CORRECTION: The mandate starting a 90-day clock for Trump to appeal the appeals court decision from last year was issued Thursday night. The appeals court last year had upheld a jury’s verdict finding Trump liable of sexually abusing and defaming writer E. Jean Carroll. An earlier story included incorrect information. - A federal appeals court on Thursday formally closed out President Trump’s appeal of a jury’s verdict finding him liable of sexually abusing and defaming writer E. Jean Carroll.
The mandate starts the 90-day clock for Trump to appeal the case to the Supreme Court.

Uhm yeah so I can't remember anything and there's zero evidence and whatever it might have been was decades ago but there's a lot of money and a super friendly court and State so I'm going to rob him of every penny I'm not due while lying through my teeth, cackling all the way.
I look forward to the USSC explaining to NY things like the reason there's a statute of limitations and that even people they don't like have constitutional rights and protections.

Would one expect anything else from a NY based court? Of course they upheld the verdict as it would e un New Yorker to rule based on the laws and for Trump. A law is based removing the statute of limitations and a trial without a shred of evidence is conducted. 3rd world laws with a Kangaroo court. The problem is unaccountability. These Inferior Court Black Robed Activist can do whatever they desire as little unelected dictators without any consequences. A Convention of States is needed and spell out the consequences for judges that have the full force of the Executive and Legislative branches participation. We have passed in to Judgeocracy and it needs to b e stopped.

Proverbs 6 contains a list of six, yea, seven things the Lord hates. Among them: a proud look, a lying tongue, and those who sow discord. Leftists in a nutshell.

Absolutely zero evidence that Trump was ever within 20 miles of this lunatic, lying female. ZERO evidence of any interaction whatsoever, and yet a TDS infected group of craze jurors found him guilty.
NO evidence. So, so wrong.

Listen to this TOTAL IDIOT - https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ldP8YNAPlTw
Here at the very end she says - women think rape is sexy and tells cooper that "he is fascinating" to talk too, when he IMMEDIATELY goes to a break. Cooper better watch out. If he has $ she may come after him and say he ENTICED her on camera. As Barney Fife said "she is a NUT".

So lets see if I got this right - she was on the second floor in the fitting room of a fancy dress shop in New York. We have to believe Trump entered the store, went up to the second floor, found the dressing room she was in, and raped her. No one else in the store saw him. Now here's where it gets better, she remembers the dress she was trying on but darn it all can't remember the exact date. Here's why, because if she gave us a date Trump would just have to check his calendar and find out where he was that day. End of case for Ms. Carroll. This should have been laughed out of court.

#1~ “Why...who cares.” / Because an innocent person should not be accused of guilt for reasons of personal integrity, family reputation, and public perception; people of conscience should not care whether that individual dwells in poverty or wealth. To dismiss this particular litigation for this particular individual simply because of his fame and fortune as “it goes with the territory and financially not a problem” is unconscionable and abhorrent. Throughout this entire pursuit, there have been questions raised about Ms. Carroll’s integrity, her financial ability to personally sustain expensive legal counsel, that she has a wealthy benefactor financially supporting this litigation, as well as the effort being a Democrat-funded hoax. Essentially, it is perceived as “liberal lawfare".

#8 Addendum to #1~ FTA: “A federal appeals court on Thursday formally closed out President Trump’s appeal of a jury’s verdict finding him liable of sexually abusing and DEFAMING WRITER E. JEAN CARROLL.” / Lest anyone forget, “defamation” is “the act of communicating false statements about a person that injure the reputation of that person : the act of defaming another.” For whatever it’s worth, there is an old adage that states, “when you point your finger at someone else, three fingers point back at you. It reminds us that we are not blameless.”

This is one of those cases with a 9-digit reward. It needs to be thrown out. I remember E. J. Carroll writing some of the nastiest hit pieces on Trump. She is hateful and biased. She says Trump assaulted her. I don't believe her. I think she is a liar. I watch how the courts and other New York agencies handle this case, and it shows how far off the rails they have gone. Don't ever confuse this with governing. It's tyranny. Meanwhile all the Trump-haters will get in everyone's face and call Trump a rapist. That makes the Trump-haters liars and fools. They either don't believe the charges but repeat them anyway because they hate Trump or their decision-making capabilities do not exist.

#8 Why don't I care, because anyone that has the ability to do something and can look passed child trafficking and r@pe, I really don't care what happens to them. And Trump sure was dismissive of those kids but, if it's about him I'm supposed to get the vapors and give a hoot? Outta here with that.

I care. A civil court is not a criminal court. Donald Trump was never allowed a criminal court case because E. Jean Carroll did not speak up until he decided to run for President of USA.

IMO she made the whole case up.

#11~ Assuming reference is being made to the Epstein sleaze about which SPECULATIVE accusations are being made and, therefore, being SPECULATIVE hold no legitimate credence at this point in time. Based on President Trump’s “promises made, promises kept” performance in his first term and thus far in his second term, emphatically denounce any disregard for the safety and sanctity of not only children being trafficked, but all human trafficking as evidenced by the following executive orders (emphasis added):

Sec. 3. Prosecuting Human Traffickers and Individuals Who Exploit Children Online. (a) The Attorney General, through the Federal Enforcement Working Group, in collaboration with the Secretary of Labor and the Secretary of Homeland Security, shall:
(i) improve interagency coordination with respect to targeting traffickers, determining threat assessments, and sharing law enforcement intelligence to build on the Administration’s commitment to the continued success of ongoing anti trafficking enforcement initiatives, such as the Anti-Trafficking Coordination Team and the U.S.-Mexico Bilateral Human Trafficking Enforcement Initiatives; and

Donald Trump has a lifelong reputation of having intimate relationships with women so attractive that most men only dream about. His female companions are always HOT ! ! !
E. Jean Carroll falls considerably short of meeting that standard. In fact, I would suggest that Donald Trump would make it a priority to avoid being captured in a picture with someone as spectacularly unattractive as Ms. Carroll.

I don't think the Supreme Court will take this case, though it probably should. Isn't calling someone who accuses you of rape a liar free speech? And it appears that the jury found her a liar since they didn't believe her rape claim.

This case screams out that we can indict and convict a person that the Judge and the jury hate.
This is the opposite of justice and should not stand. We pray that President Trump will be vindicated and the decision thrown out by a higher court.

Am I mistaken or didn’t Carroll also claim that Les Moonves of CBS rape her as well?
If she made that claim, when’s Mooves’ civil persecution?
