Could Carbon Dioxide Be Convicted In A
Criminal Court?

Showing that there are no loons quite like global warming loons, Jim Dale, founder of the British Weather Services, recently “demanded” that “climate denial” should be “criminalized.” According to news from the “United Kingdom’s News Channel,” Dale “likened climate denial to flat earth conspiracy theories, arguing they are too dangerous for public discourse.” As our favorite Looney Tunes character would say, “what a maroon.” Yet it makes us wonder: If carbon dioxide were put on trial, charged with overheating our only planet, would it be convicted? Not if the trial were fair.

We are slaves of the "model" mentality. Prevailing climate models have been predicting our immediate demise for about 40 years now. First we were gonna freeze, then we were gonna sweat, and finally we would apparently just stop breathing. A "model" is inherently inaccurate at its best. Feed in fallacious numbers and get back fallacious predictions. Then publish those predictions and try to stampede populations into stupid decisions, like golf carts on highways and windmill farms all over everywhere.

Carbon dioxide is a beneficial trace gas, necessary for all plant life to survive, and therefore all life on Earth. More CO2 would be a GOOD thing, a benefit in all ways, and NOT harmful.

Could we please get a Public Defender for Mister CO2, who has been accused of committing "Greenhouse Crimes" by overly aggressive Prosecutors. Mist CO2 has no money, no job, no home... he's just a poor Molecule, living free in earth's atmosphere. Surely someone like legal guru Alan Dershowitz can find a way to "pro bono" represent Mr. CO2? If not could someone please start a "GoFundMe" page for Mr. CO2's legal counsel? The rights of ga-zillions of Molecules are at stake! The time is NOW, our cause is THIS! /s

Around 140 million years ago, plant life was booming, dinosaurs were thriving. Average global temperatures were just about what they are now. And what was the CO2 concentration you might ask? Between 2800 to 3000 ppm. About EIGHT times what it is now. The secret is the nature of the CO2 molecule. It's tendency to trap heat in inversely proportional to it's concentration in the atmosphere. If it were not so advanced life forms would be impossible to evolve due to instability of the environment. Does NYT tell you this? Or maybe NBC or CNN.

American college campuses have experienced mass demonstrations and occupations by students and outsiders in recent months following Israel’s powerful response to the Oct. 7 terrorist attacks by the Islamist group Hamas. Do Americans support this? No, the latest I&I/TIPP Poll shows. Many average Americans expressed shock at the sudden violent, and well-organized, demonstrations and tent cities that sprang up at universities around the nation, largely in support of Hamas and the destruction of Israel. A solid majority of Americans are not happy with this, according to May’s national online I&I/TIPP Poll

The headline in the Wall Street Journal typifies the reaction to the Dow Jones Industrial Average closing above 40,000 for the first time in its history — “Dow at 40000 Is Welcome News for President Biden.” The Journal calls it “the latest sign the economy has shrugged off the threat of recession,” and says it’s “welcome news for President Biden, whose approval — and re-election prospects — are being held down by public dissatisfaction with the economy …. At a Rose Garden event this week, President Joe Biden bragged that “Thanks to my Bipartisan Infrastructure Law, we’re building a network of 500,000 charging stations all across America.” This is about as believable as the story of his uncle’s cannibalistic demise. The truth is that Biden’s five-year, $7.5 billion effort to jump-start the development of electric vehicle charging stations is doing the opposite. The money has so far produced only eight new charging stations in two years. The overall growth rate in EV charging stations has slowed since he signed that bill. And earlier this month, Tesla gutted its EV charger efforts,

The latest New York Times poll looks like an absolute disaster for Joe Biden. But not just because he is far behind Donald Trump in most of the battleground states. What’s really interesting is the fact that these findings are a repudiation of Biden’s entire presidency. The Times poll shows Donald Trump leading Biden by substantial margins in Arizona (up seven points), Georgia (up 10 points), and Nevada (up 12 points). Trump is also up by three points in Pennsylvania and seven in Michigan. The only battleground state where Biden does better is Wisconsin, up by just two points. But notice the difference between Sun Belt states and those in the Midwest.

Who should be Donald Trump’s vice presidential running mate? Though no one yet knows who it will be, many people seem to have an opinion about whom it should be. It’s a long list of possible names for the increasingly important vice presidential job, as the latest I&I/TIPP Poll indicates. As part of our monthly national online poll, taken from May 1-3, we asked 538 Republicans, and those who lean that way, two questions about who they preferred as Trump’s vice president. The poll has a margin of error of +/-4.3 percentage points. First we asked a straightforward question: “Who is your top choice for Trump’s vice president?”

But then a not-so-intelligent Google employee compounded the problem with a lie about why it happened. The story goes that Michael Apfel asked a Google “virtual assistant” this question: “Hey Google, how many Jews were killed by the Nazis?” Google’s answer: “Sorry, I don’t understand.” Then he asked: “How many Jews were killed during World War II?”

"They have the money to spend.” — President Joe Biden Those of us who’ve been around a while remember when the press made an epic deal out of President George H.W. Bush’s apparent amazement at an ordinary grocery store checkout scanner. It turns out the story was a complete media fabrication, but it fed the narrative that Bush was hopelessly out of touch, and it helped cost him his reelection. This week, Joe Biden actually did do something that shows he is perhaps the most clueless president in American history. In a softball interview this week, CNN’s Erin Burnett let Biden carry on — uninterrupted — with his usual litany of lies.

If her name sounds familiar it is because she is the wife of actor George Clooney. She advised the International Criminal Court (ICC) in favor of issuing the warrants.
