A Democrat political strategist is confirming what many believe is the biggest problem with Joe Biden's re-election campaign: Joe Biden.
The president - a week ahead of the surprise first debate against Donald Trump - continues to struggle in the polls, often trailing nationally and in key swing states.
What's worse for Biden is that the Democrat Senators defending their seats this November are running ahead of Biden and even handily leading their Republican opponent. However, in the same polls, the consistently gaffe-prone Biden is either barely leading or outright trailing his long-time rival.

Missouri Attorney General Andrew Bailey has announced his intention to launch a legal battle against the State of New York, accusing it of an unconstitutional attack on the democratic process through its legal actions against President Donald Trump.
In a bold declaration on X, Bailey wrote, “I will be filing suit against the State of New York for their direct attack on our democratic process through unconstitutional lawfare against President Trump. It’s time to restore the rule of law.”
“We have to fight back against a rogue prosecutor who is trying to take a presidential candidate off the campaign trail. It sabotages Missourians’ right to a free and fair election,” he added.

Support for Biden among women is now starting to slip. He has the lowest support among women of any Democrat since 2004.
Women are one of the last reliable parts of the Democrat coalition that has stood by Biden despite his disastrous presidency. Black voters are abandoning him, as well as Latino voters and young voters. If he loses women, he is toast.
And even worse, this is coming from the liberal New York Times.

Joe Biden and the Democratic National Committee raised $85 million toward the president’s 2024 re-election effort last month, according to a report — a figure well short of former President Donald Trump’s massive May fundraising haul.
The 81-year-old incumbent’s May totals mark the second-best month of fundraising for his campaign and allied groups, the Biden campaign told CNBC on Thursday, noting that the president didn’t hold any major fundraisers or events last month.
The Biden re-election effort now has $212 million in cash on hand, up from the $192 million it had at the end of April, according to the outlet, which received the campaign’s latest fundraising figures.

The nation is shocked by yet another horrendous murder of a girl at the hands of a pair of illegal aliens who should have never been here in the first place. The grisly murder of Jocelyn Nungaray at the hands of two illegals from Venezuela should have garnered coverage on the main network newscasts. But neither ABC, CBS, nor NBC could be bothered to cover the story.
Only Telemundo did a full report on the grisly murder. Here’s how anchor Julio Vaqueiro introduced the item filed by weekend anchor Johanna Suárez:

House Minority Leader Hakeem Jeffries is on Twitter/X claiming that House Democrats are fighting to make life more affordable for Americans.
Does anyone believe this? When was the last time you heard Democrats in Congress talking about inflation, gas and food prices, or the cost of housing, unless they were defending Biden by lying about all of it?
They seem far more interested in promoting climate change and LGBT issues than anything having to do with making life more affordable.
Look at his tweet: (X) No one is buying it.

On Thursday evening Joe Biden arrived at Camp David, the presidential retreat in Catoctin Mountain Park in Maryland where he will be hiding and doped up until next week’s presidential debate.
81-year-old Biden wore sneakers as he lumbered down the Air Force One steps and shuffled across the tarmac at Hagerstown Regional Airport in Maryland.
Biden’s stiffened gait alarmed the public. He staggered and swayed as he made his way to Marine One en route to Camp David.
The only way Biden will be able to function at next week’s debate is if he is doped up on a cocktail of meds.

Senior judges in Florida approached Trump-appointed Judge Aileen Cannon last year to ask her to step back from his Mar-a-Lago classified documents case – but she steadfastly refused, according to a shocking new report.
Cannon has been the source of fury and puzzlement among Trump critics after she issued rulings in the case that got overturned and failed to get it on track for trial before the November elections.
Trump was indicted in June 2023 and charged with illegally retaining national security documents at his Florida club. Not long after the fact, two senior federal judges asked Cannon, who had been assigned the case, to step back, the New York Times reported Thursday,

President Joe Biden’s parole pipeline has brought more than a million foreign nationals to the United States since its inception in January 2023. Through this pipeline, alone, the administration is importing about one migrant for every three American births.
On Thursday, the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) released figures for May, showing Biden’s parole pipeline is continuing to release tens of thousands of foreign nationals into the U.S. interior via the southern border and commercial flights every month.

The two men charged with the murder of a 12-year-old Texas girl are migrants from Venezuela who were released under the 'alternatives to detention' program.
Franklin Jose Pena Ramos, 26, was fitted with a GPS ankle monitor by border patrol after he crossed at El Paso in Texas on May 28, but he had cut it off by the time they were arrested for killing Jocelyn Nungaray.
Johan Jose Rangel Martinez, 21, was also released after being intercepted by border agents on March 14, little more than three months before Jocelyn's body was found floating in a creek near her Houston home on Monday.

Former President Donald Trump is leading President Joe Biden by double digits among independents in New York State, the latest Siena College survey found.
The overall survey showed Biden with a net negative approval rating in the blue state. Just 42 percent favor Biden, while most, 53 percent, view him unfavorably — a net negative favorable rating of -11 percent. In May, 45 percent viewed him favorably, compared to 50 percent who had an unfavorable view, giving him a net negative of -5. In other words, his net unfavorable rating increased by six percentage points in the last month.

Senator John Kennedy (R-La.) has become known for his simple yet incisive takedowns of Biden nominees and Democrat expert witnesses. His pointed questioning often reveals glaring shortcomings, leading to some of Biden's picks withdrawing from consideration due to their evident lack of qualifications. You just gotta love him. More recently, he's also been an outspoken critic of Joe Biden's assault on women's sports.Earlier this year, Joe Biden, in a blatant move to pander to the radical gender activists of his party, leveraged his executive power to unilaterally rewrite Title IX, the 1972 civil rights law that prohibits sex-based discrimination i
