Dominic wrote on the long list of failures by the U.S. Secret Service over recent decades, but when it comes to the assassination attempt on Donald Trump, one question in particular rises above them all: How did they allow a shooter to get on a roof that was in striking distance of Trump?
There are other questions that have been raised. Why did the counter-sniper team appear to wait until the shooter fired at Trump before taking him out? Why didn’t police and Secret Service react more quickly to numerous people who were shouting at them for minutes that a gunman was crawling on a nearby roof? Why

I will bet that Mayorkas kept the Trump SS detail so massively short on personnel that it was impossible to cover more territory. And I'll bet that Mayorkas and the SS director, a DEI hire, limited rules of engagement for the countersnipers, too.
Incompetent DEI director of SS and corrupt, hateful political actor in DHS trying to get Trump assassinated.

I am amused that the National Review is trying to be relevant again after years of never Trump nonsense wiped out their followers. You are the nerdy kids at school...don't try to be on my side.

If it is established that the counter sniper squad had to get permission from supervisors and managers before they could open fire on an unknown person carrying a rifle on that roof, the “top dogs” consisting of both bureaucratic and political appointees who required that, should be relieved of their commands and fired.

These are not real SS agents they are DEI agents.
Trump will need to clean out the HQs of all these departments.

Secret Service reports to Homeland Security Secretary Alejandro "Monster" Mayorkas. The cover-up, with the assistance of the many MSM pukes, should begin shortly.

The deliberate wait and then the almost instantaneous lethal response are a smoking gun. Congress should drag their treasonous a**** in, put them under oath and grill them.

I saw a clip of the female SS agents with Trump. They were confused and unsure of what to do. Totally useless. The ubiquitous uberfemmes kicking big, strong, male butts in the movies is pure liberal fantasy.

At one time the Secret Service was part of the Department of the Treasury. Did that change and if so, when?

It has been suggested that there was a lack of communication between the SS inside the perimeter and the local police outside. The SS sniper may have believed that the assassin was a police sharpshooter.

The sniper repeatedly tried to get the go ahead to shoot the target and it never came.
The DEI woman next to Trump was too short to properly do the job, and further exposed Trump to the crowd when she bent down to pick up her stinkin' sunglasses!!!!
Let's take another vote on that impeachment of Mayorkas now.

I think certain members of our government were in on trying to eliminate Trump. I think Devine Intervention saved Trump. What comes next can't be predicted.

Take a good look at the graphic layout showing the shooter's location in relation to the stage and SS sniper locations. You can NOT look at that graphic and not come to the conclusion that this was either a total security failure or a conspiracy to allow the assassination of President Trump.
The #1 security rule for open air venues is to control or at least constantly surveil the high ground. That shooter was in clear, exposed sight on top of high ground in easy shooting range of the stage.
People need to be fired and/or jailed. And Trump needs his own, serious security detail, preferably with former military. The SS can no longer be trusted to do the job. And the FBI actually needs to be treated as potential conspirators.

As of this moment (2:07PM, PDT, 7/14/2024) the damn Secret Service is refusing to answer any questions on this assassination attempt.
Damn them to hell!!
OK Staff, go ahead and delete my comment because it reads like a saloon.

O.K. Here are two other questions. Just how did the assassin KNOW that that particular roof would be unguarded? How did the assassin KNOW that no one would stop him?

How did an assassin walk all the way to that building, wearing camo, climb to the roof with a rifle and not a living soul saw a thing? I'm sure the FBI and SS will come up with an interesting explanation aka LIE.

you cannot see THROUGH a steel roof, the shooter was on the backside of it until he reached the ridge, stuck his head, then gun over the top.
Local Law Enforcement was supposed to be patrolling/controlling the perimeter areas
It is interesting when you listen to the shots, bad guys are loud, return fire is near noiseless, fired through silencers.,
Local cop was told, and showed where a "Man with a gun" was, had been, was currently...climbed up and saw him but "Didn't have a gun", when the punk aimed at him, cop dropped off the roof. SS Sniper team also had a camera mounted on one of the tripods...there is Film footage.
If it had been a BIDEN event, there would have been a glass wall around him, drones over head, and likely tasked satellites watching from space, twice as many agents, and 1/50th as many people there.

Out of so many attempts, they only need ONE to accomplish their mission. Conclusion: SP failed, FBI failed, his parents failed, and his sponsors failed. .....divine intervention. What else?
