Nursing Schools Can Finally Cure the DEI Disease

Most Americans don’t realize this, but their health has been at risk for years. Divisive and discriminatory ideology has crept into health education, under the guise of so-called “diversity, equity, and inclusion.” This politicized worldview has become foundational not only at medical schools, but also at the nursing schools that train my profession. The sudden turn toward indoctrination means that future nurses are spending less time actually studying the essentials of nursing and patient care. The good news is that this disease is finally being contained and treated. In April, the American Association of Colleges of Nursing quietly abandoned its DEI mandates. That matters because the AACN effectively

I hope this is genuine. I had a lot of good nursing care a couple of years ago, for three months hospitalization. I'm a huge fan of good nurses and CNAs, too. It would be a tragedy to have DEI wreck medical care.

The health of most Americans has been at extreme risk for many reasons other than DEI, which has crept into everything. Insurance scams, theft from Big Pharma, substandard doctors, focus on trans surgery, experimental mRNA shots, the lethality of which is just now being admitted after six years of Mengele-like medicine. I would call a witch doctor in Kenya before I would go to a hospital here.

After covid we should all be fully aware that our health is NOT the priority of the medical community. The DEI involved in getting into medical school s why I prefer my doctors have some age on them. Also my sister is a doctor, and she says these new students can't be pushed the way they were in training.

The DEI nonsense started with Obamacare with all sorts of mandates that forced nursing personnel to concentrate on reporting and eventually required "training" sessions with concentration on how to handle patients from the Alphabet community. Close friends of mine were involved and even after their many years of experience they saw how their dedication to patients under their care became compromised by extra demands on their time! One friend spent an hour or more after her shift just to fill out the paperwork that had codes for every single ailment! Another friend told administrators that she trained to treat all patients equally which is what she did and refused to waste her time (unpaid as it was!) to attend training sessions. Obama care has had a disastrous influence on our nation's medical systems as well as driven many excellent people out of the profession - and the COVID debacle is yet to be accurately assessed but that is a rant for another day.

Federal prosecutors will seize James Comey’s book sale profits after he was indicted on two felony counts on charges related to his Trump assassination Instagram post. The Justice Department issued a forfeiture notice because prosecutors believe Comey posted the ’86 47′ Trump threat to help with sales of his forthcoming book, “Red Verdict.” “Upon conviction, the defendant shall forfeit to the United States any property, real or personal, which constitutes or is derived from proceeds traceable to the said offense,” the indictment read. James Comey posted his threatening ‘8647’ Instagram post shortly before his book launch last May.

Democrat-dominated Ann Arbor is raising eyebrows and garnering widespread mockery for removing all of its anti-crime watch signs across the city to be more "inclusive." The move even prompted a New York City Council member, Republican Vickie Paladino, to say, "They’re just insane." The Michigan city announced on Tuesday that, at the direction of the City Council, it completed the citywide removal of more than 600 neighborhood watch signs. In a statement, the city explained that "removing the signs aligns the city’s environment with its commitment to inclusive, evidence-based public safety." The decision to remove the signs was made in a unanimous 10-0 City Council vote in December,

Rep. Keith Self has introduced legislation that would effectively outlaw cousin marriages by denying federal recognition and benefits to such unions. “Cousin marriage—which is permitted under Sharia—is fundamentally incompatible with American culture and values. It should not be allowed anywhere in our country,” the Texas Republican told The Daily Signal. “The vast majority of states have already banned this third‑world practice. It’s time for Congress to finish the job and enact a nationwide prohibition.” Marriage between close family members is legal, with few or no restrictions, in 18 states and the District of Columbia. Self argues that blood‑related marriages are common in certain ethnic and cultural groups, with rates reaching

The lawyer for White House Correspondents’ Dinner shooting suspect Cole Allen gave an absurd reason why the CalTech grad should be allowed to walk free pending trial, claiming he was “not a danger to anybody” — despite charges that he attempted to assassinate President Trump. Defense attorneys claimed that Allen, 31, was not prepared to carry out a mass shooting in the room where Trump, first lady Melania, and most of the top members of the administration were in attendance, because he had a pump-action shotgun, his team wrote in papers Wednesday. “Mr. Allen has no criminal history — not even prior arrests, which alone would rebut the presumption of detention,”

