Donald Trump, War Criminal?

Original Article

Over the last couple days, we’ve been hearing that, once the Dems take the midterms, they’ll immediately start preparations to try Donald Trump for war crimes in Iran. The loudest voice here – as is usually the case – is James Carville (actually, what he said was more like “We gone git that-theah Donal’ Trump for woah crimes roun’ heah.”), but he hasn’t been alone. Is there any truth to this? What they’re referring to, it seems, is Pres. Trump’s announcement that he intends to target infrastructure, particularly power generation and bridges,

No, Trump is not a war criminal. If Trump did not take action, IRAN would have had or on the verge of having a nuclear bomb. Our lives would have changed forever. They also had the capability of long range missiles that would have taken out some of Europe. Iran leadership/Supreme leaders are/were crazy fanatics. Those that should be charged with war crimes are Clinton, Bush, and Obama. They were the ones that looked the other way, funded Iran's terrorist actions around the world and helped them to obtain weapons of mass destruction. Trump just had the courage to stop it NOW.

Leftist media and leftists are all like the farming family and their associates in "Its a Good Life". They all voice happiness and pleasure when the monster, Anthony, capriciously does his bidding. Heaping praise on Anthony's actions and hoping that effort will be enough to ensure that they are killed last.

There is no doubt that the leftist Democrats and their media allies want to get rid of Trump anyway possible, even possibly covertly collaborating with the Chinese Communist Party to arrest the “war criminal” Trump during his upcoming visit to China and turn Trump over to the International Criminal Court for trial as a “war criminal”.

Those of us who believe this is over are sadly and ignorantly mistaken. The only cease rire was our stopping bombing. The Iranians are still at it. firing missiles into Israel aned also itsME neighbors. They hit the Saudis'main oil line, its alternative to the Strait of Hormusz, which Iran is keeping closed. There was little confidence among those whp know the lying Iranian regime that the cease fire would hold. They were right.

‘War Crimes’ is a World Court construct that Democrats like to throw around. It is deemed a federal crime by agreement with the Geneva Convention. It appears nowhere in the Constitution and is very much open to interpretation. An attempted enforcement would present an interesting case in the Supreme Court should it ever get that far.

It is quite worthless to go back and talk about other presidents and their particular wars. A gigantic waste of time and space as those arguments are pointless. The poster who advised to get this mess over with as soon as possible is absoultely right but it now appears Trump got played by Iran on his latest cease fire. He either needs to make a threat and keep it or back clear out and go play golf. He got lucky with the F15 crew and was saved by the skill and bravery of others. I used to love what the guy was doing but it appears he has lost his nerve and that is not only dangerous, it will result in his prosecution. I am done with him and want this mess to end.

Based on the impeachment threats made by Carville and many other democrats, every wartime President and his cabinet and generals in American history is a war criminal, based on the measures taken during hostilities throughout our history. Modern day democrats are indeed the greatest of threats to our Constitutional Republic.

Following the leak of the Dobbs draft, liberal Supreme Court Justice Elena Kagan reportedly screamed “so loudly” at then-Justice Stephen Breyer that the “wall was shaking.” A draft of the Supreme Court’s decision to overturn Roe v. Wade was leaked to Politico’s senior legal reporter Josh Gerstein in May 2022. Via Politico at the time of the leak: “The Supreme Court has voted to strike down the landmark Roe v. Wade decision, according to an initial draft majority opinion written by Justice Samuel Alito circulated inside the court and obtained by POLITICO.” Justice Alito’s opinion is a “full-throated, unflinching repudiation” Politico said.

A quick glance at the headlines reveals we are in the midst of one of the worst energy crises in history. Both oil and gas prices have spiked because of the effective closure of the Strait of Hormuz. UK electricity prices have gone up too. This has led Ember (the same people who came up with Ed Miliband’s promise to cut energy bills by £300) to claim that renewables have cut gas generation compared to March 2021 and saved us £7 million per day. Contracts for Difference (CfDs) work by paying generators the market price for the electricity they produce plus a top up to the contract strike price.

Only after my release from Iran’s notorious Evin prison in 2009 did I begin to learn about the extent of the wide, grassroots support my friend and I received from around the world. At one point, one senior prison official angrily let me know about the huge number of letters of support that were sent to us in prison, though we were never given access to any of them. The number must have been vast, in that it’s believed that the widespread pressure on the Islamic regime was at least in part responsible for our being released from death row,

In an unusually, but inadvertently, honest piece on the Trump Purge of the Executive Office for Immigration Review (EOIR), which oversees the immigration court system, The New York Times implied that the only way forward with mass deportations was the Stephen Miller-inspired mass public arrests—in the terminology of the immigration law enforcement professional, City Patrol and Area Control, currently called Roving Patrol. More simply, arresting illegal aliens where they appear in public: where day laborers informally congregate, where they operate public businesses like pushcarts, at bus stops,

One of the most persistent and dangerous misreadings of the confrontation with Iran is the stubborn confusion between a brutal ideological regime and the people it has oppressed for nearly five decades. In Western capitals, where moral clarity too often yields to political expediency, this confusion produces a strange paralysis: the fear of "hurting the Iranian people" serves as an excuse to tolerate a regime that has hurt them far more cruelly and systematically than any outside power ever has. In January 2026, the Iranian regime launched one of the deadliest crackdowns in its modern history, with protests met by a "shoot-to-kill" order "by any means necessary,"

This week, Supreme Court Justice Clarence Thomas celebrated America’s 250th anniversary by exposing the greatest threat to the Declaration of Independence today—the ideology of Progressivism. “Progressivism was the first mainstream American political movement—with the possible exception of the pro-slavery reactionaries on the eve of the Civil War—to openly oppose the principles of the declaration,” the justice said in a speech at the University of Texas at Austin Wednesday. “Progressives strove to undo the Declaration’s commitment to equality and natural rights, both of which they denied were self-evident.”

Some might find this hard to believe, but social media is not real life. To wit… Between March and April in the far-left Quinnipiac poll, support for Trump among Republicans increased from 72 percent to 81 percent. Similarly, a poll from the Economist/YouGov shows an increase in Republican support for the president. What had been an 82 percent approve, 14 percent disapproval rating in March has risen by four net points to 84 percent approve, 12 percent disapprove.

The office of Rep. The original disclosure prompted criticism and calls from some GOP critics for further investigation. Since then, Omar submitted an amended filing showing much lower assets of about $18,000 and $95,000. According to her office, the discrepancy was the result of incorrect valuations from financial professionals tied to her husband’s business interests, including a venture capital firm and a winery in California.

CAIRO — The standoff over the Strait of Hormuz quickly escalated again Saturday as Iran reversed its reopening of the crucial waterway and fired on ships attempting to pass, in retaliation after the United States pressed ahead with its blockade choking off Iranian ports. Confusion over the strait, through which roughly one-fifth of the world’s oil passes, threatened to deepen the energy crisis roiling the global economy and push the two countries toward renewed conflict. The ceasefire between them is due to run out by mid-next week, and Pakistani mediators were working to put together a new round of direct negotiations to keep the truce going.

Shreveport Police Corporal Chris Bordelon told reporters officers were first dispatched just after 6 a.m. to reports of gunfire in the 300 block of West 79th Street, where they located the initial scene. As officers canvassed the area, they discovered additional connected locations, including one on Harrison Street, all tied to the same domestic disturbance.
