuse critics told the Daily Caller News Foundation that costs from frivolous lawsuits and rising settlements are being passed down to consumers through elevated insurance premiums, higher transportation costs and inflated prices for everyday goods. They argue those costs are especially hitting the trucking industry, where rising commercial insurance premiums can ripple through freight rates, grocery bills, consumer goods and even personal auto insurance premiums. “Abusive litigation practices against the trucking industry

Tommy Robinson’s Unite the Kingdom rally in central London attracted tens of thousands of people on Saturday to protest against the Westminster political establishment and the mass migration policies imposed on the country. Up to four thousand police officers were deployed on Saturday to police duelling protests in London, Robinson’s Unite the Kingdom demonstration and an anti-Israel protest over the so-called “Nakba” of 1948, when many Palestinians were displaced amid war. Despite the clamouring from the left-wing Labour government over the threat posed by the supposed “far-right”, only a handful out of the tens of thousands have been arrested at the time of this reporting.

Southern California residents are being urged to physically inspect their property after the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department confirmed that organized burglary crews, many tied to illegal South American theft rings, are planting hidden cameras in bushes, flower beds, planters, and landscaping to scout and monitor targeted homes before striking. On Tuesday, San Dimas Sheriff’s Station deputies were called to a home break-in. While investigating, they located a small camera hidden deep in the bushes directly across from the victim’s residence.

Dems and refugee resettlers focused on moving Islamic populations to parts of the country like Minnesota and Maine to change the electorates. People are now paying attention to the Islamization crisis in Texas. But it’s also all across the South. Over in North Carolina, Democrats are replacing state Sen. For a sense of how bereft the Democrats are of credible leaders and sensible policy ideas all one has to do is listen to the remarks of former Vice President Kamala Harris on the Win with Black Women podcast. She proposed a “no bad ideas brainstorm” in which Democrats would discuss “What we need to do, and think about doing, around the Electoral College … expanding the Supreme Court … statehood for Puerto Rico and D.C.” Harris, whom most polls of Democrat voters show as the front-runner for their party’s 2028 presidential nomination, said this as if offering fresh ideas.

If Americans won’t have the meekness to get sick enough ahead of the midterm elections to justify lockdowns and all mail-in ballots, it seems globalists might be willing to manufacture another “global health emergency.” Hopefully Donald Trump and We the People are too smart to fall for that destructive nonsense twice. Naturally, many Americans will ask how an outbreak of Ebola in Uganda and the Democratic Republic of the Congo (DRC) could possibly necessitate the World Health Organization (WHO) assuring the world that it is in imminent danger of Ebola contagion. But if there is one thing we learned from the COVID-19 lockdowns, it is that the WHO

Three suspects, including two teenagers, committed a staggering 12 shootings in the Austin area over the weekend. The Texas governor wants to see them behind bars for a long time, instead of released as “misguided minors” to shoot more people. The 15-year-old stole his gun on Saturday from the exact same store where the 17-year-old accomplice had already stolen a firearm. There was a warrant out for the latter’s arrest over the theft. ABC7 KATV did not provide names for any of the suspects, but merely said that the third suspect fled the vehicle when officers stopped it to arrest the teenagers. Recently, at the U.S.-China summit in Beijing, Premier Xi [Jinping] mentioned that he hoped that both parties, the United States and China, could avoid the Thucydides Trap. What did that mean? It refers to a book and an article by the well-known political scientist Graham Allison. In it, he presented a paradigm of international relations. Briefly, it was this: If you have an established power, like ancient Sparta, and it gets worried that there is an ascending power, a rising new neighborhood bully or something, the older power, the established power, will attack it, and there will be a war.

The latest strike came Monday when a longtime voting activist in California reached a deal with federal prosecutors to admit to illegally paying homeless people to sign election petitions and paying people to register to vote in a two-decade scheme that allegedly leveraged the Democrat-run state’s lax mail-in voting system,
