Alvin Bragg’s case against Trump has been in trouble as witness after witness for the prosecution seems to undermine it. Michael Cohen’s testimony proved to be no different. Bragg’s team really needed a win here after weeks of testimony for the prosecution that proved devastating for its case. Keith Davidson, Stormy Daniels’ lawyer, argued during his testimony that the $130,000 transaction with Daniels should not be considered "hush money" but rather a valid "consideration" payment. Hope Hicks’ testimony delivered another blow to the prosecution's case when she testified that Trump's nondisclosure agreement with Daniels

The jury is composed of 12 liberal people who do not like Trump. Doesn't matter that there is no criminal act or charge made against Trump, he will simply be found guilty of being Trump. Don't dwell on facts or evidence, it doesn't matter.

Maybe they can make a law now so the law can make what Trump said illegal. Maybe Bragg could ask his boss, Soros, to make up said law. Pretty sure the kangaroo judge will enter it into the case.

Yeah, let's talk about Buddy Hackett - a far more interesting individual than Cohen. I once heard him tell the story about an appearance on 'The Tonight Show' during which he switched to some of his nightclub jokes for the studio audience during a commercial break. When the cameras came back on, Ed was red-faced with laughter, Johnny's head was on his desk, and the audience was in hysterics. To hear Buddy tell the story, "And millions of people watching at home are asking themselves, 'What's everybody laughing at? This guy ain't funny.'"

This circus can never be turned into a courtroom. Good thing it's the most hilarious prosecution ever. This seems to be the unanimous verdict from the audience: the judge lies, the prosecution lies, his witnesses lie, And flog prosecutorial-style merch on-line, the pron stars lie, as they sell themselves daily--in and out of the courtroom, the media lies about the liars and the porno bimbos, and their lies, the BBC bimbo lies about the NYC bimbo, as though her performance outshone 100 years of thespians such as Sybil Thorndike in Shaw's play St. Joan. Such delusion! such derangement! such degradation! such dimwittery! such doofusness.... P D T needs a broadway agent-- and a script: Boobs over Broadway. You'll laugh! you'll cry! you'll require medication!

It does not matter what the testimony is the media will spin it in the worst possible light. They are the judge and jury and do not intend to let the opportunity to jail President Trump slip through their fingers. The media have spoken. Guilty regardless of evidence or testimony. They are sure that the jury will convict and the fact that the Prosecution has not even made its case is irrelevant. There is no way that President Trump walks out of that courtroom with a not guilty verdict. If that should happen, it will be because of divine intervention.

Brooklyn-based software engineer Dexter Taylor was sentenced on Monday to ten years in prison for building firearms in his own home. Last month, he was convicted on 13 counts related to his building and possessing rifles and pistols. The 53-year-old New Yorker’s story has garnered increasing attention on digital, with many expressing outrage over his conviction and sentencing. Much of the anger involved Judge Abena Darkeh’s admonishment that the Second Amendment could not be mentioned by Taylor’s defense during the trial and the apparent bias shown by the court. Just before his sentencing, Taylor was allowed to make a statement addressing the court.

Sheriff Marceno’s primary message is that Californians and other liberals shouldn’t bring the policies that ruined their states to Sunshine State, Florida. Sheriff Marceno’s message comes as a rallying cry amidst growing frustration with policies in liberal states that have led to increased crime rates. In an interview with Fox News, the sheriff, who had previously lived in New York, spoke frankly about the flood of left-leaning newcomers who bring their failed policies with them.

With Memorial Day approaching and no clear resolution in sight, Adams proposed expediting migrant work visas for these critical roles. “How do we have a large body of people that are in our city, our country, that are excellent swimmers and at the same time we need lifeguards —

When you go into the voting booth, it’s easy to focus on the big races. Those high-profile contests at the federal and state level get the most coverage, and you can do your homework and learn about the candidates. If you have your ear to the ground or have decent local media, you can do the same with some local races. But every state has those down-ballot races that are often nonpartisan and don’t get much media coverage. It’s easy to ignore races like these when you don’t know anything about the candidates. Georgia has one of those races this year that is buried way down on next Tuesday’s ballot,
