The Trumped Up Conviction and its Consequences

Some years ago, I was trying a denaturalization case of someone who aided the Nazis. As an aside, the judge mentioned that his dad had been distraught upon hearing of the Hitler-Stalin pact because he knew it meant there would be a world war. I felt much the same upon reading of the verdict in the New York case against President Trump. There have been a number of fine analyses of the case itself, and I have chosen one which I discuss below for its clarity, but I’m concentrating today on the aftermath of this ill-conceived political hit job.

There are 27 Republican Attorney Generals in the US. There was a report yesterday that they are coalescing to figure out joint action against all Democrat politicians in their jurisdictions who can be indicted and tried. I am sure they will use the Bragg/Marchan standard. While I have grim satisfaction in reading this as a Republican it scares the daylights out of me. This is not what Republicans do. But they have to. As Israeli Prime Minister Golda Meir said "The Arabs have turned an entire generation of Israelis into killers. I will never forgive them for that".Please do not attempt to correct or amend a Reply by reposting it.

As someone who escaped from a communist country, I can state with certainty that the conviction of President Trump is indeed exactly how communist countries are run. New York, in effect, is now a communist country. So is California, although their communists are a bit more shrewd and have not yet started arresting political opponents on trumped up charges. Once they have enough ideologues in enough positions of power, they collude and conspire to not just control but also to punish those who oppose them. It's war all the time with them, by any means necessary. If you think you can avoid them by playing nice with them, or ignoring them, or by simply living in some nice, quiet, rural place, you're a fool.

We are projecting weakness to our enemies. If Trump is prevented from retaking the WH, God only knows what will happen to us. If Putin landed Russian troops on Alaska, Biden would let him get away with it.

FTA - "John Lucas contends that this judge, jury, and prosecutors “have flung this country into a downward spiral from which we may never recover,” he argues, and I agree, the verdict is the most dangerous day in our history." The Peoples' Republic of New York has defined itself most clearly as to who it is and what it can and will do to political opponents. Notice how the jurors have quietly slipped out of sight. In every communist country I traveled to during my business travels, destroying political opponents and dissident civilians is exactly what they all do. It's a matter of time before similar persecution happens to people like us. It's all part of the plan, Mr. Lucas, to launch Amerika. Obie's new world order is here. Many of us here on L.Com have voiced repeated warnings in the past. The globalists have taken the gloves off while far too many Americans continue to pretend there is nothing to see here. As an illegal former president, Obie, the uniparty, msm, and the left will continue with America's takedown. Massive violence in Amerika may be forthwith comes convention time. Forgive me for saying this, but, IMO, an evil "event" is planned for the country just before the election that will give biden the cheater perfect cover to delay/cancel the election. The pubbies must go to war with these evil people. People like Turtle, Pierre Delecto, Lizzard, and Kinzie should also be taken to task severely for setting Trump up for this hell. Civil conflict is just a matter of time. But at least for now, conflict will be confined to the political arena. Sorry for the doom and gloom. But it doesn't take a genius to figure out where things are heading.

By personality and how I was raised, I am not a mudslinger or dirty fighter. But we have crossed our Rubicon. One reason why I think the Dems/Left was so eager and willing to throw out all the rules of law and fair play was because they have seen over the decades how weak and timid the Republican Establishment has been and continue to be with a very few exceptions. They knew and know that Rs in political office will not sling the mud as they do and will continue to do until like the proverbial bully in the schoolyard. He gets the crap beaten out of him and then he stops.

You have to feel sorry for the democrats who are shaking their heads at the verdict and hoping Bragg/merchant aren't stupid enough to jail President Trump....I'm betting the Supreme Court will step in because a small misdemeanor...like a traffic ticket has been used to convict our President...what's next ...he walked on the yellow line while crossing a New York street....

“This is not a game that can or will be played by one side only. The rules are now set. When Republicans have the chance, they will play the game.” I wish this was true. “Many, perhaps most, will think that a response is mandatory and that ‘taking the high road’ is no longer an option.” This is true.

The thing is, Trump's trial was on bogus charges, but the trials against any and every Marxist/Democrat official will be based on *real* crimes committed. That will include the trials of Biden and Obama.

