Homeland Security Secretary Alejandro Mayorkas said Sunday on ABC’s “This Week” that his agency was “limited” in its authority to shoot down drones.
Mayorkas said, “There are thousands of drones flown every day in the United States, recreational drones, commercial drones. That is the reality, and in September of 2023, the Federal Aviation Administration, the FAA, changed the rules so that drones could fly at night, and that may be one of the reasons why now people are seeing more drones than they did before, especially from dawn to dusk. So that is the reality, but I want to assure the American public that we are on it.

Keep in mind that communists throughout History never give up power willingly or peacefully. These drones may be an attempt by the communist death democrat federal government to create a crisis and prevent President Trump from lawfully being sworn in as President. Sounds crazy but desperate democrat communists have no respect for anything except power. Be prepared for the worst.

In 2022 Biden got caught buying drones from china, coincidently he let over 38,000 military age illegal Chinese men into our country. You do the math. https://www.hsgac.senate.gov/media/reps/government-officials-confirm-to-portman-that-biden-administration-is-purchasing-chinese-made-drones/

So if enemy bomber jets fly overhead, would we still be limited in our capacity to defend ourselves. Who's running the military? Are they American?

Send them on over to flyover country you sniveling, worthless doofus. We all store our "authority" in easy to reach cabinets. Long range, short range and point blank.

Mayorkas is lying. It's what he does.
This whole brouhaha about 'Drones' is an obvious distraction, and the Lamestreams are happily playing along. If the drone operators did not want them to be seen, all they have to do is turn off the lights on the drones. No-one can see them in the dark.
There is no need to shoot down any of the drones. More can be learned by following them back to their launch and landing site(s). The military can track artillery shells in flight. Surely they can easily track these drones. They could use an AWACS plane, or some of our advanced fighters, which all have excellent tracking radars.... and have the fighters take turns tracking if flight time (fuel) endurance is a problem for them.
What are the 'RATS doing while the Media is distracting everyone with the drone nonsense? That's what I want to know!

The feds are saying they don't have the authority to shoot down drones.
The governors are saying they don't have the authority to shoot down drones.
If a private citizen shoots down a drone, he would be arrested.
WTH?

If the US Govt has not created attack drones that can easily take down unknown drones they are woefully inept. We have loads of people in this country who could design the. And retrofit existing drones in a week.
This tells me the govt wants those drones in the sky either because they are govt drones or they choose to allow someone else's drones to stay in the sky.

BS. They can take a couple down near sensitive areas legally and see what they are or who made them. That will tell them if they are ours, theirs or from the Orion Galaxy (doubtful).
