President Joe Biden’s third-highest-ranking Department of Justice official quit to join the Manhattan office investigating Donald Trump on November 18, 2022 – only three days after Trump announced his 2024 run and the same day Attorney General Merrick Garland appointed special counsel Jack Smith, and White House attorneys met for eight-hours with Nathan Wade.
The seismic timeline now revealed to begin with actions by White House officials on that single day – which revived and accelerated cases against Trump in Manhattan, Washington, Atlanta, and Florida – undermines the Biden White House’s denial of involvement in the lawfare against the former president.

The House of Representatives voted Wednesday to hold Attorney General Merrick Garland in contempt of Congress for refusing to comply with Congressional subpoenas.
The vote easily cleared, given House Republicans’ thin margins, in a 216 to 207 vote after a day of deliberation. The House Committees on Oversight and Accountability and Judiciary issued subpoenas to Garland on February 27, 2024, for records related to Special Counsel Robert Hur’s investigation of President Joe Biden’s willful mishandling of classified information.

Republican Texas Rep. Troy Nehls ripped former House Speaker and Fox News board member Paul Ryan on Tuesday over his comments made about former President Donald Trump.
Nehls released a statement to CNN’s Chief Congressional Correspondent Manu Raju on Tuesday in response to a comment from Ryan made earlier in the day during a Fox News interview. In a social post on X (formerly known as Twitter), posted by Raju, the Texas Republican lawmaker slammed Ryan and advocated that he should be kicked “out of the party” as a response to his comments.

Senator Cory Booker (D-NJ) said Tuesday on CBS’s “The Late Show” that he did not trust former President Donald Trump’s appointed federal judges.
Host Stephen Colbert said, “Let’s talk about the Supreme Court for a second. One of the things that people are speculation is that something is foundational to the modern American view of equality, Brown v.Board of Education could fall under the Supreme Court. Is that alarmist? Or would you not put this past them?” Booker said, “Take Donald Trump at his word and listen to people, what they say to you. I’ve been on the Judiciary Committee now for years and I was stunned

Eight foreign nationals with suspected ties to ISIS were reportedly arrested in recent days in multiple U.S. cities after they illegally entered the country through the southern border.
The New York Post, which broke the story, cited unnamed “ICE sources,” reporting, “part of the investigation featured a wiretap which revealed one of the now-arrested individuals was talking about bombs.”
Out of the eight suspects, at least two entered the U.S. last spring, and one of those men used the Border Patrol app (CBP One) to claim asylum, sources told NBC.
Critics and immigration hawks say that the app was created by President Joe Biden’s administration to expedite the mass importation of illegal aliens

The nation’s most self-impressed journalists, the ones who strangely self-identify as “mainstream,” could not bring themselves to treat the Hunter Biden trial as comparable in any way to Donald Trump’s trial in Manhattan. Treating Hunter as a significant “news” subject gives them the creeps, like they’ve been drafted into Rupert Murdoch’s army.
So it’s a little shocking the Hunter trial gained about half as much coverage as Trump’s -- at least through the first eight days of coverage. On the ABC, CBS, and NBC morning, evening, and Sunday-interview shows, Trump’s trial drew more than 174 minutes, while Hunter’s trial drew 85 minutes.

President Joe Biden will reportedly designate about all of next week at Camp David to prepare for his first presidential debate on June 27 with former President Donald Trump.
In February, Special Counsel Robert Hur described Biden as “an elderly man with a poor memory.” Trump believes this should require Biden to take a drug test before the debate begins.
The White House, in May, refused to confirm if Biden intends to use performance-enhancing drugs in preparation for the presidential debates.
“I don’t want him coming in like the State of the Union,” Trump said. “He was high as a kite. I said, ‘Is that Joe up there, that beautiful room?’

Beachgoers in Honolulu, Hawaii, are being advised they should never leave their valuable belongings unattended, not even when they swim in the ocean.
“For those enjoying the beach, don’t leave valuables unattended on the sand,” the HPD said on its social media channels. “Instead, use a waterproof bag that you can take into the water with you.” (X) In April, HPD reported during a Waikiki Neighborhood Board meeting that more than 160 thefts had taken place in the area in the prior month.
The reactions from locals were mixed.

Sen. Jacky Rosen, D-Nev., handily won Nevada's Democratic Senate primary on Tuesday, setting her up for a difficult general election match come November in the swing state.
The incumbent Democrat managed to easily defeat her opponents, Troy Walker and Mike Schaefer, in the election. North Korean defector and author Yeonmi Park told Breitbart News at Turning Point USA’s annual Young Women’s Leadership Summit in San Antonio, Texas, on Sunday that the hatred for the United States taught on college campuses is worse than the North Korean government’s.
“When I came to America, I later went to study at Columbia University in New York, and you know what’s happening at Columbia University,” Park said. “At some point, I couldn’t believe if this was a North Korean classroom or an American classroom.”
“The anti-freedom, anti-West, anti-American sentiment was so deep. Their hatred for the American constitution was even more than the North Korean government’s,” Park continued.
