Bibi Makes His Country’s Case

Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu is fed up with the nonsense and lies about “mass starvation” in Gaza, and the world media’s adamant refusal to consider the evidence that Hamas has been releasing photographs of children with pre-existing congenital illnesses, such as cerebral palsy, and presenting them as “starving” and “close to death.” He also wanted to make clear just how much aid has been distributed to the Gazans by the Israel-backed Gaza Humanitarian Foundation. To date, two million meals have been served, but you almost never see this figure reported in the media.

Just stop and think how bizarre this would be at any other time in history: Excuse me, Alexander the Great: While you're in the process of killing all those people, you need to go in and make sure that everyone else is well fed and cared for. Quit trying to defend your behavior, Bibi, and do what you gotta do!

The Princess of Wales’ new blonde locks could reflect her wish to draw attention to them after hair loss--a change that may show she's left her cancer treatment behind, according to an expert. Kate Middleton unveiled her lightest hair color to date when she attended a Sunday church service at Crathie Kirk in Balmoral, Scotland. [Snip] The future queen’s new sun-kissed blonde tresses showed a dramatic evolution from the brunette hair that captured the public’s attention when she began her royal life and married Prince William nearly two decades ago.

If any governor should know the risks of sending the National Guard to police an American city, it should be the governor of Ohio. Everyone in Ohio knows what happened on May 4, 1970, when National Guard troops opened fire on anti-war protesters at Kent State University. Four protesters were killed and nine others wounded, including one who was paralyzed from the waist down. [Snip] He’s sending them to police American civilians and further Trump’s political agenda, which includes normalizing the deployment of military troops on the streets of American communities even when local leaders don’t want them there.

President Trump told conservative radio host Todd Starnes on Thursday he plans on tagging along with DC police and National Guard members as they patrol the capital this evening. “I’m going to be going out tonight, I think with the police and with the military, of course,” the president said. “So we’re going to do a job--the National Guard is great, they’ve done a fantastic job.” It was not immediately clear whether Trump planned to personally help apprehend suspects or clear homeless encampments.

We’ve known for years that the Covid-19 vaccines left many Americans seriously injured. Yet despite this common knowledge, the federal government’s surveillance to ensure vaccine safety has been substandard, to put it charitably. Worse, its performance in compensating those injured by the vaccine has been pathetic. Now, Congress is finally paying attention to America’s vaccine woes. [Snip] The sheer number of reported adverse events from the Covid-19 vaccine (over 1.8 million) dwarfs all previously reported vaccine injuries. But because it is a “passive” reporting system, largely based on patient self-reporting, VAERS is unable to show a causal relationship between a specific vaccine injection and a particular adverse reaction.

Supreme Court Justice Ketanji Brown Jackson invoked a popular comic strip in an angry dissent, accusing her colleagues of being in the bag for President Donald J. Trump. The left-winger who was appointed by disgraced former President Joe Biden to fulfill his pledge to put a black woman on the SCOTUS has repeatedly shown that she lacks the intellect and temperament for the job with her emotional antics. Not that another example was needed, but Jackson served it up anyway, describing the court’s latest overruling of an activist lower court judge who blocked the ending of DEI-based grants at the National Institutes of Health (NIH) as “Calvinball.”

The headline -- and story -- were on a site called The Daily Galaxy, of which I know nothing. At one point, Tyson actually stated, “If we had a creator, I’d have to say that the creator is pretty stupid.” Unlike Neil deGrasse Tyson Himself, of course. I mean, he’s brilliant. Mass protests have exploded outside migrant hotels across the country this weekend as furious families gathered in major cities including Birmingham and London. Representative Al Green, who has served Texas’s 9th Congressional District since 2005, will finally leave office. The Texas Legislature, led by Republicans, passed a legal redrawing of congressional maps that effectively eliminates District 9. Green, best known not for legislation but for shouting down President Trump during his address to Congress in March 2025, will be removed from office after nearly two decades of loud, ineffective, and divisive politics. Unsurprisingly, Rep. Al Green called the redistricting racist. But the only racial injustice here is the Democrat Party’s decades-long abuse of district lines to cling to power.

That ruling applied to more than a dozen cities and counties that had sued the Trump

President Trump went on a late-night attack against NBC and ABC News on Sunday, deriding them for what, in his view, was "biased" coverage and said he would be in favor of the Federal Communications Commission (FCC) revoking their licenses. The Republican president said the news outlets had given him negative coverage on "97%" of stories. It wasn’t clear from where Trump was citing the "97%" figure. A study released earlier this year by the conservative media watchdog group, Media Research Center (MRC), found that coverage of the president’s first 100 days in office was "92% negative."

That’s despite the fact that inflation has averaged just 2.6% this year – which is significantly lower than any year under the Biden administration – and came in lower than expected in July. And while the economy grew a healthy 3% in the second quarter –

Videos of the nation’s capital being swept clean of homeless encampments in just one week may have Californians adding Washington, DC, to the unofficial list of top-10 U-Haul destinations. In Los Angeles, the problem of tent encampments has persisted for almost 20 years. They began to pop up after city officials settled an American Civil Liberties Union lawsuit in 2007 by agreeing to stop enforcing a ban on sitting, lying or sleeping on the sidewalk. More lawsuits, settlements and court rulings led to the entire city and much of the state becoming the site of homeless encampments on sidewalks, streets, freeway embankments, overpasses, underpasses, median strips, parks, parking lots, public plazas, beaches,
