How Could He Possibly Lose?

Original Article

You may wonder if it is at all possible that Donald Trump could lose the election after all the polls and positive reactions from his rallies and podcast appearances. The contrast between his huge rallies and the pitifully attended Harris events that did not have celebrities in posh settings is considerable, but it was the same in 2020. Joe Biden held his appearances from his basement and rarely appeared in person yet he won, didn’t he? But in 2024, Trump has the richest and smartest man in the whole world in his camp and set to join him in the new administration to fix this broken, corrupt government.

Great column, Alicia. I’ve read your columns since the 90s in the NY Sun. My brother-in-law is from Puerto Rico and he keeps bringing up garbage island. (Even though he admits his family’s home is in a district where garbage collection is lacking. I wonder if we’ll still be friends after tomorrow. Another Puerto Rican friend, from the same barrio as Ms Colon will never see the light either, and well just quietly lose our ties, even after forty five years. He moved to Florida several years ago, and I’m not sure what he dislikes more, living in a red state, or hurricanes. I grew up outside NYC and have no desire to visit old haunts. I am happy to see Alicia mention prayer. Yes, we need to do that, and vote, because our future depends on it.

Well in Atlanta the Communist Machine is following the same playbook as 4 years ago. Shutting out the GOP Watchers, accepting ballots after the deadline, etc. This illegal behavior won't stop until they are all thrown in jail...

I wish people did not feel the need to say that Joe Biden won in 2020 to avoid legal issues. Democrats cheated, he didn't get anywhere near 81 million votes and the last four years did not have to happen. Nobody should be nervous that it could happen again this week. The voting process should have been secured in every state and the cheaters jailed.

Once again, she nails it. I remember a similar column before the 2016 election and the praise to God afterwards. There is an undeniable spiritual element to what we are seeing. And, God sees it too. He hates a proud look, a lying tongue, hands that shed innocent blood, people who hurt others without remorse, a heart that devises wicked thoughts and plans, people who lie under oath and anyone who stirs up discord in a community. (Proverbs 6:16-19) Psalm 35 and some verses in Proverbs 16 pretty well sum up our situation - that of the candidates and those deemed to be "garbage." The founders of our nation made a covenant with God and He has honored it in the past. Our much trampled upon Constitution protects the rights we need to carry out our part of that covenant. Perhaps that is why satan hates it so much. As a nation and community of Believers, we are a people who look after the poor (Psalm 41:1-2) and stand with Israel. God blesses that. (Genesis 12:1-3). By virture of His promises, His Christ, and our faith in Him, we can ask for His help. This will likely be contested and not quickly resolved. We need Him to expose every secret, reveal every lie, bring truth to the forefront, protect the truth speakers-their resources and families. He also commands the most incredible boomerang. (Obadiah 1:15) So, those of you who believe in the power of prayer, ask the Lord to reveal your place on the intercessory wall, get on it and stay on it. :-)

A US Postal Service worker allegedly tossed about 300 mailers in support of New Jersey Republican Rep. Tom Kean, Jr., into a dumpster outside a Pennsylvania supermarket two weeks ago — and the caught-on-camera incident may have cost her the job. A security company worker watched as the unidentified woman — who was clad in a USPS uniform — pulled her Toyota Prius up next to a Shop-Rite dumpster in Brodheadsville, Pennsylvania, took several bins out of her trunk and chucked them in, according to the New Jersey Globe.

Video game billionaire and “lifelong” Democrat Mark Pincus declared on Sunday he’s pulling the lever for Donald Trump after seeing “too much” over the past year. Pincus, who founded video game behemoth Zynga, threw his support behind the GOP nominee over Vice President Kamala Harris even though he previously donated a cool $1 million to President Biden’s then-reelection campaign. “I am voting for Trump,” he wrote on social media. “I have been a lifelong Dem, supporting the past 4 presidential campaigns at $1m each … This past year I have seen too much.”

These days, criminals have no fear. Lenient plea deals and a widespread hesitation to pursue justice create a sense of immunity for even our worst offenders. And there should be no mystery as to how we got here. For nearly a decade, there’s been a coordinated and systematic attempt to reshape the American justice system — to create a world where a small subgroup of criminals have more rights and protections than the rest of us. Nearly ten years ago, billionaire financier George Soros first channeled millions into local district attorney campaigns across the country.

It’s time for change,” said Mercedes Alcantara, co-leader of Mamas and Latinas con Moreno. “We love him because he’s Latino! We love him because he’s one of us. Pittsburgh’s Jewish community is putting the Harris-Walz campaign on notice as they hurdle toward Election Day: stand with Israel and denounce anti-Israel activists or you’ll face Democratic defections at the ballot box. The backlash has been brewing since the Harris campaign hosted speakers at Steel City rallies who had blamed Israel for the October 7 attacks that killed 1,200 people in southern Israel, despite explicit pleas from the Jewish community. The campaign ignored those pleas, a person familiar with the conversation told The Post, and went on to give speaking roles to Pittsburgh Mayor Ed Gainey and Allegheny County Executive Sara Innamorato, opening for Barack Obama and Tim Walz, respectively.

I think he’ll take office in January, but the two months between will be chock full of Democrat tricks trying to delegitimize his victory and coordinated riots seeking to push America into chaos before he’s inaugurated, along with the swamp seeking to do everything it can to insulate itself from the potential consequences of a Trump presidency. January 20, 2025, will not be a checkered flag moment.
