Didn't a Trump guy just get hit with 4 mo the of jail for the exact same thing?
So we can expect Garland to go to jail, too, right?

Garland keeps telling members of congress that he is above politics and enforces the law.
Congress just referred two Bidens to the DOJ for prosecution for lying to Congress.
Ball is in your court, Merrick.

Defying a congressional subpoena is grounds for long jail sentences now. Even for the higher ups like you Maricus.

So Garland (and Hunter Biden) pulls a Bannon (except Bannon had Trump's Executive Privilege) and defies a government subpoena. Bannon goes to prison while Garland and Hunter Biden are never even charged.
When Trump wins, there better be some ass whoopin' from his AG/DOJ to clean up this mess and rebalance the scales of justice!

Navarro and Bannon have jail terms for exactly the same thing. I suggest that they raid Garland's home with drawn AR-15s at 2am, given his public defiance and likely storage of boxes of Top Secret documents next to his Prius.

They order Steve Bannon (R) to report to prison for contempt, while they themselves stand in contempt .
This is the Justice system in America today.

What recourse does the Congress have? Can they jail Garland if he doesn't comply? This is a worse crime than paying off a blackmailer.