Cooper, now the Democratic nominee for North Carolina’s open Senate seat, rolled out the welcome mat for Boviet Solar in April 2024, gifting the company’s CEO with a hand-made pot emblazoned with the North Carolina seal during a televised press conference in which he touted a $32.6 million state and local incentive package to help the firm open

At the heart of the strong resistance that thousands of Japanese participating in these demonstrations have shown are multiple practical and socio-cultural implications, including traffic congestion during prayer times and potential noise disturbances. Text messages shared on Wednesday by Sen. Grassley said the texts demonstrated a “total disdain for equal justice” and an apparent willingness to target people based on their religion.

Breitbart News noted that ATF Director Robert Cekada signed a rulemaking package Wednesday afternoon and it contained a “clarifying amendment” that would require would-be gun buyers to select their biological sex on Form 4473. Form 4473 is the firearm transaction form used when a background check is performed on a gun buyer. Under President Biden, changes were made to allow would-be gun buyers to choose “female,” “male,” or “non-binary.” The amendment in the package signed by Cekada would return the form to requiring would-be gun buyers to select their biological sex.

California’s bullet train can’t catch a break. The state’s High-Speed Rail Authority board punted a vote Wednesday on its long-awaited business plan — after it was revealed that the project’s cost had ballooned to a staggering $231 billion. Lawmakers and budget hawks have ripped the Los Angeles-to-San Francisco train project as incomplete, opaque and possibly illegal, with the authority moving to delay a vote until next month. Two days earlier at a tense Senate Transportation Committee, government watchdogs in the Legislative Analyst’s Office warned that the plan doesn’t meet basic legal requirements after new station locations were proposed. Ian Choudri, CEO of the High-Speed Rail Authority, promised to provide

A grand jury on Wednesday indicted a Louisiana sheriff whose office came under investigation after 10 inmates broke out of a New Orleans jail in an audacious escape that happened on her watch. Orleans Parish Sheriff Susan Hutson is not accused of helping the inmates pull off the brazen jailbreak through a hole behind a toilet, setting off a monthslong search before all the escapees were eventually captured. Louisiana Attorney General Liz Murrill said a state probe instead found that Hutson’s poor management of the jail led to the escape. The 30-count indictment handed up by a New Orleans grand jury charges Hutson with malfeasance, obstruction of justice and falsifying public records.

Do you ever wonder why so many Blue states refuse to hand over their voter rolls to the federal government? After all, there is a federal law that requires certain measures to ensure ballot integrity, passed in the wake of the 2000 Florida debacle. It requires, among other things, that states clean their voter rolls of ineligible voters. But these states refuse to do that, and they refuse to show that they aren't breaking federal law. Of course, every sentient person knows exactly why they do both of those things: they cheat, and want to make it as hard as possible to detect the cheating, and almost impossible to audit elections

For decades, the mental health industry and its allies in media, government, and education have operated on a simple assumption: the more mental health awareness we spread, through campaigns, school programs, social media, and public service announcements, the better. Raise awareness, reduce stigma, encourage help-seeking, and mental health will surely improve. New evidence shows the opposite is happening. Well-intentioned awareness efforts are actively backfiring, manufacturing distress, inflating diagnoses, and turning normal human emotions into chronic “disorders.” The shocking result is that these campaigns are turning mentally fit people into self-diagnosed mentally ill patients, with symptoms effectively “contracted” from the awareness messages themselves.

When Stanford Law School students shut down a Federalist Society chapter event with a conservative federal appeals judge, aided by a diversity, equity and inclusion dean, and circulated a "headshots" poster identifying chapter board members, the school did not punish deplatformers and censored the event video so they couldn't be identified. The United Arab Emirates' decision this week to leave the Organization of the Petroleum Exporting Countries (OPEC) is just the latest departure and yet another sign that the cartel’s decades-long grip over global energy markets is drifting further into the history books. The UAE has ambitions to increase its oil and gas production, and this has brought it into conflict with other members of the cartel, primarily Saudi Arabia. The production quotas the group set were aimed at keeping prices higher, and that worked well when the Middle East was the primary energy producer in the world.
