Pollster Nate Silver warned Monday that President Biden’s approval ratings are so low that it may be time for him to reconsider seeking re-election in November.
“Biden just hit a new all-time low in approval (37.4%),” the data analyst and founder of FiveThirtyEight wrote on X, referencing his organization’s latest average of the president’s job approval numbers.
“Dropping out would be a big risk,” Silver argued. “But there’s some threshold below which continuing to run is a bigger risk.”
“Are we there yet? I don’t know,” the polling guru acknowledged. “But it’s more than fair to ask.”

Nah!
Biden needs to stay in the race. He has a superb record of success.
And Kammie is there as his VP. She certainly took care of everything at the borders.
Anyway, Jill says that he must stay in the race because she loves the perks as FLOTUS.

Am shocked that Ole Yeller's approval rate is 37.4%. That means that more than one third of America are blithering idiots. Am worried if the dims change donkeys in the middle of the stream the new one might have a pulse.

I predicted we could see the first 'brokered convention' since 1952, which occurred (where else?) in Chicago. In 1952, Sen. Estes Kefauver of Tennessee showed up at the Democrat convention with 257 delegates, by far the most, but not half of what was needed to win the nomination. Truman hated him, since he had blown Truman out of the race by beating him in early primaries. But Truman and the party bosses preferred Adlai Stevenson. Stevenson, then governor of Illinois, gave a rousing speech at the convention. After the first ballot, Stevenson trailed Kefauver, 340-273. Neither candidate was close to a majority, so the nomination fight went to a second ballot — the last time that happened at a major party convention. This time, the vote was 362 and a half for Kefauver, and 324 for Stevenson. Finally, on the third ballot, several minor candidates dropped out and threw their support to Stevenson, giving him a majority. There are no 'minor candidates' to drop out in this year's dem race, so I predict that promises will be made to certain party bosses and arms will be twisted to vote to nominate whoever those who are REALLY in charge decide will replace Biden on the ticket. He may not even know it is happening until after it happens. The fact the the major news outlets are finally discovering that maybe Joe is losing it is a big tell.

#1 has it right . "Doctor" Jill is lovin' it and probably behind propping him up (literally) for another run. There have to be a few in the WH inner circle who would like to see him resign for health reasons which would at least be an honest reason for once. The rest, like Jill, want four more years. Let's hope we can get a turnout that will be enough to overcome the massive vote fraud planned by the Dem fraudsters.

But, but, Biden says he's the only one who could beat Trump.

I don't see how he drops out at this point. No one wants Kamala, Gavin, or Hillary. The plan is to keep Weekend at Biden's going for another four years, or until Joe faceplants for the last time.

#6 my longstanding theory is that Jill is well aware of the ill-gotten nature of the loot from China, Ukraine and elsewhere. She knows that today's nest egg is tomorrow's seized or frozen asset. She also knows she will outlive Fossil Joe by 10-15 years and doesn't want to give up any of her residences with their tacky seashell soaps. She wants around $30 Million in tax-free cash from 'loyal Democrats' that isn't tied to the Joe/Jim/Hunter Biden briefcase collection tour.

Unless Biden drops out, I can't see him being replaced. The only time that a "brokered" convention happens is if no candidate has won a majority of nominees. Biden HAS a majority of nominees. It's a done deal.
This outcome was minted in 2020 when the dem party bosses threw their support behind Biden to lock out Sanders. They selected a turkey and it has been downhill for America ever since. Even then, they only won by corrupting the voting process.
The Leftist dems got a lot of the things they wanted under Biden. The outcome of that has been seen to be universally bad by Americans. Meanwhile, never a bright bulb and only marginally competent in 2020, Biden has been on an obvious downward slide since then. The great thing is, in their despiration, dems and media have been spitting into the wind supporting Biden. They are going down with him. The dem convention will lock a boat anchor around all of their necks.
It's going to be amusing watching Biden's numbers falling off a cliff and the election night angst of the media as they all fall into the pit together. The interesting question will be, how can the dems rebuild their party. The dem Leftists are in charge and THEY will not be easily displaced. They have all the energy and are the most outspoken and obnoxious. Is their even such a thing as a "moderate democrat"? Are there enough of them to make a difference? Considering the dem leadership in Congress, would all of them need to be replaced? Could a functional party acceptable to America be built?
How long will the stench of Bidens presidency linger? Since someone will have to be sacrificed for their failure, the blame will certainly be hung around Biden's senile neck. History will record him as a failed, probably senile, president. If Trump's second term is reasonably successful (very likely), the contrast with Biden will be even worse.
Further, if Republicans also get a solid lock on Congress, what rocks are going to be overturned, like the investigation of the J6 committee and their corrupt actions, that expose the dems despiration to "get" Trump and the corruption that followed in their wake.
I hope Trump keeps a solid focus on rebuilding America and lets others dismantle the dems. Of course a dismantling of government agencies like the DOJ is long overdue.

If they choose to git rid of Biden all they have to do is change his meds to turn in to a comatose lump. It will happen right before the convention. Most likely it has already started. The bigger problem is who to replace him with? Big Mike or Gavin Newsom is my guess.

Trump’s message should be a comparison of his presidential actions and the successful results versus the horrible results of J Biden’s term. Bringing up the riots and ugly disruptions of civility in our cities, the inflation that squeezes the middle class, the movement towards world war, that would shake up most normies to the core.
Trump should stop defending himself in public. It just adds oxygen to the raging bonfire for the media morons to stoke. That’s their only play, and, at this point, does not convince dem zombies to vote for him.
I spoke to a friend who rattled off his reasons for hating Trump: his playboy image, his five failed businesses, his inexperience in government. He’s just repeating talking points from nine years ago. My point is, we need to take the focus off Trump the man, and show off Biden’s failure at everything he’s done, and Trump’s undeniable success.

To get the Veg re-elected, I think the Commiecrats will have to manufacture and have tallied twice the number of fraudulent votes of 2020. SO...what, 100 million? And if elected, Joe will serve out his term as an AI-generated image on TV screens. Think 'Big Brother'. The simpering husk will be seen nowhere.

What's funny is at least a dozen Dems are sitting on the sidelines chomping at the bit to get the nomination. But decrepit old Joe is sitting there oblivious to his plight.
