Latin America remains one of the most Christian regions on earth. More than 620 million people in Latin America identified as Christian in 2025. For decades, ordinary families across South America battled volatile economies, hyperinflation, and brutal drug wars. You have likely watched these nations struggle to secure basic needs while their governments chased conflicting priorities. Cartel violence in places like Colombia and staggering debt crises in Argentina created cycles of deep despair. Now, these communities are finally witnessing their countries embrace booming oil and gas economic growth. Open minds and proactive policies rooted in energy realism are driving this change.

"...policies dictated by the United Sates and the European Union" should read US Democrat Party and the Euroliberals. Under the Trump administration the obstacles to prosperity are being systematically removed. Guyana is especially promising. Their reserves are said to rival Venezuela and cleaner.

For far too long, government-sanctioned drug production and sales have been easy money and a target for dictatorships to take over in most countries in South America. Venezuela is a prime example of a country driven into the dirt while it sat on treasure in the ground. America's war on drugs finally found a leader in Donald Trump that could turn the whole continent around. Without people who have more money than brains buying their product, they will be forced into honest growth.

They may be Christian, but the Catholic hierarchy in South America ( example: Pope Francis) are Jesuit, and socialist, so that's not really a great selling point.

Embattled Rep. Eric Swalwell on Friday night issued a full-throated denial of sexual misconduct and rape allegations leveled against him, calling them “absolutely false” while issuing an apology to his wife. “These allegations of sexual assault are flat false,” the Democratic candidate for California governor said in a more than minute-long video on social media. “They are absolutely false. They did not happen. They have never happened. And I will fight them with everything I have.” Swalwell was forced to swat down scathing allegations of sexual misconduct brought by four women this week — including a former staffer who claims he raped her in 2024.

When Iran’s Ayatollah Ali Khamenei was killed under American and Israeli bombardment last month, a few dozen activists gathered in New York to mourn him. Cameras outnumbered candles — yet the moment generated nearly 19 million views on X and led broadcasts on CBS, ABC and Fox News. The gap between who showed up and who was watching is the whole story. It was far from organic; it was engineered. The Network Contagion Research Institute spent months mapping the pipeline behind moments like this. At its center is Press TV, an Iranian state broadcaster under US Treasury sanctions.

First lady Melania Trump on Thursday called on Congress to hold a public hearing allowing survivors of Jeffrey Epstein’s crimes to testify before lawmakers, emphasizing that the disgraced financier did not act alone. In a rare public statement delivered at the White House, Trump said “I call on Congress to provide the women who have been victimized by Epstein with a public hearing specifically centered around the survivors, give these victims their opportunity to testify under oath in front of Congress with the power of sworn testimony,” she said. “Each and every woman should have her day to tell her story in public if she wishes.”

U.S. Central Command Commander Adm. Brad Cooper said Thursday the United States has achieved its core military objectives under Operation Epic Fury, declaring Iran “has suffered a generational military defeat” after its more than four-decade military buildup was systematically destroyed in under 40 days. Providing an update as a fragile ceasefire takes hold, Cooper said U.S. forces dismantled the Iranian regime’s ability to project power beyond its borders, adding, “We set out to dismantle” that capability “and we clearly accomplished this task.”

Acting Attorney General Todd Blanche is authorizing the death penalty to be used against two MS-13 gang members who are accused of murdering a Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) informant. Last year, MS-13 gang members Dennis Anaya Urias, Grevil Zelaya Santiago, and Roberto Carlos Aguilar were charged in federal indictments of having murdered 47-year-old Herlyn Barrientos, an MS-13 gang member turned FBI informant, at the behest of the gang’s local clique leadership. Aguilar is an illegal alien from El Salvador. At the time of the murder, Santiago had a pending visa application, while Urias held a green card.

First lady Melania Trump on Thursday condemned “lies” linking her to the disgraced late sex offender, Jeffrey Epstein. The first lady unexpectedly issued a statement in the afternoon that was not on the official White House schedule shared with reporters. The lies linking me with the disgraceful Jeffrey Epstein need to end today. The individuals lying about me are devoid of ethical standards, humility, and respect,” she began. “I do not object to their ignorance, but rather, I reject their mean-spirited attempts to defame my reputation. I’ve never been friends with Epstein,” she added. The first lady said she and President Donald Trump —

federal judge ruled Thursday that the Pentagon cannot impose its new press restrictions, which he claimed was an effort to negate his previous order. U.S. District Judge Paul Friedman last month dismissed parts of the Pentagon's guidelines released last year and ordered it to restore the press passes of seven journalists for the New York Times. The War Department then changed its protocols late last month for its media briefing room, which includes the relocation of reporters to workspace outside the Pentagon. It also closed the correspondents' corridor within the Pentagon.

Department of Homeland Security Secretary Markwayne Mullin stated Monday that the Trump administration is considering withdrawing U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) officers from international airports located in sanctuary cities. In an interview with Fox News, Mullin said he would “take a hard look” at this measure to punish cities that ban cooperation with federal immigration enforcement, arguing that such municipalities are not lawful and should not receive federal benefits like customs processing while refusing to enforce immigration laws. “I believe sanctuary cities are not lawful. Some of these cities have international airports,” Mullin told Fox host Bret Baier.

Democratic New York City Mayor Zohran Mamdani has introduced a “racial equity plan” directing city resources to “black and brown New Yorkers” in an attempt to “confront institutional and systemic racism within our city.” The mayor’s policy proposal targets housing, health, and economic opportunities, and seeks to address disparities by prioritizing neighborhoods and residents that have supposedly been historically marginalized by economic or structural factors. Mamdani’s Preliminary Citywide Racial Equity Plan and True Cost of Living Measure prompted a warning from U.S. Assistant Attorney General Harmeet Dhillon, who called the measure “fishy” and promised to take a closer look at its legality under current civil rights laws.

Now that President Trump has shut down the border and stopped the flow of new people into blue cities and states, they are not able to maintain their population levels as people flee to better places like Texas and Florida. With smaller populations, these cities and states are going to lose significant electoral power in the present, but even more so in the future. Long term, this is a disaster for them and that is the source for much of their rage. The left tries to frame their anti-ICE protests as a humanitarian issue but it has nothing to do with that.

In Colorado, the highest posted speed limit is 75 mph. I can live with that, even though I think 85 mph might be better and perhaps just as safe. This speed limit of 75 means that it’s against the law to go faster than that. Trust me on this, I used to be a lawyer. But now, Colorado has announced that if you go the 75-mph speed limit in the left lane, or even if you violate the speed limit by going 85 mph, and people stack up behind you who want to go 95, then you’re violating the law by impeding traffic. And you’ll be ticketed for it.

The Artemis II astronauts safely splashed down off the coast of San Diego at 5:07 p.m. Friday after a historic 10-day mission around the moon, finally letting the crew and NASA officials breathe a sigh of relief. NASA regarded the high-energy reentry — streaking through the atmosphere in a nearly 5,000-degree-Fahrenheit fireball at more than 30 times the speed of sound — as one of the riskiest moments of the mission. Space agency officials’ blood pressure was further elevated as experts closely watched the performance of the craft’s heat shield — which astronauts rely on to slow them down and keep temperatures livable.
