Not only does an administrative warrant suffice to apprehend a criminal alien with a final removal order but, as the article notes, federal district judges have no authority whatsoever to issue judicial warrants in immigration cases. Administrative warrants are used to enter private property in cases involving the manufacture and sale of firearms. Where are the demands for judicial warrants to enforce these "gun control" statutes?
