U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) confirmed Thursday that one of two Jordanian nationals who tried to sneak onto a Marine Corps base in Virginia this month had entered the U.S. illegally across the southern border in April. ICE’s Enforcement and Removal Operations (ERO) confirmed in a statement to Fox5DC that the Jordanian national, referred to as “noncitizen 2” had entered the U.S. illegally less than a month prior: On April 8, 2024, the U.S. Border Patrol (USBP) arrested Jordanian noncitizen 2 near San Ysidro, California, following his unlawful entry into the United States. On April 9, 2024, the USBP issued Jordanian noncitizen 2 a Notice to Appear

Iran’s stockpile of enriched uranium has expanded, and the refinement of the material is nearing weapons-grade levels, according to a confidential report by the United Nations’s nuclear weapons watchdog.
The confidential International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) report, viewed by the Associated Press, found Iran possesses 313.2 pounds of uranium enriched to 60 percent, a 45-pound increase from the last watchdog report. Uranium enriched at 60 percent in sufficient amounts is a prerequisite to producing uranium at the 90 percent needed for nuclear weapons, per the IAEA’s definitions.

A construction crew working on a bridge in Alaska’s Denali National Park was ordered to remove their American flag from their equipment. The park official said it “detracted” from the park experience.

Secretary of Transportation Pete Buttigieg struggled Sunday on CBS’ Face the Nation to explain why the Biden administration has only manged to build “seven or eight” electric vehicle (EV) charging stations thus far.
As Breitbart News has noted, while the Inflation Reduction Act of 2022 allocated $7.5 billion for EV stations, as part of building a national EV charging infrastructure, no EV charging stations had been built by the end of 2023.
