On Tuesday’s broadcast of CNN’s “Laura Coates Live,” Homeland Security Secretary Alejandro Mayorkas responded to criticisms that the Biden administration should face blame for the killing of Rachel Morin by stating that “a criminal is responsible for the criminal act. The criminal who committed this heinous act should be held accountable to the fullest extent of the law, and forcefully so. That is my response.”
Guest host Jim Acosta asked, “I do want to ask you about the murder of this Maryland mother that has been in the news. It’s gotten a lot of attention.

OK Mr. Smartypantz. From where did that "criminal" come? Was he a criminal before he got here?
Actually, YOU let him in and YOU aided and abetted his crimes in this country. YOU belong in prison with him for malfeasance and treason.

Mayorkas is right. A criminal is responsible for the murder, actually more than two criminals. Sure the murdered did it, but Mayorkas and the Biden administration are accomplices to murder by ignoring laws and allowing illegals to flood the country. Mayorkas is just as responsible as the killer.

The criminal is responsible, but that does not excuse his accomplices that made the crime possible.

Okay Alejandro - using the same logic that means the person who kills someone with a gun is the problem not the gun. Alejandro like Joy Reid and many others are all children of LEGAL immigrants. No more legal immigration and certainly illegal.

Calling every illegal alien, future democrat voter a "migrant," does not make them any less criminal. It just puts American citizens at risk of being preyed upon by criminals at Biden's express invitation.

Trump needs an entire cabinet full of people like Mayorkas dedicated to fulfilling the agenda of the boss.
Will we get even one?

Both Biden and Mayorkas are criminals since they let this criminal into the country and did not take care of National Security

Mayorkas said: “a criminal is responsible for the criminal act". Gun grabbers wouldn't agree with you. it's guns that are responsible for crimes.

But when a criminal kill’s someone with a firearm, it’s the gun, the NRA, and gun owners that are at fault.

Mayorkas is trying to twist the 2A defenders' reasoning to fit the open-borders debacle (and failing badly). We must blame the shooter for gun-violence body counts, because the gun doesn't have any choice. But for Rachel's killing we absolutely also blame the person who decided we shouldn't try to keep criminals from freely crossing into our country, because both (the shooter and the policy-maker) made choices having a causal role in her killing.

We have laws on the books which, if followed, would have prevented that "criminal" from entering the United States. Mayorkas refuses to enforce those laws and is responsible for the bloody results.

Let me see if I understand this. The Director of Homeland Security is telling us that he is not responsible for crimes that a criminal he let into the country commits?
WTH?