Republicans gave differing accounts of former President Donald Trump’s alleged remark Thursday that Milwaukee “is a horrible city” — but the congresswoman whose question provoked the comment told The Post the context was clear. The Internet exploded Thursday morning when Punchbowl News’ Jake Sherman reported Trump, in a Capitol Hill meeting with House GOP members, said, “Milwaukee, where we are having our convention, is a horrible city.” A slew of Wisconsin congressmen present for the remarks challenged the reporting, but even they gave conflicting statements: Some said he was referring to election integrity, while one said he was talking about crime, and two declared he’d never said it at all.

A very interesting day is described by everyone in Washington DC, as President Trump strategically attends both House and Senate Republican conferences. Magnanimous Trump arrived to heal wounds, appeal for unity and build a larger support network ahead of the Republican National Convention. It would appear the Dr. Phil approach was attempted as promised. According to media reports, in the upper chamber President Trump even spoke warmly with Republican Leader Mitch McConnell and the 16 Wall Street DeceptiCons who are insistent upon his permanent removal from politics.

There were a couple of truly wild moments in Joe Biden press conference at the G7 in Italy. First, there was his weird answer to a question about Hunter when he said, "I am satisfied that I'm not gonna do anything I said," before saying he would abide by the jury decision and wouldn't pardon his son. Well, yes, we know Biden doesn't do what he says -- nice he admits it. But what was he talking about there? What a strange remark. He subsequently also said he wouldn't commute the sentence, according to reports.

President Joe Biden’s reelection ad campaign contains a boatload of misinformation and disinformation. Will the censors shut it down? Will the media alert their readers and viewers to the falsehoods? We all know the answers to those questions. The political left is obsessed with shutting down any speech that doesn’t agree with its narrative. And it has successes to show for it. The Twitter files are the preeminent example. There exists a censorship-industrial complex, “a state-sponsored system targeting ‘disinformation,’” says journalist Matt Taibbi, who had access to the Twitter files, that strike “at the essence of the right to free speech.”

All political watchers will understand the #1 EU political enemy of the WEF globalists and U.S/NATO State Dept is Hungarian President Viktor Orban. The western globalists, leftists, communists and advocates of multinational corporations running government (ie Fascists) consider Orban their arch nemesis. To wit, USAID and CIA operative Samantha Power has spent time organizing political opposition in Hungary. However, for some reason the nationalist alliance in alternative media do not have a good memory to keep track the footprints and connect the dots; but we do. The reality of our State Dept organizing political opposition in Hungary is not disputed. It was done openly.

Voters across Europe spent the weekend sending a message to the EU’s political class: a nationalist and populist shift is happening across the continent. The European Parliamentary election held over the past few days saw the biggest wins for nationalist and populist parties in European Union history. As the results poured in across Europe, the media spun the news as an ominous “far right” victory throughout the EU. News outlets made it seem as if fascism had once again reared its ugly head over Europe after eight decades of liberal peace and prosperity. This couldn’t be further from the truth.

When the Hunter Biden laptop, which detailed the sordid affairs of Joe Biden’s son, was brought up during Trump’s interview on 60 Minutes, Stahl claimed the device couldn’t be verified. She wasn’t the only one. If the press didn’t utter the ‘unverified’ talking point, it was the Russian disinformation lie that the intelligence community manufactured to tilt the election. We knew the truth. It took the liberal media months to catch up, finally agreeing with The New York Post, which initially reported on the laptop’s contents. Emma-Jo Morris verified its contents.

The US district judge Aileen Cannon ruled she would strike the paragraph because Trump was not charged with a crime for the conduct it described and would be unfairly prejudicial if a jury later saw it at trial.

The Biden Administration is facing intense criticism after shooting down a proposal to give U.S. military troops a pay raise. The House Armed Services Committee’s (HASC) draft of the 2025 National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA) proposed a $24 billion pay raise to enlisted U.S. service members. However, the Biden Administration said that it “strongly opposes” approving such a “significant” and “permanent” pay raise, citing budgetary constraints. On the contrary, the Democratic administration recently just approved spending nearly seven times the amount to fund Ukraine’s ongoing war with Russia.

There are two key things we have at our disposal to assess the state of a presidential election. The first, of course, is match-up polling. The second is approval ratings. Even when an incumbent isn't seeking reelection, the approval ratings of the incumbent party are still informative. If you're following the approval and match-up polls at all this campaign, you know two things: Joe Biden isn't very popular, and Donald Trump is leading in most of the battleground states. Considering these two factors alone — and there are plenty more that suggest Trump is favored to win — things look darn good for President Trump in November. Except, according to FiveThirtyEight,
