They thought if they kept up the relentless slander and lawfare, President Trump would tire and surrender like all the other 'Not Democrat' politicians have in the past. But it looks like the corrupt MSM are the one's that have tuckered out and, hopefully ready to surrender.

They are outmatched and they lay in ruin because Trump refused to fall to their attacks, just as he rose from an assassin's bullet. The intent of the media and the assassin were the same, to "kill" Trump. The only difference was metaphorically vs. physically. Ask yourself how much these people would have celebrated in private if the assassin had succeeded. And while governmental action against the Press is proscribed by the Constitution, there is nothing to prevent a strong President from using the media's own weapons, WORDS, to convict them of their bad actions. They are being held accountable and they are unaccustomed to that. Their behavior, thinking they were shielded, has been reprehensible. They publicly declared that Trump was such a threat that they were justified in doing just about anything to stop him. Then they did it. They lied, they hid information, they screamed at him in emotional rants, they served as the propaganda arm of the dem party and launched assaults on their behalf. Trump was evil, Hitler! Why he probably even tore the labels off of mattresses! You know, the ones that say it is a crime to remove them. They supported and justified crooked lawfare attacks and absurd accusations. His supporters are garbage. So now they are gearing up to "defend" themselves, declaring that "that our most important audiences are the courts and the public". But they have already LOST that battle. ABC News has certainly noticed that. The public confidence in legacy media is digging for ZERO. Subscribers and watchers of legacy media are running away. Salaries are being reigned in and "reporters" are being dismissed or quitting. Trump KNOWS the law. He never went after the media legally as President the last time. WHY would he now when his strategy of labeling them as "Fake News" and "Enemies of the American People", which are perfectly accurate, have been completely successful? No one has any sympathy for the media, including the Left, who think the media should have gone even crazier for the dems than they did. The media's elitism, arrogance, and paranoid hysteria is destroying them and they seem incapable of breaking their bad behavior. Replacement alternative media is in place and growing. When legacy media implodes, it will be a great relief.

Who says they are journalists? Journalists are impartial. These guys are not. If they had been impartial, they would have nothing to worry about. Journalists report. These guys influence. Know who influences people? Propagandists.

The fourth estate has been increasingly the fifth column since Operation Mockingbird. This group is nothing more than the mouth organ for the Democrat party and the deep state. "Mouth organ", in every possible way. They only have themselves to blame for the state they're in today. Honesty was the only policy and they repudiated that. May they roast in their own juice.

Ditto, poster #3. I hope these "journalists", who are better described as propagandists of the worst kind, are sweating bullets. I hope they are having anxiety attacks, losing sleep at night, seeing a psychiatrist (heaven knows they need to). I hope they're afraid President Trump is all those things they said he was, which we all know were lies. They were complicit in unmeasurable damage to this country, it's citizenry, and people around the world. AND after all that, I hope their companies go out of business, or they are fired. That's about as close as I can get to my complete disdain for these clowns. Btw poster #9, there are people still listening to the enemedia. I get to deal with that on an almost daily basis.

They have discovered that when they lie about Trump, they will get sued, and Trump will WIN, and it will cost a LOT of time and a LOT of money. Now they are worried about lying....and they are allergic to telling the truth. They need to learn to write the facts, and they can relax.

#4 Not only "injecting bleach". "Very fine people" and "bloodbath" that Joe Biden constantly repeated. Plus Trump is going to ban all abortions, cut social security, enact project 2025, and so many other lies I heard over and over. A news organization shouldn't have to be fearful if they tell truth, report accurately, and don't spread dis/misinformation. That's not to say that they shouldn't be able to report honest criticism.

I will never forget the George Bush Jr. years when the press said vile things about him all the time and he never never responded. it was so frustrating. To me that was a signal to the left wing press- who will always go as far as they can if no one pushes back, that hey we can declare open season on Republican Presidents. You cannot give the corrupt left wing media a sliver of an inch or they will take miles and miles.

Trump's return turns so-called journalists into whimpering snowflake pajama boys. The press is supposed to be a watchdog on government, not a cheerleader, which is why we have the First Amendment.

From the media calling Trump Hitler and claiming he will destroy democracy, maybe we truly need another rise of the Jacobins and their guillotine for our so-called "journalists". That seems to be what they are claiming DJT will do.
