Never saw those movies, except Once Upon a Time in Hollywood, not a fan of Tarentino.

Made the mistake of watching Pulp Fiction. It gave me nightmares. I am much more careful what I put in my head today. No Tarantino.

I saw Kill Bill (both of them) and Once Upon a Time in Hollywood and I thought Michael Madsen was excellent in both of them. My condolences to his family. I'll say a prayer for him.

Brother of Virginia Madsen. I just read on imdb.com the list of movies/TV serries he was in. The list is endless. He was one very busy guy.

Kind of shocking. Nowadays, 67 is too young. Madsen was in a number of movies that I liked. I always thought he would look right playing Elvis. He was, as another said, the brother of Virginia Madsen. Rest in peace.

Loved him in Thelma and Louise. As an actor, he had a naturally scary way about him, which served him well for so many of his roles. 67 is too young to die. RIP, sir. Thank you for your contributions to the human race.

Last September, in the waning months of the election, the NY Times published a story titled "How the False Story of a Gang ‘Takeover’ in Colorado Reached Trump." Mike Coffman, the conservative Republican mayor of Aurora, Colo., said he was at home on Tuesday night watching the presidential debate and bracing for the worst... “They’re taking over buildings,” Mr. Trump said. “They’re going in violently.” Mr. Coffman was contrite on Thursday as he told that story. After all, he had helped create the tall tale now sullying his city’s reputation.

The attempted assassination of President Donald Trump in Butler, Pa., one year ago this month was fake, according to Washington Post readers. Worse, the paper is trying to protect its crazed readers by hiding their comments. Comments to a Post story, excerpting a juicy new book about how Democrats knew all along that Joe Biden was a terrible candidate and couldn't win the 2024 election, revealed just how untethered to reality this bunch really is. It's as if they'd read the Washington Post and come away believing President Donald Trump was Hitler and couldn't be believed or something. These TDS-afflicted readers will be startled

The FBI shut down an investigation into an alleged Chinese Communist Party plot to interfere with the 2020 election because the scheme would have contradicted then-FBI Director Christopher Wray’s congressional testimony, newly released documents show. Senator Chuck Grassley (R., Iowa) released internal FBI documents Tuesday showing how the FBI suppressed intelligence about a suspected CCP attempt to create fake drivers licenses and manufacture mail-in votes for Joe Biden in the 2020 presidential election. The Supreme Court announced Thursday it will hear two cases involving state laws preventing boys from competing in girls sports, a key issue in the nationwide battle over transgenderism. The justices are set to determine the Constitutionality of laws in Idaho and West Virginia restricting males who identify as transgender from playing in women and girls sports leagues. A date for oral arguments has not been set, but the Court’s next term will begin in October. The justices ruled 6-3 in June to uphold a Tennessee law banning irreversible transgender operations on minors. The court’s ruling was a major victory

The new CIA assessment released this week is nothing short of a bombshell—a long-overdue confirmation of what conservative media has been saying for years: The Obama administration, with the eager help of its top intelligence brass, orchestrated an unprecedented operation to cripple Donald Trump’s presidency before it even began. This isn’t some fevered speculation or partisan rumor. The CIA’s own review lays out, in damning detail, how former CIA Director John Brennan, former DNI James Clapper, and former FBI Director James Comey took “unusual” and direct control over the infamous Intelligence Community Assessment (ICA) that became the cornerstone of the Russia collusion hoax.

Hackers working on behalf of the Iranian government are likely to target industrial control systems used at water treatment plants and other critical infrastructure to retaliate against recent military strikes by Israel and the US, federal government agencies are warning. One cybersecurity company says many US-based targets aren't adequately protected against the threat. “Based on the current geopolitical environment, Iranian-affiliated cyber actors may target US devices and networks for near-term cyber operations,” an advisory jointly published by the The Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency, FBI, Department of Defense Cyber Crime Center, and the National Security Agency stated.

Frost said, “We’re hearing that there’s about 20 Republicans could be a little bit more –” Host Jen Psaki said, “Twenty.” Frost continued, “Twenty Republicans that as of now are no.” Psaki said, “They can only lose three.” Frost said, “They can only, they can lose 3 or 4 and it’s done, and Massie — he’s already one of them. Have you noticed that liberals are still clinging to the delusion that Republican voters are turning on Donald J. Trump? These claims have been floating around for weeks, and yet, the simple truth of the matter is that this is just a fantasy. The latest data blows that narrative to pieces—and even CNN was forced to admit it. CNN anchor Sara Sidner brought in chief data analyst Harry Enten to break down the numbers, and what he revealed left no room for doubt. “We’re going to look at the 'strongly approved' numbers. If you thought the spectacle of Biden behind a podium was a thing of the past, think again. This week, the former president emerged from his Delaware cocoon to deliver the keynote at the Society for Human Resource Management’s convention in San Diego. A couple of months ago, it was revealed that he was having trouble booking speaking gigs — probably because no one was going to fork over the $300,000 speaking fee reportedly attached to his name. The Society for Human Resource Management must have had a Groupon code. So what kind of wisdom did Ol’ Joe share? Biden was asked about what he’s doing these days. His answer?

Twenty-four House Democrats have called on the Trump administration to close down “Alligator Alcatraz,” a brand-new illegal alien detention facility built in the Florida Everglades. Led by Democratic Reps. Janelle Bynum (OR) and Maxwell Frost (FL), the House Democrats demanded that Department of Homeland Security Secretary Kristi Noem and Director of U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) Todd Lyons shut the facility down. In the letter, the lawmakers called the facility an “inhumane stunt.” “This remote swamp is notorious for oppressive heat, relentless humidity, severe storms, and perilous terrain infested with venomous snakes, disease-carrying insects, and large predatory wildlife, including alligators and crocodiles,” they wrote.

President Donald Trump’s push to help Americans over the age of 65 may be possible with a provision in the “big, beautiful bill,” which passed the Senate on Tuesday. Trump’s Council of Economic Advisers noted that the bill “delivers on President Trump’s promise of No Tax on Social Security,” providing the “largest tax break in American history for our nation’s seniors.” “The One Big Beautiful Bill provides a new bonus deduction of $6,000 for seniors age 65 and older ($12,000 for married seniors) beginning in 2025,” the overview explained, noting the provision, which does not wipe out taxes on Social Security, would be in addition to current standard deductions.

Rep. Brian Fitzpatrick (R-PA) is the party goober right now. He was part of a five-vote bloc that was against advancing the reconciliation package that cuts taxes, kicks illegals off Medicaid, and secures our border. He was willing to set fire to all of that, all of President Trump and the GOP’s top domestic action items over Ukraine war funding. I’m not kidding...He voted and then disappeared for the remainder of Wednesday night. In the end, the four other ‘no’ votes—Reps. Thomas Massie (R-KY), Victoria Spartz (R-IN), Keith Self (R-TX), and Andrew Clyde (R-GA)–all fell in line with the eight or so other holdouts.
