American leftists held another “No Kings” rally last weekend. Democrats and their ideological allies gathered in city parks and town squares to tell the rest of us how awful we are. They screamed obscenities and called us “fascists” and “Nazis.” They demanded President Trump’s removal from office. Some even brazenly wished for his death.
To non-leftists, these things are cringeworthy spectacles. The participants look loony and behave immaturely. They are not serious people. Their messages make no sense. How are they able to protest so vocally if they are living under the yoke of tyranny? How are they able

Providence Mayor Brett Smiley wants a mural of Iryna Zarutska taken down because the intent of those funding the mural is misguided and divisive. I don’t agree, and have an opinion that runs counter to his. I believe this nation needs many more murals of Iryna Zarutska as a reminder of what happened to her. Moreover, I want those murals to supplant every mural of George Floyd, the patron saint of losers. That’s right. I want every mural of George Floyd to be painted over with a mural of Iryna Zarutska. Elon Musk could fund the effort. Which mural is more deserving of display?

The Supreme Court is scheduled to take up the case regarding birthright citizenship Wednesday morning, and President Donald Trump said from the Oval Office Tuesday that he would be in attendance to listen to oral arguments.
"I'm going," he told reporters, "because I have listened to this argument for so long." (X) White House Press Secretary Karoline Leavitt confirmed later Tuesday that he did indeed plan on being there as the justices hear arguments over the constitutionality of an executive order he signed on his first day back in office in January 2025. Called “Protecting the Meaning and Value of American Citizenship," the order sought to end birthright citizenship for

The mixed messaging, cognitive dissonance, and blatant hypocrisy on display at the latest round of “No Kings” protests in places like New York City reached epic proportions this past weekend.
If you were in New York City on Saturday during the third edition of the No Kings movement, you would have seen a smorgasbord of far-left groups aiming to sow the seeds of revolution in America.
You would have seen numerous flags adorned with the hammer and sickle. You would have been surrounded by collectivist swag and literature for sale, including copies of The Communist Manifesto. You would have seen banners with socialist slogans celebrating depraved monsters like

AGADIR -- Iran’s Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC) officially confirmed today that Alireza Tangsiri, commander of its naval forces, died after sustaining severe injuries.
Last week, Israel’s Defense Minister Israel Katz announced that Israeli forces killed Tangsiri in an overnight airstrike, and that the operation also killed senior naval officers. He claimed that Tangsiri is the one responsible for many “terrorist” operations and blocking the Strait of Hormuz.
The Iranian authorities however did not confirm his death at the time of the Israeli announcement. The US -Israel – Iran war continues after US and Israel carried out a joint strike against Iran on February 28, targeting Tehran and several Iranian cities.

MADEIRA BEACH, Fla. — Dozens of people looking for seashells found something much bigger, and perhaps "greater," off of Florida's coast.
Around 49 guests with Hubbard's Marina in Madeira Beach went on a shelling excursion at around 11:15 a.m. Friday when they found a roughly 10-foot Great White shark 25-75 yards from the shoreline of Shell Key.
The shark was seen in the area for following large schools of tarpon fish as it was "displaying a calm but curious demeanor."
"Seeing a shark of this size and grace so close to the island is a 'stop-everything' moment for our guests," Captain Dylan Hubbard, Owner of Hubbard’s Marina, said in a statement. "We see

A Ventura County woman has died from a rattlesnake bite she suffered while hiking at Wildwood Regional Park, authorities said Wednesday.
The recent fatality marks the second rattlesnake-related death in California this month. Experts say record-breaking heat has made the snakes active earlier than usual.
Southern California is a hiker’s paradise, but out on the trails, you’re rarely alone. The Southern Pacific rattlesnake is “right at home in the cracks and crevices of the great outdoors,” said local hiker Croy Tan. “Technically, this is where they are. This is their place, you know what I mean,” he added.
On March 14, the Ventura County Fire Department said a 46-year-old woman

A form of torture I endure for my research is reading the New York Times morning emails. The phrase “alternate universe” aptly describes its sly, misleading story titles, which demonstrate a built-in bias even before the report itself begins. A good example was a heading marked “Territorial Adventurism” used the other day in reference to Trump’s geopolitical strategy in Iran and elsewhere.
Adventurism is defined as “Involvement in risky enterprises, especially in foreign affairs, while disregarding established principles or adverse consequences.” How rich is it when one of the most liberal newspapers in the entire world delivers the news, as opinions, in a manner designed to predispose readers’ views of stories

I remember seeing a comedian on TV years ago who mocked Canadians as “nice people with brown hair.” These days, you wouldn’t use the word “nice” to describe many Canadians.
My colleague Rick Moran wrote a piece on Saturday morning about how antisemitism is rife in Canada. Rick wrote:
The explosion of antisemitic hate directed at Canadian Jews is without precedent in Canada. Rather than address the hate with concrete action, political, cultural, and religious leaders in Canada could only offer sympathetic words and the "This isn't us" bromide.
Except that it is you, Canada. And your tolerance for hate is driving your Jewish friends and neighbors into hiding.
It’s not just Jews who

Bruce Springsteen is the headliner at the flagshiip No Kings rally at the state Capitol in Saint Paul this afternoon. Joan Baez, Jane Fonda, and Bernie Sanders are also primed to appear. Truth in advertising would require the rally to be redesignated Gimme That Old Time Religion or In Search of Lost Time. As the Rolling Stones once trilled, “What a drag it is getting old.”
Tim Walz, Keith Ellison, and Ilhan Omar will also be there. They wouldn’t want to miss the chance to rag on the King. Opposing the King has become the lodestone of their careers. Contrary to the theme of the proceedings, it comes at no cost

When did getting from point A to point B get so complicated? When the government decided which cars Americans should buy. With the economic and scientific premises behind electric vehicle (EV) mandates collapsing, the EV bubble may burst completely. There is one mandate left to burst: California’s Advanced Clean Cars II (ACC II) regulation, which requires all new vehicles to be 100 percent electric by 2035, or else automakers get penalized.
With the federal repeal of the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA)’s Endangerment Finding in February, the government’s formal scientific basis for EV mandates is gone. State governments no longer have a rational scientific basis for requiring EV sales.

Progressive Congresswoman and member of The Squad, Rep. Pramila Jayapal (D-WA), called for “some form of reparation” to be paid to illegal immigrants for the alleged “trauma” inflicted by ICE agents during President Trump’s nationwide deportation campaign.
It remains astonishing that Democrats label funding the Department of Homeland Security and its agencies as a waste of taxpayer dollars, yet have no issue using public funds to provide reparations to individuals who broke the law by entering the country illegally. (X) "We need real accountability, because at the end of the day, the people that have been inflicting this harm need to be prosecuted," Jayapal said. "They need to be brought
