A Democratic member confirmed to the Washington Examiner that Democratic leadership told the conference they planned to support the resolution. A bipartisan debate took place Thursday afternoon, setting up a vote on the resolution Friday (snip) “Political violence has no place in the United States of America,” House Oversight ranking member Robert Garcia (D-CA) said during the debate, where he condemned the assassination and offered his condolences to the Kirk family.

The company aims to automatically direct younger users to a restricted version of the service, prioritizing safety over privacy and freedom for teens.
President Trump pushed back on reports that Erik Siebert, the U.S. attorney for the Eastern District of Virginia, resigned from his post, claiming, “he didn’t quit, I fired him!”

One question was about free speech on campus.

Nearly 50% of Trump voters would oppose a transgender rights activist speaking on campus. 86% of Harris voters would support it.

French First Lady Brigitte Macron will present photographic evidence to a U.S. court to prove she is a woman as part of her defamation lawsuit against Candace Owens.
