General Milley’s Attack on the Constitution

Former Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff, General Mark Milley, recently called Donald Trump a “fascist to the core” and “a wannabe dictator.” That such a senior military leader would feel comfortable saying this about his former boss is remarkable given that similar statements by officers have, in the past, resulted in severe punishment. The U.S. Constitution makes the president—the only democratically elected leader in the chain of command—commander in chief. Military leaders serving under the president owe him both deference and respect, regardless of whether their policy preferences differ.

Trump should order an investigation into the alleged treason by Millie concerning his willingness to spy for the ChiComs. Yes, giving vital information, regardless of his 'noble' intent, is spying. Just the investigation alone will capture some of these future wannabe politician senior ranked Generals and Admirals attention. Also, Trump should fire all Senior ranked Generals and Admirals that served in the Obambi and Diaper Joe administration. To paraphrase Obi-Wan Kenobi, I sense the treason is strong in these ones.

Since he is retired he is no longer forbidden to openly criticize a sitting President. Not sure if that applies to an ex-President. But as a General I believe he is permanently subject to being recalled to active duty at which point he'd be required to keep his opinions to himself or risk court marshal. We should hope.

Milley is a traitor. It's just that simple. Treason, refusing orders from CIC and talking withour primary enemy China.

Just like with Ford pardoning Nixon to get the nation past Watergate, Trump has made noises like he is considering letting Hunter Biden go, probably for the same reason. There will be no justice at that level. There never is. The ruling class is above the law.

You can't do that Milley. You are a disgrace to the uniform. Your pension should be revoked and you should be tried for treason. How could you think it's ok to be a backdoor contact with the chinese. If you think that there is something wrong with the President there are people in the chain of command above you that you can contact with your problems. You took an oath and you then broke it.

It wasn't just Milley's comments about his assurances of advance notice to the chicoms that still demand action. Even more outrageously, if I recall correctly, he notified other flag officers in the final days of the Trump presidency, that they should respond only to his commands rather than the President's. That was outrageous and should require a full investigation once Trump gets reinstated. Treasonous insubordination to the Commander in Chief must be punished, even in retirement, to make certain in never happens again.

Lawyer Davis might be correct about Article 88. I'm not a lawyer and know nothing much about the UCMJ beyond briefings I got when I was in the Army Reserve. Why not test what real judges think about the limits of what these general officers can do? Recall them to active duty and prefer charges.

Mark "Monstrosity" Milley. One of the main actors in the deadly and chaotic withdrawal from Afghanistan. A pure Knotsee receving a pension.

Weak men hate Trump, because Trump dominates them, and exposes their weakness to everyone, Millie being a prime example.

Reply 7: No cigarette. None of the Nazis executed at the end of WWII were given the courtesy of a cigarette. Miley doesn’t deserve any courtesy.

Re previous post:
I don’t believe it’s necessary for other L-dotters to correct their minor spelling mistakes. So, I won’t correct “Miley” I believe the majority of readers will understand it’s “Milley.”

Much appreciation for the heads up from #15 on Article 88. Gen. Milley should be court martialed for his words, have his pension taken away, and face charges that should put him in prison. Lord knows, he deserves it. Did he leak the Israeli intelligence? If so, up the charges to treason, which is punishable by death, by the way. Stop messing around with these quislings. Make a sad example out of Milley. "Article 88" his ass.
