The New York Times recently published a long story warning that the planet’s climate tipping points are frighteningly near. The “great systems in the natural world,” the reporters say, “might be pushing toward collapse” due to man’s use of fossil fuel. Maybe so. Or the changes we’re seeing in the climate might be entirely natural.
But that won’t sell papers to a readership that suffers from a chronic and intellectually stunting case of confirmation bias.
The Times wants us to worry about the mass death of coral reefs, the abrupt thawing of permafrost, the collapse of Greenland ice, the breakup of West Antarctic ice, a sudden shift in the West African monsoon,

What changes are we seeing? None! Remember they told us global warming would kill the coral reefs? Didn't happen. Remember they told us the glaciers would all melt? Didn't happen. The list is endless. Reject the premise. The world's weather is perfectly normal and totally unpredictable. Oh yeah, the meteorologists will print their physics charts and drone on about "energy balance", but no matter the advance of tech, they still can't reliably predict the weather more than three hours out. Everyone knows this "issue" is nothing more than lying for political gain.

If a climate change suit against oil producers goes to court we are doomed. Juries have already awarded billions of dollars to "victims" of Roundup, even though there is no physical evidence that links Roundup to any diseases, try as they might. Juries award money based on the concept of a money tree.

Never fear, the EPA will mandate your personal vehicle achieve 100mpg or fail yearly inspection, and your toilets use no more than 1 pint per flush. We'll save the planet yet.

These people are willing to kill off humanity to save the planet for the humanity they feel are deserving to be left.
After they starve us to death with their electric tractors that cannot feed the world, and cars that are basically golf carts with luxurious interiors nothing will have changed.
They still will not be able to control nature.

I still remember a scientist predicted that poison ivy will get more poisonous due to global warming. How could that even be measured?

Trump's campaign and the RNC need to run ads showing how filthy and dangerous to workers and the environment oil drilling in Russia, Iran, Venezuela, etc is and how clean and safe we do it here in the USA. Ads showing those young children mining for cobalt, etc in Congo, the piles of dead birds and bats underneath the wind turbines - all so some liberal idiot can drive his/her/zi Tesla.

I’m so thankful that the Great Creator & Sustainer of the universe is in control, & that He has provided a Book of commands & instructions to prepare intelligent life on this earth for help through any eventuality & salvation from every inevitability. I’m thankful that The Holy Bible guarantees eternal peace & safety with Him in that better land, beyond our heavens, that awaits all those in this temporary realm who have followed its guidance & obeyed its instructions.
Those who haven’t observed & obeyed, & who spend a lot of time fretting over things that are ultimately beyond their control, have far & away more to be concerned about than they know. Sadly, for them, it is something that they could actually do something about, if they would only give attention to it. [“For Your mercy is great above the heavens, And Your truth reaches to the clouds.” Psalm 108:4 ]
Psalm 102:
25 Of old You laid the foundation of the earth,
And the heavens are the work of Your hands.
26 They will perish, but You will endure;
Yes, they will all grow old like a garment;
Like a cloak You will change them,
And they will be changed.
Hebrews 1:
10 And: “You, Lord, in the beginning laid the foundation of the earth,And the heavens are the work of Your hands.
11 They will perish, but You remain;And they will all grow old like a garment;
12 Like a cloak You will fold them up,And they will be changed.
But You are the same,And Your years will not fail.”
Earth is wearing out, but the Lord’s salvation is forever. Man can’t keep the earth from wearing out. But, we can live forever in a better land when we leave here. That’s a promise, a certainty, and our choice.

How many journalists in our liberal media have dual careers as scientists? I thought so. I would even settle for common sense or an elementary level of knowledge of the functions of the Universe and the movement of the Earth around the Sun. The clowns listen to the propaganda specials on Nova/NPR that are created by David Attenborough or other fake nature experts and turn the constant rantings of Climate Change "experts" into printed words.

Have have been hearing, “In ten years the world temperature will rise to the point that all life can no longer survive. And, sea levels will rise 10 to 15 feet in that time.” I have been hearing these claims for over 40 years now. And, guess what! The inconvenient true is that none of them have come true. The truth is that a great deal has been squandered on stuff that is not a solution. The carbon footprint created by all those private planes flying elite “experts” to and from global warming conferences on adds to the problem. Have they never heard of Voom conferences?
